Since September 2001, Negroponte served as the United States Representative to the United Nations. On April 19, 2004, President George W. Bush nominated Negroponte to become U.S. Ambassador to Iraq following the projected June 30, 2004, handover of sovereignty to as yet undetermined Iraqi authorities. [2] [3]

When, in early 2001, Negroponte was nominated by Bush to be appointed as United States Representative to the United Nations, human rights groups opposed, and a concerned Senate questioned, his nomination, causing a six-month delay in his ulimate appointment, which was acceeded to after September 11, 2001.

Despite his complicity in supporting Nicaraguan death squads during the Iran-Contra affair and his support of the brutal military dictatorship of General Gustavo Alvarez Martínez in Honduras, Negroponte's Senate confirmation as U.S. Ambassador to Iraq went smoothly.

The Senate confirmed the nomination by a vote of 95-3 on May 6. He was sworn in on June 23. Negroponte will head a U.S. embassy in Baghdad that will be temporarily housed in a palace that belonged to Saddam Hussein. When up and running, the embassy will be the largest in the world, with a diplomatic staff of over 3,000 personnel. [4]

Shortly after taking up the position, Negroponte was asked about eyewitness statements that in late June Iraq's interim prime minister, Ayad Allawi had personally executed up to six suspected 'insurgents' in front of his U.S. military bodyguards. (Allawi denies the accusation). In an email to the Sydney Morning Herald, Negroponte did not attempt to deny the story. "If we attempted to refute each [rumour], we would have no time for other business. As far as this embassy's press office is concerned, this case is closed," he wrote. [5]

In November 2002, it was Negroponte that was U.S. point man steering a compromise resolution through the United Nations Security Council stepping up the pressure on Iraq. "As we have said on numerous occasions to Council members, this Resolution contains no 'hidden triggers' and no 'automaticity' with respect to the use of force. If there is a further Iraqi breach, reported to the Council by UNMOVIC, the IAEA, or a member state, the matter will return to the Council for discussions as required in paragraph 12. The Resolution makes clear that any Iraqi failure to comply is unacceptable and that Iraq must be disarmed. And one way or another, Mr. President, Iraq will be disarmed," he told the Security Council.

He also delivered a warning to other less hawkish members of the Security Council too. "If the Security Council fails to act decisively in the event of a further Iraqi violation, this resolution does not constrain any member state from acting to defend itself against the threat posed by Iraq, or to enforce relevant UN resolutions and protect world peace and security, he said. Negroponte faced contention over U.S. intentions during the U.N. debate leading up to the war in Iraq. In March 2003, Negroponte "walked out ... after Iraq's ambassador accused the United States of trying to exterminate the Iraqi people. ... Iraq's U.N. envoy Mohammed Al-Douri charged that the United States had arranged for contracts to rebuild Iraq in 1997, six years before the U.S.-led war began [on March 19, 2003, and] had even planned the carving up of Iraq before Iraq invaded Kuwait in 1990." Once again, the matter of humanitarian aid was at issue. Al-Douri, described as nearly "spluttering", said that the "United States now was using the issue of humanitarian aid to hide its 'criminal aggression.' ... The Iraqi envoy urged the Security Council to halt the war in Iraq, saying ending the conflict was even more important than getting humanitarian assistance into the region." [8]

"'Britain and the United States are about to start a real war of extermination that will kill everything and destroy everything,' Al-Douri warned. 'And then their regret will be of no use. ... If the humanitarian issue is very important, it is more important' to halt the war, he said."

Over the past four decades, Negroponte's work has included such diverse roles as advising the puppet U.S. government in South Vietnam during the Vietnam War, supervising the Reagan administration's use of Honduras as its logistical center for the counterinsurgency and counterrevolutionary campaigns in Central America, ensuring good U.S.-Mexico relations during the NAFTA negotiations, managing relations with UN Security Council members in the lead-up to the invasion of Iraq, and overseeing U.S. operations in Iraq during the lead-up to elections there in January 2005.

Negroponte is Jewish. A friend in Spain expressed his deep concern to me recently: " to appoint a Jew as ambassador to the Arab country that has been devastated because of the will of a cabal of Jewish neocons headed by Wolfowitz ­ Bush is just an accessory -, is like trying to put off a fire using buckets of gasoline."

In early 2001, Pataki and then New Jersey Gov. Donald DiFrancesco named NEIL DAVID LEVIN as the Executive Director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. In this role he was the chief executive officer of the agency which runs the World Trade Center, various bridges and tunnels around New York City, the three airports in the New York City area, the seaports in New York and New Jersey, and various international trade programs. Levin was executive director for five months before his death [on 9/11/01].

In 1998, the Port Authority decided to privatize the World Trade Center, leasing the buildings to a private company to manage, and awarded the lease to Silverstein Properties in July 2001.

He later moved back to New York to become a vice president at Goldman Sachs... He spent seven years as the Chairman of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Farmer Mac and a member of the Freddie Mac Advisory Committee. He was a member of the Council of Foreign Relations and a Trustee of Hofstra University.

Seems Jerome actually got John O Neil his job as Head of Security in the WTC towers... And even had dinner with John O Neil the night before on Sept 10th 2001. !!

Jerome Hauer also curiously warned the White House prior to the anthrax attacks to start taking CIPRO just after the 9-11 attacks. Seems like he was aware what was coming for the senators that voted against the IRAQ bills. Interesting.

Still doing research on Demolition companies (the prime suspect is one led by ex-Talpiot/Mossad like Comverse) that planted thermate explosives in the tower columns. Either a small group of IDF/Mossad/Talpiot or CIA did the physical planting. If the company was US based, ownership would likely have been with a NeoCon/Bush Family crony insider. Think of this as part two of Recherche du trillions perdu, my Online Journal article on Dov Zakheim, former Bush appointee as Pentagon Comptroller from May 4, 2001 to March 10, 2004. At that time he was unable to explain the disappearance of $1 trillion dollars. Actually, nearly three years earlier, Donald Rumsfeld announced on September 10, 2001 that an audit discovered $2.3 trillion was also missing from the Pentagon books. That story, as I mentioned, was buried under 9-11’s rubble. The two sums disappeared on Zakheim’s watch.

Yet on May 6, 2004, Zakheim took a lucrative position at Booz Allen Hamilton, one of the most prestigious strategy consulting firms in the world. One of its clients then was Blessed Relief, a charity said to be a front for Osama bin Laden. Booz, Allen & Hamilton then also worked closely with DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, which is the research arm of the Department of Defense. So the dark card was shifted to another part of the deck.

Judicial Inc’s bio of Dov (linked below) tells us Zakheim was/is a dual Israeli/American citizen and an ordained rabbi and had been tracking the halls of US government for 25 years, casting defense policy and influence on Presidents Reagan, Clinton, Bush Sr. and Bush Jr. He is, as I described him earlier, the bionic Zionist. In fact, Judicial Inc points out that most of Israel’s armaments were gotten thanks to him. Squads of US F-16 and F-15 were classified military surplus and sold to Israel at a fraction of their value.

Judicial Inc also points out that Israel, a country of 4.8 million Russian and Polish Jewish émigrés, flies on one of the biggest Air Forces in the world, thanks to Dov. Conflict of interest here? Depends on what you’re interested in. That is, in 2001 Dov was CEO of SPS International, part of System Planning Corporation, a defense contractor majoring in electronic warfare technologies, including remote-controlled aircraft systems, and the notorious Flight Termination System (FTS) technology that could hijack even a hijacked plane and land or crash it wherever.

More from the resume: Wikipedia points out that Zakheim is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and in 2000 a co-author of the Project for the New American Century’s position paper, Rebuilding America’s Defenses, advocating the necessity for a Pearl-Harbor-like incident to mobilize the country into war with its enemies, mostly Middle Eastern Muslim nations.

As to Dov’s hell-raiser lineage, Judicial Inc points out that Grandpa Zakheim was born in 1870, Julius Zakheim (Zhabinka), in the Ukraine, a Russian rabbi who married a relative of Karl Marx. He was a Menshevik/Bolshevik and played a leading role in the 1905 turmoil that paved the way for the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution. The Bolshevik master plan called for the state of Israel, which was chosen for its proximity to the world's oil and an area of religious significance.

Dov’s Father, Rabbi Jacob I. Zakheim was born in 1910 and reared in Poland’s swarm of Zionist hard guys, read assassins and bombers. His Polish town, near Bilaystok, also brought us Yitzhak Shir, and family friends included Menachem Begin and Moshe Arens. Dov’s father was an active member of Betar, formed in 1923 in Riga, Latvia. Its goal was to control the Middle East (and its oil). It was known that the Jewish people needed their own country and they chose Palestine and claimed it a Jewish state “on both sides of the Jordan.”

Betar was in essence a terrorist organization formed because Zionists were sick of being chased from and arrested in country after country. They wanted both a place to escape and a base for their power. Betar joined forces with the Haganah, Irgun, and Stern gangs. With no prospect of a Jewish state in sight, they argued that armed struggle against the British was the only way. Since Britain occupied Palestine and was containing them they went on a blood feast of bombings that killed hundreds of British soldiers. The British pulled out, but the Zionists continue to maul the Arabs to this day.

Returning to Dov: he was born in Brooklyn in 1943 and attended exclusive Jewish schools, spent summers in Israel Zionist camps, which trained the Zionists of the future. As to Dov’s formal education, he graduated from Columbia University in 1970 and the University of Oxford in 1972. From 1973 to 75, he attended the London school of Jewish studies, described as a “Harry Potter” type cauldron; among the subjects Jewish supremacy, Advanced Bible, Talmud, Jewish Mysticism, Holocaust, Anglo-Judaica, and Zionism. After, he was ordained a Rabbi. From 1975 to 80, Zakheim was an adjunct professor at the National War College, Yeshiva University, Columbia University and Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut.

As he stepped into the Reagan administration, he talked them into funding development of the Lavi Fighter at a cost of $3 billion. The Lavi was a total flop and Israel dropped it, though it owed $450 million in contract fees that were cancelled. Israel, according to Judicial Inc, also created a story that China was eager to buy the Lavi. Zakheim convinced Reagan that China had to be sandbagged. Reagan gave Israel $500 million for its lost contracts. Reagan then threw in a wing of F-16’s as a bonus and sign of good will. Do we see a pattern here, personal, familial, career-wise, of over-the-top Israeli advocacy?

Again, during Zakheim’s tenure as Pentagon controller from May 4, 2001, to March 10, 2004, over $3 trillion dollars were unaccounted for. Additionally, military Information was jeopardized and military contractors billed the US for Israeli items: $50 million dollar fighter jets were rated as surplus and the list rolls on. As the scandal of the missing trillion dollars surfaced and Dov resigned, Israel was handed the finest fighter jets in the US inventory while 15 percent of US jets were grounded for lack of parts. In whose best interest was this?

But Dov is not alone. He is one of an elite group of Jewish Americans/Israelis who inter-marry and enter government. They and their Christian counterparts are called neocons and their sole purpose is directing US policy. Most of them are dual citizens and few serve in the US military. Think of Paul Wolfowitz, Elliot Abrams, Richard Perle, Ben Wattenberg, to mention a few. Whether their motivation is anger at the Muslim world, seen as a religious and territorial enemy, or a deep-rooted reaction to the Holocaust, the culmination of European anti-Semitism, their reactionary militarism becomes a world-threatening force unto itself. Hence our concern.

Dov and the World Trade Center

Perhaps not coincidentally in May 2001, when Dov served at the Pentagon, it was an SPS (his firm’s) subsidiary, Tridata Corporation, that oversaw the investigation of the first “terrorist” attack on the World Trade Center in 1993. This would have given them intimate knowledge of the security systems and structural blueprints of the World Trade Center. From the '90s through 2001, WTC Security was handled by Securacom, a Kuwait-American firm, on whose board Marvin Bush, the president’s brother, sat. After 9/11, Securacom was let go, changed its name to Stratosec, and was delisted from the Stock Exchange in 2002.

According to Conspiracy News.net writers Shadow and ‘Pax’ in Dov Zakheim and the 9/11 Conspiracy, (and I suggest you look at this link) “According to the SPC website (4), a recent customer at that time was Eglin AFB, located in Florida. Eglin is very near another Air Force base in Florida-MacDill AFB, where Dov Zakheim contracted to send at least 32 Boeing 767 aircraft, as part of the Boeing /Pentagon tanker lease agreement. (5)

”As the events of September 11, 2001 occurred, little was mentioned about these strange connections, and the possible motives and proximity of Dov Zakheim and his group. Since there was little physical evidence remaining after the events, investigators were left only with photographic and anecdotal evidence.

“There is a photograph of the Flight Termination System module, from their site.(5). Note it has a cylindrical shape, and is consistent with the size and shape of the object observed under the fuselage of flight 175.

“The Boeing lease deal involved the replacement of the aging KC-135 tanker fleet with these smaller, more efficient Boeing 767s that were to be leased by Dov Zakheim's group. The planes were to be refitted with refueling equipment, including lines and nozzle assemblies.”

(Remember both Flight 175, that hit the South Tower, and Flight 11, that hit the North Tower, were Boeing 767s. Flights 77 and 93 were 757s.)

“In the enlargement of flight 175’s photo, we can clearly see a cylindrical object under the fuselage, and a structure that appears to be attached to the right underside of the rear fuselage section.

”When seen in comparison, it is obvious that the plane approaching the Trade Center has both of these structures-the FTS module and the midair refueling equipment, as configured on the modified Boeing 767 tankers. Of particular interest is the long tube-like anomalous structure under the rear fuselage area of flight 175-this structure runs along the right rear bottom of the plane, as it also does on the Boeing 767 refueling tanker pictured.

”After considering this information, I the author/s am convinced that flight 175, as pictured on the news media and official reports, was in fact a refitted Boeing 767 tanker, with a Flight Termination System attached. Use of this system would also explain the expert handling of aircraft observed in both New York and Washington investigations, which has been officially credited to inexperienced flight school students.

“Since the refitted 767s were able to carry both passengers and a fuel load, as shown in this photo, it is likely that the plane designated Flight 175 was in fact a refitted 767 tanker, disguised as a conventional commercial passenger plane.

“As shown in this photo of a 767 being serviced, the FTS unit, when in position, would be small and unobtrusive enough to be fairly innocuous (at least to casual observers, such as passengers). The smallest circle indicates the size and position of the anomaly depicted in the photos of Flight 175. The larger circle, which is the size of the engine housing, shows the size of the anomaly in relation to the engine. Note the size and position of the open hatches on the engine housing, which would tend to discredit the widely held theory that the anomaly is an open hatch or cargo door.

“As the . . . diagram shows, all flights involved in the events traveled very near many military installations, and appear to have traveled in a manner suggesting guidance and possible transfer of the control of the planes among the bases.

”Since the evidence from the World Trade Center site was quickly removed, there is little concrete evidence of the involvement of Dov Zakheim, who has since left his position at the Pentagon. However, the proximity of Eglin AFB to MacDill AFB in Florida and Dov Zakheim's work via SPC contracts and the Pentagon leasing agreement on both of these installations, combined with SPC's access to World Trade Center structural and security information from their Tridata investigation in 1993, is highly suspicious. Considering his access to Boeing 767 tankers, remote control flight systems, and his published views in the PNAC document, it seems very likely he is in fact a key figure in the alleged terrorist attacks in New York City on September 11, 2001.”

EDITORIAL RESPONSE TO READERS' COMMENTS:

However, we do stand by our assertion that the Rabbi called for it as well, insofar that he signed his name onto this document. If he signed it he agrees with it and therefore he is calling for it.

”Some of you have argued that we are singling out Rabbi Zakheim because he is Jewish, implying that we are pushing some sort of twisted anti-Semitic agenda while noting that he is not the only one who signed the PNAC document and therefore wondering why our article is about him and not the others. We do not mean to imply that the Rabbi acted alone, our article simply points out that Rabbi Zakheim had access to things like structural integrity, blueprints and any number of important facets of information about the WTC through his work with TRIDATA CORPORATION in the investigation of the bombing of the WTC in 1993.

In light of all this information we here at Conspiracy News Net stand by our statement that Mr. Zakheim not only called for the slamming of the WTC Towers on 9-11, but he activity took part in their demolition by providing the logistics necessary for such an attack to occur.”

Coda, a Bitter Frosting on the Cake

Whether or not you agree in whole or in part with these findings, here is an eye-opening article originally from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette by Milan Simonich. It is titled Army unit piecing together accounts of Pentagon attack, and from it comes this striking information in paragraph six . . ."One Army office in the Pentagon lost 34 of its 65 employees in the attack. Most of those killed in the office, called Resource Services Washington, were civilian accountants, bookkeepers and budget analysts. They were at their desks when American Airlines Flight 77 struck.”

Apart from the question of whether it was F 77 that struck the Pentagon, it is more than ironic that accountants, bookkeepers and budgets analysts, the very people who could pick up the financial frauds were struck. Especially since the hit was directed supposedly at the Office of Naval Intelligence.

Nevertheless, Dov is busy at his Booz Allen job, involved in Strategic Services and who knows what other dark plans as we speak, even as the Middle East is under heavy fire once again from Israel and its fervid ally, the US government.

Talpiot Breaks Blackberry Encryption

If Talpiot Mossad students could compromise several keys, they could probe remotely to track who knew about prior plans for 9/11. I believe now that all of the Israeli Art Students were younger 20 something Talpiot/Mossad Students that ran cover for the "Hijackers" movements in S. Florida. The Talpiot also ran the pre-planned WTC Demolitions with Thermite/Thermate controlled by computer controlled explosions. The Bush insiders knew this. US military information networks have likely been compromised since 9/11 to ensure that any US military leaders that worked against pro-Zionist plans would be removed.

If 9/11 was Israeli. Who in Israel would have the skills to carry it out? The Talpiot program has all of the types of characters to carry out the acts. Jewish Materials Science Phds similar in background to many of the 9/11 scholars for truth (like Prof. Steven Jones) likely ran the operations. Mossad is too broad without the necessary nexus of skills to do the work at this caliber - Talpiot on the other hand is meant to carry extremely risky and technologically difficult plans using highly specialized young Israelis. All the Jews would need is access to the buildings and the ability to monitor who was seeing what inside the WTCs the months before 9/11.

The real story this week concerns the collapse of the BlackBerry system on a national level. This was the direct result of Israeli-owned US firms' technological probings into American top-secret communications network. As direct result of these break-ins via inside plantings of trap-doored systems, the famous BlackBerry systems crashed for almost 10 hours. One of the targets was the system better known as CryptoBerry. The term CryptoBerry was a project name for the S/MIME BlackBerry product. (S/MIME: Secure/Multi-purpose Internet Mail Extension) Conventional BlackBerry uses TripleDES to encrypt all traffic between the device and the BES.

It was originally produced by RSA Data Security, and developed for NSA (National Security Agency, ed) and, as developed was a more secure version of the BlackBerry e-mail client from Research in Motion Ltd. of Waterloo, Ontario, used by DoD officials and in the field in Iraq and Afghanistan. Initially very slow, NSA then improved its performance. The security implications of 'going through Canada' are virtually nil. All messages, be they conventional or S/MIME always pass through the RIM BlackBerry infrastructure in encrypted form, and RIM does not have access to the keys.

The S/MIME BlackBerry is meant for organizations already using S/MIME to completely secure their mail from sender to recipient, including from the eyes of their own network administrators

The expressed concerns of the DoD, which uses these systems, and the NSA who are involved heavily with their versions of it, are greatly concerned about a possible terrorist attack on the American secret communications network. If such an attack were coupled with an internet takedown, S/MIME would be completely useless and if a successful attack were launched on the RIM relay, everything would be shut down..

A joint report, highly classified, under date of March 30, 2007, by the FBI, the DoD and the NSA discuss in detail an extensive Israeli trechinical espionage operation working inside the United States to mine any and all information that might "be of ongoing importance to the state of Israel."

It would be impossible to specifically quote from any of the documents or show copies of them but a digest of the information is appended at the end of this report.

What two hundred and ten pages tells the reader is that the Israeli government, through its Mossad or foreign intelligence, has been systematically spying on the one country that had unquestioningly supported it and by doing so, has drawn the wrath of many Muslim oriented terrorists upon its head. The conclusion of the report is that nothing can be done about this because the current Bush administration is so pro-Israel that any attempt to interdict its spying on American military, intelligence, financial institutions and any American they deem to be anti-Israeli is doomed from the start. Such actions would have to come from public pressure and not the outrage of American intelligence organs.

American terrorist investigators know that members of the Israeli Mossad, who were involved with the Muslim group that carried out the (9/11 terrorist attacks had managed to stay ahead of them, by knowing who and when investigators are calling on the telephone. This is accomplished by obtaining and analyzing data that is generated every time someone in the U.S. makes a telephone call.

Here is how the system works. Most directory assistance calls, and virtually all call records and billing inside the U.S. are done for the telephone companies by Amdocs Ltd., an Israeli-based private telecommunications company.

Amdocs had contracts with the 25 biggest telephone companies in America, and even more worldwide. The White House and other secure government phone lines are protected, but it is virtually impossible for any American to make a call on any American phone without generating an Amdocs record of it.

In recent years, the FBI and other government agencies have investigated Amdocs more than once. The firm has repeatedly and adamantly denied any security breaches or wrongdoing. In 1999, the super secret National Security Agency, headquartered in Ft. George Meade in northern Maryland, issued what is called a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmentalized Information report, TS/SCI, warning that records of calls in the United States were getting into foreign hands ­ in Israel, in particular.

Investigators do not believe such calls are being listened to, but the data about who is calling whom and when is extremely valuable in itself. An internal Amdocs memo to senior company executives suggests just how Amdocs generated call records could be used. "Widespread data mining techniques and algorithms...combining both the properties of the customer (e.g., credit rating) and properties of the specific 'behavior.'" Specific behavior, such as who the targeted customers are calling.

The Amdocs memo says the system should be public ally advertised as "helping to prevent telephone fraud." However, U.S. counterintelligence analysts say it could, and unquestionably was, also be used to spy via the records of the American telephone system. The N.S.A has held numerous classified conferences to warn the F.B.I. and C.I.A. how Amdocs records could be used.

At one classified NSA briefing, a diagram by the Argonne National Laboratory was used to show that if phone records are not completely secure, major security breaches are more than possible.

Another NSA briefing document said, "It has become increasingly apparent that systems and networks are vulnerable. Such crimes always involve unauthorized persons, or persons who exceed their authorization...citing on exploitable vulnerabilities."

Those vulnerabilities are growing, because according to another briefing, the U.S. relies too much on foreign companies like Amdocs for high-tech equipment and software. "Many factors have led to increased dependence on code developed overseas.... We buy rather than train or develop solutions."

U.S. intelligence does not officially believe the Israeli government is involved in a misuse of information, and Amdocs insists that its data is secure. What U.S. government officials are worried about, however, is the possibility that Amdocs data could get into the wrong hands, particularly organized crime. And that would not be the first time that such a thing has happened.

Amdocs is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri but primarily based in Ra'anana, Israel, is a provider of software and services for billing and CRM systems. Its clients are primarily focused on the public sector and telecommunications, including such "Tier-1" players as Sprint-Nextel, Cingular, Vodafone, T-Mobile. The company was originally called "Aurec Group" (the Hebrew word for Artery ("????"), which in Hebrew is used to describe a communication channel) and dealt only with directory services, i.e. Yellow Pages. They now provide application suites for CRM, sales, and billing operations for telecommunication service providers. Amdocs still provides publishing software for creating print and online directories. The company also offers outsourced customer service and data center operations.

Comverse Infosys. Comverse Infosys is one of the companies involved with Amdocs in its U.S. espionage activates through the telecommunication products its sells and systems it operates and services. Its products are widely used by the US telecommunications industry and government agencies.

Telrad Communications. Telerad Networks is one of Israel's leading developers of carrier grade telecommunications equipment. The company serves as an original design manufacturer for leading global communications equipment providers and recently initiated the development of certain classified products in the metro optical networking . It is headquartered in Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel.

Verint. This company was called Comverse-Infosys until 2002, but was quickly renamed when the FBI started several investigations against it and arrested some of its employees in the US on suspicion of espionage.

NICE Systems. Headquartered in Ra'anana, Israel, NICE is a worldwide leader of multimedia digital recording solutions, applications and related professional services for business interaction management. NICE products and solutions are used in contact centres, trading floors, air traffic control (ATC) sites, CCTV security installations and Government markets. While the cluster‘s domestic professional networks are critical, so too are professional ties with other world clusters, in particular to Israelis overseas. There are 500,000 Israelis in the United States. For decades a significant number of Israelis have been going to the US for technology-related degrees: MSc and PhD degrees. Many remained to work at US technology multinationals, at academic institutions, or at smaller high-tech firms they helped found. This —brain drain“ has costs, but it also fosters a web of relationships that benefit Israel. Israelis overseas have created business ties back to Israel through investments, or through hiring. Some have repatriated to Israel and have been
instrumental in opening the first R&D centers of Microsoft, Intel and other blue-chip US technology firms upon their return. Within the US, Israeli firms now have hundreds of sales offices, most with at least some Israeli representation. This migration creates active ties between the firm‘s offices in each cluster, and hence between the clusters,
reinforcing the channels between Silicon Valley (and other US locations) and Israel.
There has been a wide range of commercial civilian applications of military technologies.

Dvir and Tishler (1999) list 10 direct military-to-commercial applications, including defect identification in fabric and fruits, voice logging, wireless paging, and vehicle positioning. But commercial applications have been particularly prevalent in the telecommunications and Internet-related industries, which have been very important in the 1990s. From military R&D came voice compression, DSP chips, streaming techniques, faster network devices (some of which rely on electro-optical innovations), faster network software, Virtual Private Networks, internet telephony software (an innovation that began in Israel), and network performance products. Universities are another source of leading technologies, as the government invests $260 million per year in supporting university research (Kaplan 1998). One highly visible area has been applications of algorithms: Adi Shamir of the Weizmann Institute (the —S“ of the famous RSA algorithm) helped make a ground-breaking advance in this area by turning asymetric key cryptography into a commercial possibility (Kaplan 1998). There are clear links from algorithmic innovations to the formation of a data security industry (Teubal et al. 2000) and university algorithms have had other useful applications.

Israel‘s national emphasis on agriculture and agricultural technology dating back to the nation‘s early decades helped transition into a healthy bio-tech and life sciences cluster (close to 200 firms were started in the life sciences in 1999 and 2000)

I have seen the look on peoples faces when they see that picture, they immediately presume that one is trying to pass that as a picture of the real van and then doubt the content of the information. If there is any doubt placed within the information some might dismiss it so it is best to leave in only the most conclusive forms of information that way little to no doubt can be placed on it. It's just an idea, but I say try and other methods to advertise the information. The media and advertisers have a way of using 'out of the ordinary' tactics to promote their messages, and at times they do work in at least making people knowledgeable of their product. I say let them sell theirs but we can freely market ours through mass content distribution. It's just an idea, but I would appreciate it if anyone would care to comment on it or start another thread on using such tactics. You see, if it works for them, it just might also work for us.

Looking over that "Israel did 9-11" website, I can see why the DP moderators would delete any thread linked to it. That website does come across as very anti-Semitic, and that is not an image that Ron Paul should be linked to. Anyone who wants to find such a site could simply Google for it; no links should be posted here.

That being said, I would still like to discuss some of the evidence that ties Israel to the 9-11 attack. I was only NEGATIVELY impressed by that website's racist laundry list of government officials who are Jewish, but a lot of anomalies remain which are BEST (a la Occam's Razor) explained by the hypothesis that Israel did orchestrate, carry out and cover-up the 9-11 attack as a false flag operation.

As Rhino rightly observed on the deleted thread, the people who put together the "Israel Did 9-ll" site seem to have gathered huge piles of stuff together and thrown it against the wall to see what sticks. The thing is, a LOT of it sticks. They presented lots of things that need investigating -- much of it doesn't really constitute evidence, but surely grounds for suspicion.

Several things in particular struck me as compelling evidence of Israeli involvement:

1. The Dancing Israelis. See Justin Raimondo's columns on Antiwar.com., as well as the forbidden website. NO QUESTION that these guys were Mossad agents, or that they had foreknowledge of the attack. They were set up in advance to photograph the fall of the towers, and they were dressed up like Arabs to lay a false trail of blame for the attack.

2. Daniel Lewin's presence aboard Flight 11. Lewin was a member of the special Israeli commando unit, the Sayeret Matkal, which specializes in "anti-hijack" takeovers and assassinations. Lewin was mentioned by Flight 11 stewardess Betty Ong via airphone from Flight ll (identified by his seat number.) But Lewin's role in the hijacking changed in the media THREE times: the initial report was that Lewin was shooting people and leading the hijacking. The next report was that Lewin had struggled with a hijacker and had been shot himself. The final revised story was that Lewin had been stabbed by a hijacker. Lewin's presence on the flight would be an unbelievable coincidence if he were not connected to the hijacking to begin with. And isn't it pretty clear why the official media story had to be changed -- and changed again?

3. The 3 buildings were clearly brought down by controlled demolition. As a practical matter, who could have set the explosive charges? Our government? NO WAY. Al Qaeda? NO WAY. Work crews in the towers would NEVER be sent in by the government, or without an authorized work order from one of the building's executives, most likely the Twin Towers' new owner of only two months . . . who happens to be a friend of both Ariel Sharon and Benjamin Nethanyahu.

4. Certain people were given advance warning of an imminent attack on the towers: Goldman Sachs and Odigo, an Israeli instant messaging company. By whom? Maybe they had friends in Al Qaeda, ya think?

5. Seven of the 19 hijackers are still alive. And very pissed off, to be the victims of identity theft. (Google it; the Guardian had a story on it.) Why would someone about to commit suicide have to hide their identity? Well, if they were really what they were SUPPOSED to be (i.e Islamic radicals), they wouldn't. They'd be proud of their identity. But if they were actually Mossad agents . . .

Perhaps the best evidence of SOME kind of conspiracy is the fact that so much real evidence has been destroyed: from the WTC ruins to the flight recordings of the hijacked airliners, to the video recordings at the Pentagon, to the airport surveillance tapes on 9-11. Gone, all of it. No question there's some kind of cover-up going on. The only question is: who's behind it? Our government? Not competent enough, and just one good leak would be a disaster. Noel -- I'm speechless with admiration. I am going there from a different direction, but this guy has it almost the way I do (no, that is not fair; I have it almost the way he does). Along with the mass surveillance being conducted on all U.S. users of AT&T and Verizon by Narus and Verint, (according to Bamford), two other Israeli-owned companies, Amdocs and NICE Systems, have their fingers in the wiretapping pie as well.

Christopher Ketcham preceded Bamford in September, with with the article “Trojan Horse”, that focuses on Verint, Amdocs, and CALEA (the legislation which brought all of these problems into existence)

“Together, Verint and Amdocs form part of the backbone of the government’s domestic intelligence surveillance technology. Both companies are based in Israel – having arisen to prominence from that country’s cornering of the information technology market – and are heavily funded by the Israeli government, with connections to the Israeli military and Israeli intelligence (both companies have a long history of board memberships dominated by current and former Israeli military and intelligence officers). Verint is considered the world leader in “electronic interception” and hence an ideal private sector candidate for wiretap outsourcing. Amdocs is the world’s largest billing service for telecommunications, with some $2.8 billion in revenues in 2007, offices worldwide, and clients that include the top 25 phone companies in the United States that together handle 90 percent of all call traffic among US residents. The companies’ operations, sources suggest, have been infiltrated by freelance spies exploiting encrypted trapdoors in Verint/Amdocs technology and gathering data on Americans for transfer to Israeli intelligence and other willing customers (particularly organized crime)…

None of US law enforcement’s problems with Amdocs and Verint could have come to pass without the changes mandated by the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act of 1994, which, as noted, sought to lock spyware into telecom networks. CALEA, to cite the literature, requires that terrestrial carriers, cellular phone services and other telecom entities enable the government to intercept “all wire and oral communications carried by the carrier concurrently with their transmission.”

If Ketcham and Bamford are correct, (so far, no lawsuits), then the National “Security” Agency has thrown the “National Security” of the United States under the bus.

Amdocs and NICE

The two companies that should be getting extra scrutiny from 9/11 researchers are Amdocs, and NICE Systems. Both have direct links to 9/11 via the milieu known as the “Israeli DEA Groups”. To date, the best report on the DEA Groups was assembled by retired international lawyer, Gerald Shea you can download the report from Antiwar.com.

I consider Shea’s report the best so far, because it is high on content, and low on speculation, and, it names names. The content is damning. Consider the following graph from Shea which places the DEA Groups in the same general vicinity as the alleged 9/11 hijackers, in the time period running up to 9/11

“Tomer Ben Dor (mentioned above), another Israeli of interest to the DEA, was an employee of Nice-Systems Ltd., an Israeli company specializing in systems and solutions for detecting, locating, monitoring, evaluating and analyzing voice communications and other transmissions from a variety of sources–activities commonly known as wiretapping and electronic eavesdropping. Nice-Systems’ U.S. subsidiary, Nice Systems Inc., is located in Rutherford, New Jersey, adjacent to East Rutherford where five members of the Israeli New Jersey group were arrested on September 11. When Mr. Ben Dor was interrogated by the INS at the DFW Airport in May 2001, an inspection of his bags revealed a printout containing a reference to a file entitled “DEA Groups.”

One member of the Israeli DEA Groups, Michal Gal, who was arrested in Irving, Texas,18 was released on a $10,000 cash bond posted by Ophir Baer, an employee of Amdocs, Inc. an Israeli telecommunications firm with operations in the United States. The Amdocs employee described Mr. Gal as a “relative”.

Shea makes a distinction between the DEA Groups, and the New Jersey Group detained on 9/11, where two of the 5 Israelis arrested were later identified as Mossad agents.

“The vans in the operations of both Israeli Groups were able to move about neighborhoods without raising undue concern. The “art students” in the Israeli DEA Groups were using their vans as sometime door-to-door salesmen. The personnel of Urban Moving Systems, the Mossad front, were ostensibly driving about northeastern New Jersey towns in their van (or vans) to help people move—a familiar suburban sight.

With ample room for personnel and electronic equipment, the vans were ideal vehicles for electronic eavesdropping. The extent to which Nice Systems, the Israeli wiretapping company for which Tomer Ben Dor worked (the Israeli with the reference to “DEA Groups” in his computer files) will be a matter for the public inquiry. Nice Systems was ideally suited to provide equipment and expertise to the Israeli New Jersey Group because its U.S. headquarters were located in Rutherford, New Jersey, near the center of the Group’s operations.“

James Bamford was introduced to NICE Systems at the 2006 Intelligence Support System World Conference or informally… the Wiretappers’ Ball, held in Crystal City, along the Potomac. Bamford writes

“The large Israeli firm NICE, like Verint and Narus, is also a major eavesdropper in the U.S., and like the other two, it keeps its government and commercial client list very secret. A key member of the Wiretappers’ Ball, it was formed in 1986 by seven veterans of Unit 8200, according to the company’s founder, Benny Levin. “We were seven people from the Unit,” he said, “we all worked on a project for more than four years, we knew each other very well. We had very good complementary skills.” Like a page out of Orwell, all their high-tech bugging systems are called “Nice”. Nice Perform, for example, “provides voice content analysis with features such as: word spotting, emotion detection, talk pattern analysis, and state-of-the-art visualization techniques.” Nice Universe “captures voice, email, chat, screen activity, and essential call details.” Nice Log offers “audio compression technology that performs continuous recordings of up to thousands of analog and digital telephone lines and radio channels.” And Nice VoIP “can use both packet sniffing and active recording methods for recording VoIP sessions (both by telephone and internet).”*

“Former” Israeli military intelligence personnel are scattered throughout the high-tech wiretapping industry. And this fact, (along with Bamford’s new book), prompted Israeli journalist Yossi Melman to ask this rhetorical question in Haaretz, “Is Israel’s booming high-tech industry a branch of the Mossad?”.

NSA Domestic Spying Began Before 9/11

The NSA’s domestic spying operation began no later than February, 2001

“Within eleven (11) days of the onset of the Bush administration, and at least seven (7) months prior to the attacks of September 11, 2001, defendant ATT began development of a center for monitoring long distance calls and internet transmissions and other digital information for the exclusive use of the NSA.

The center was put into development by ATT following a proposal by the NSA for the construction and development of a network operations center identical to ATT’s own network operations center located in Bedminster, New Jersey for the exclusive use of the NSA.

The NSA proposal was accepted by the ATT sales division and referred to ATT Solutions, an ATT project development division situated in Florham Park, New Jersey…

Said data center would enable the NSA to tap into any phone line and to monitor any digital transfer of information on ATT’s networks including voice telephone calls, facsimile transmission and all internet traffic.”

The NSA’s early 2001 involvement with expanded domestic wiretapping is confirmed by the former CEO of Qwest

“Defendant Joseph P. Nacchio … respectfully renews his objection to the Court’s rulings excluding testimony surrounding his February 27, 2001 meeting at Ft. Meade with representatives from the National Security Agency (NSA) as violative of his constitutional right to mount a defense. Although Mr. Nacchio is allowed to tell the jury that he and James Payne went into that meeting expecting to talk about the “Groundbreaker” project and came out of the meeting with optimism about the prospect for 2001 revenue from NSA, the Court has prohibited Mr. Nacchio from eliciting testimony regarding what also occurred at that meeting. [REDACTED] The Court has also refused to allow Mr. Nacchio to demonstrate that the agency retaliated for this refusal by denying the Groundbreaker and perhaps other work to Qwest.

By being prevented from telling his full story to the jury or from fully and properly cross-examining any rebuttal witnesses, Mr. Nacchio has been deprived of the ability to explaoin why - after he came out of the February meeting with a reasonable, good faith, expectation that Qwest would be receiving significant contracts from NSA in 2001 … Qwest was denied significant work…

There was a feeling also, that the NSA acted as agents for other government agencies and if Qwest frustrated the NSA, they would also frustrate other agencies.

The DEA began to receive reports about the Israelis in January of 2001, with peak activity by the Groups occurring in February and March of 2001

“In January, 2001, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Security Programs (IS), began to receive reports of Israeli art students attempting to penetrate several DEA Field Offices in the continental United States. Additionally, there have been reports of Israeli art students visiting the homes of numerous DEA employees. These incidents have occurred since at least the beginning of 2000, and have continued to the present. The number of reported incidents increased in November/December 2000, and has continued to date. These incidents have involved several other law enforcement and Department of Defense agencies, with contacts made at other agencies’ facilities and the residences of their employees. Geographically, these incidents are very widespread, ranging from California to Florida. The majority of the incidents have occurred in the southern half of the continental U.S. with the most activity reported in the state of Florida. Since April 2001, the number of reported incidents has declined, however, the geographic spread of the incidents has increased to Wisconsin, Oklahoma, and Los Angeles.

The activities of these Israeli art students raised the suspicion of IS and other field offices when attempts were made to circumvent the access control systems at DEA offices, and when these individuals began to solicit their paintings at the homes of DEA employees. The nature of the individuals’ conduct, combined with intelligence information and historical information regarding past incidents involving Israeli Organized Crime, leads IS to believe the incidents may well be an organized intelligence gathering activity. It is believed by IS that these incidents should not be the basis for any immediate concern for the safety and security of DEA personnel, however, employees should continue to exercise due caution in safeguarding information relating to DEA investigations, or activities…

In general, these individuals appear to be organized in teams of 8 to 10 people, with one person described as the “Team Leader”. They are usually encountered in pairs or individually carrying a makeshift art portfolio. Several times, they have, been seen or admitted to being dropped off in an area by the Team Leader, who returns later to pick them up. The females are usually described as very attractive, and all are generally in their early to mid-20s. Most admit to having served in the Israeli Military. This is not surprising given the mandatory military service require in Israel, however, a majority of those questioned has stated they served in military intelligence, electronic signal intercept, or explosive ordinance units. Some have been linked to high-ranking officials in the Israeli military. One was the son of a two-star general, one served as the bodyguard to the head of the Israeli Army, one served in a Patriot missile unit. That these people are now traveling in the U.S. selling art seems not to fit their background.

Their stories are remarkable only in their consistency. At first, they will state that they are art students, either from the University of Jerusalem, or the Bezalel Academy of Arts in Jerusalem. Other times they will purport to be promoting a new art studio in the area. When pressed for details as to the location of the art studio or why they are selling the paintings, they become evasive. Some claim to be the artist who painted the artwork, others claim they promoting the work of others or of Israel. Information has been received which indicates the art is actually produced in China. When told that they cannot solicit on federal facilities, they will claim that the paintings are not for sale, but that they are soliciting interest in the paintings, either for an art studio or for a future art sale…

When encountered at residences, some of these individuals are persistent in trying to get inside the home. Some have asked to use the telephone when leaving. Some employees have reported that they came only to their house, while others have reported that the students approached the entire neighborhood.”

Questions, again…

Why is NONE of this information in the 9/11 Commission Final Report?

Did the NSA sub-contract NICE Systems and other Israeli wiretappers to monitor the alleged 9/11 hijackers? And does this in turn explain why the Israelis were simply deported for “immigration” violations?

How could the Israelis be in such uncanny proximity with the alleged hijackers without MASSIVE foreknowledge of their plans, identities, and locations?

Is possible collusion between NSA and the Israelis only the tip of the iceberg?** And will further digging reveal operational relationships between the Israelis and other U.S. intelligence services or Private Military Contractors (PMCs)?

Is the “Wiretappers” story merely very complex cover for the actual activities of the Israelis, including far more destructive uses of moving vans?

Or, are stories about explosives being linked to the Urban Moving Systems vans clever disinfo to lead away from HUMINT and SIGINT being conducted by the Israelis?

Were the Israelis merely shepherds, keeping an eye on U.S. intel assets, assets that had been tagged for a future activity?

If the Israelis are our friends… why didn’t they stop the hijackers?

Perhaps the quote attributed to one of the New Jersey Israelis explains it best (see Shea’s memo)

the Israeli spy network in the U.S. were almost immediately spiked by AP
editors not called by Congress to testify why they dropped such an important
story when it concerns all Americans.

U.S. intelligence sources had revealed to Le Monde that the special cell
phones had a certain walkie-talkie feature that was "virtually impossible to
intercept" by U.S. authorities.

The Oklahoman newspaper reported that four Israelis selling artwork while
carrying military IDs were detained near Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma,
while Le Monde in Paris revealed that six detained "students" had cell
phones purchased by an Israeli vice consul in the U.S., proving further that
the state of Israel was assisting in alleged espionage.

Dasquie told American Free Press (AFP) in March, 2002 that "he had acquired
solid evidence of the authenticity of the DEA report and could reveal new
evidence to counter Justice Department claims that there had been 'no case
of Israeli espionage.' "

AFP added that Dasquie said the Israeli spy ring was "examined at the
highest levels of the Bush administration, and that "on March 10, 2002
Intelligence Online was informed by a Justice Department official that the
DEA report had been handed over to the Department's Joint Terrorism Task
Force, and that same day at a DEA press conference, Asa Hutchinson, the DEA
head, said that he had passed the document along to 'other agencies' working
on the matter."

The French intelligence website reported that detained Israeli "art
students" and "moving company workers," strangely released by U.S.
authorities after the worst attack on American soil in history were actually
"employed by tech companies, military special forces, intelligence officers,
explosive ordinance/combat engineers, electronic intercept operators and the
son of an Israeli army general."

The evidence raises serious questions as to how the French government was
able to report strong evidence of Israeli espionage in America, yet the FBI,
CIA, NSA, Justice Department and the White House were unable to identify the
spies while denying the existence of Israeli espionage despite a
multi-billion dollar budget and the finest equipment and training.

Guillaume Dasquie reported that the Israeli operatives were living close to
Arabs in San Diego, Little Rock, Irving, Texas and in South Florida where 10
of the 19 September 11 "hijackers" lived, speculating that the Israelis had

BRITISH AND JEWISH-AMERICAN PRESS ALSO CONFIRM ISRAELI SPYING

AFP quoted the March 15, 2002 issue of the Forward, a respected Jewish
newspaper in America, which said "Despite angry denials by Israel and its
American supporters, reports that Israel was conducting spying activities in
the U.S. may have a grain of truth, the Forward has learned," with
assuredness that "both French and Fox reports were dismissed by Israel and
its supporters, and received limited coverage in the American media." [AP
story on Le Monde spy reports was spiked & Cameron's four-part series was
removed from FoxNews.com.]

British intelligence & military analysis publication Jane's Information
Group reported on the absence of coverage in the American media on the
"explosive story of the huge network of Israeli spies that made headlines
around the world.reports of Israeli 'art students' calling on DEA employees
across the country began as early as 2000 and continued through June, 2001,"
according to AFP.

The independent AFP said "What is not clear is what the ring of more than
120 agents was up to and why some Israelis linked to the attacks in New York
and Washington, DC were allowed to flee or were sent back to Israel after
9/11 on visa violations, rather than being charged and prosecuted.

According to other reports, alleged lead "hijacker" Mohammed Atta lived at
3389 Sheridan St. in Hollywood, Florida while a team of Israeli operatives
lived a few blocks away at 4220 Sheridan.

In perhaps an even more controversial issue, convicted and imprisoned former
Ohio GOP House member Bob Ney, then-chairman of the House Administration
Committee, approved a 2002 license for an Israeli telecommunications company
to install equipment to improve cell phone reception in the U.S. Capitol
building and adjacent House office buildings where all legislative and many
military decisions are debated.

The company was then Foxcom Wireless, an Israeli start-up firm, which has
moved its headquarters from Jerusalem to Vienna, Virginia while changing its
name to MobileAccess Networks, paid convicted and now imprisoned Republican
operative Jack Abramoff $280,000 for lobbying fees and donated $50,000 to
Abramoff's Capital Athletic Foundation, a non-profit entity Abramoff used to
redistribute money for personal and political gain according to reports.

House Democrats have not made public the documents Rep. Ney signed in
agreeing to contract Israeli Foxcom which would shed light on whether the
selection process was neutral, raising serious questions as to why one
foreign country controls so many parts of the United States
telecommunications network,technical, law enforcement and billing systems
and whether Israeli espionage also penetrates congressional communications
in addition to the average citizen.

Cameron said that "Fox News has learned that some American terrorist
investigators fear certain suspects in the 9/11 attacks may have managed to
stay ahead of them by knowing who and when investigators are calling on the
telephone. How? By obtaining and analyzing data that's generated every time
someone in the U.S. makes a call."

In Part III, Cameron revealed that "according to another briefing, the U.S.
relies too much on foreign companies like Israeli Amdocs for high-tech
equipment and software. Many factors have led to increased dependence on
code developed overseas."

Explaining the strength of U.S. espionage penetration by Amdocs, Cameron
added that "we buy rather than train or develop solutions. Fox News has
documents [not subpoenaed or publicly probed by Congress or the Justice
Department] of a 1997 drug trafficking case in Los Angeles, in which
telephone information, the type that Israeli Amdocs collects, was used to
'completely compromise the communications of the FBI, Secret Service, Drug
Enforcement Agency and the Los Angeles Police Department.' "

One U.S. law enforcement official told AFP, "The higher-ups don't want to
deal with this and neither does the FBI because it involves Israel," while
also revealing that the DEA report mentioned earlier found that "several
military bases also had experienced unauthorized entries by Israelis,
including two bases from which Stealth aircraft and other secret military
units operate."

"Unauthorized photographing of military sites and civilian industrial
complexes such as petroleum-storage facilities was also reported," according
to the DEA report accessed by Fox News, French Intelligence Online and
American Free Press.

According to all three, the DEA document "contains, in great detail, 'scores
of encounters' between federal agents and Israeli agents posing as art
students."

According to AFP reporter Christopher Bollyn-who was beaten by government
agents in front of his own home in Chicago while his wife and child watched
helplessly, and who has since fled the U.S. to Europe for his family's
safety-the "seemingly innocuous [art student] cover was used to gain access
to sensitive U.S. offices and military installations such as MacDill AFB in
March 2001 and Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City one month later, where a 'special
alert' was issued because of the aggressive Israeli agents."

Horrified Americans must wonder where the people's Representatives are; but
it gets worse.

"Tinker houses AWACS surveillance planes and repairs B-1 bombers," said
Bollyn, adding, "The Oklahoman, prompted by the French revelations, recently
reported that around May, 2001, four Israeli agents carrying military IDs
were detained at Tinker AFB," raising more questions about congressional
espionage compliance.

"The proposed FISA deal is not a compromise; it is a capitulation," said
Wisconsin Democratic Senator Russ Feingold, an uncompromising,
constitutionalist Jewish-American and the only senator who voted against the
Patriot Act in 2001-but who has a difficult FISA week ahead.

"The House and Senate should not be taking up this (FISA) bill, which
effectively guarantees immunity for telecom companies alleged to have
participated in the President's illegal program, and which fails to protect
the privacy of law abiding Americans at home," said Feingold, a patriot who
places his country ahead of his heritage.

PLACING FOREIGN INTERESTS AHEAD OF U.S. CITIZENS

The Department of Homeland Security surveillance activities included more
than the previously admitted "Terrorist Surveillance Program (TSP)," which
President Bush conceded was an ongoing program targeting Americans to
intercept their international phone calls and emails without acquiring court
approval according to December, 2005 news reports.

The House failure thus far to hold telephone company officials, Mr. Bush and
his operatives liable for criminal prosecution for violating constitutional
protections against spying could partially explain why Barack Obama is not
leading John McCain by 25% in the polls instead of single digits-given
current harsh economic conditions and Israeli threats to attack Iran, both
favorable to Democrat chances-raising the possibility that Americans will
consider an alternative to Obama or McCain in November with four announced
candidates so far.

Carl Cameron told Fox News host Brit Hume about Israeli Amdocs "widespread
data mining techniques and algorithms.combining both the properties of the
customer (e.g., credit rating) and properties of the specific 'behavior,'
specific behavior such as who the customers (U.S. citizens) are calling."

Curiously however, the House bill authorizes an oversight provision,
referring to the "President's Surveillance Program," also revealing that the
TSP is just one part, confirming that much more unilateral surveillance of
citizens occurred than Mr. Bush or his lawyers have ever admitted-something
many reporters have written about and many Americans have suspected.

House legislators can potentially be subjected to Israeli
surveillance-acquired blackmail "control files" tied to off-shore financial
or real estate bribery, adultery, pedophilia and/or Israeli-American
activist retaliation charging hate crimes or anti-Semitist racism toward
legislators to acquire prosecution amnesty for prior Bush telecom spying

293 House members voted not to commit "career suicide," voting to support

FOX NEWS EXPLAINS HOW ISRAEL SPIES ON AMERICANS

According to Fox's Carl Cameron and Brit Hume, "U.S. counterintelligence
analysts say (Israeli Amdocs) could be used to spy through the phone system.
Fox News has learned that the NSA has held numerous classified conferences
to warn the FBI and CIA how Amdocs records could be used."

"Another (NSA) briefing document said, 'It has become increasingly apparent
that systems and networks are vulnerable. Such crimes always involve
unauthorized persons, or persons who exceed their authorization.citing on
exploitable vulnerabilities,' " said Cameron in part II of his series.

"Comverse Infosys (now Verint), a subsidiary of an Israeli-run private
telecom firm.provides wiretapping equipment for law enforcement," said
Cameron in Part III, adding, "Every time you make a call, it passes through
the nation's elaborate network of switchers and routers run by the phone
companies."

The complete story was confirmed via information gleaned from the 2002 DEA
"Report on Israeli Spies in the US," posted in several news reports: "At the
same time, American intelligence services were increasingly worried by the
dominance of many highly sensitive areas of telecommunications by Israeli
companies."

"Comverse Infosys (now called Verint) provides U.S. lawmen with computer
equipment for wiretapping. Speculation is that 'catch gates' in the system
allowed listeners to be listened to. Software made by another Israeli
outfit, Amdocs, provided extensive records of virtually all calls placed by
the 25 largest U.S. telephone companies. The relationship of those companies
to the detained Israelis is detailed in the 60-page document."

"The DEA's intense interest in the case stems from its 1997 purchase of $25
million in interception equipment from Israeli companies, according to a
March 14, 2002 report by Intelligence Online, a website based in Paris that
first revealed the existence of the 60-page document," according to John
Sugg, an Atlanta online journalist.

"Custom computers and software made by companies like Comverse are tied into
that network to intercept, record and store the wiretapped calls, and at the
same time transmit them to investigators (spying on American citizens),"
said Cameron, also reporting, "manufacturers have continuing access to the
computers so they can service them and keep them free of glitches-all
authorized by the 1994 Communication Assistance for Law Enforcement Act
(CALEA)."

House members on both sides of the aisle are reportedly so intimidated that
they have not sought prosecution of those known to be listening in on phone
calls and monitoring faxes and email according to reports quoting law
enforcement personnel.

Cameron revealed that officials were warned after 9/11, reporting that "Fox
News has learned that then Attorney General John Ashcroft and FBI Director
Robert Mueller were both warned on 10/18/2001 in a hand-delivered letter
from 15 local, state and national law enforcement officials, who complained
that 'law enforcement's current electronic surveillance capabilities are
less effective today than they were at the time CALEA was enacted."

Importantly, Cameron added that "the complaint about this (CALEA) system is
that the wiretap computer programs made by (Israel's) Comverse have, in
effect, a back door through which wiretaps themselves can be intercepted by
unauthorized parties."

Cameron also told Brit Hume that "adding to the suspicions is the fact that
in Israel, Comverse works closely with the Israeli government, and under
special programs, gets reimbursed for up to 50% of its research and
development costs by the Israeli Ministry of Industry and Trade."

Cameron also indicated that officials are intimidated, reporting that
"investigators within the DEA, INS and FBI have all told Fox News that to
pursue or even suggest Israeli spying through Comverse/Verint is considered
career suicide," another failure by House members intimidated themselves-so
much so that Israeli interests are more important to their careers than U.S.

FBI TURF WAR OVER EVIDENCE IMPLIED TREASON ON SEPTEMBER 11

Tragically, Fox reported uninvestigated obstruction of justice in that
"sources said while various FBI inquiries into Comverse/Verint have been
conducted over the years, they've been halted before the actual equipment
has ever been thoroughly tested for leaks," indicating that successful
espionage probes prior to September 11 may have prevented the
attacks-revelations which could still lead to potential presidential and
congressional accountability.

According to Cameron, "A 1999 Federal Communications Commission document
indicates several government agencies expressed deep concerns that too many
unauthorized non-law enforcement personnel can access the wiretap system;
and that the FBI's own nondescript office in Chantilly, VA that actually
oversees the CALEA wiretapping program, is among the most agitated about the
threat."

It is not known whether citizen plaintiffs have included government
officials in their lawsuits, given evidence of seemingly intentional actions
implying obstruction of justice or worse.

Fox News added, "There is a bitter turf war internally at FBI. The FBI's
office in Quantico, VA has jurisdiction over awarding contracts and buying
intercept equipment. For years, they've thrown much of the business to
Israel/Comverse. A handful of former U.S. law enforcement officials involved
in awarding Comverse/Verint government contracts over the years now work for
the company."

Incredibly, Cameron reported in Part IV of his Fox series that "numerous
sources say some of those individuals were asked to leave government service
under what knowledgeable sources call [secret] 'troublesome circumstances'
that remain [for how long?] under 'administrative review' [career suicide?]
within the Justice Department."

Fox News added that "what troubles investigators most, particularly in New
York, in the counter-terrorism investigation of the World Trade Center
attacks, is that on a number of cases, suspects that they had sought to
wiretap and survey [officials within the Bush administration or Israeli
operatives?] immediately changed their telecommunications processes. They
started acting much differently as soon as those supposedly secret wiretaps
went into place."

Cameron actually confirmed that Mr. Bush and Congress knew about Israeli
spying: "Beyond the 60 apprehended or detained, and many deported since
9/11/2001, another group of 140 Israeli individuals have been arrested and
detained in this year [2002] in what government documents describe as 'an
organized intelligence gathering operation,' designed to 'penetrate
government facilities.' "

Recently, America's pro-Israel lobby, the American Israel Public Affairs
Committee, cited an increase of U.S. aid to Israel from $2.38 billion to
$2.55 billion dollars in fiscal year 2009 while American levees break,
bridges tumble down, homes foreclose, gas nears $5.00, and war with
recession plague a U.S. dollar that's not worth the paper it's printed on,
compliments of legalized Federal Reserve currency counterfeiting and

So the House and Senate reward a foreign nation able to listen in on U.S.
phone calls using undetectable wire-tapping devices built into the phone
system software technology while using the information gleaned from American
calls to blackmail or compromise legislators and U.S. citizens into any
action it desires.

This, while foreign and domestic spying is tolerated, condoned, covered up
and rewarded by U.S. legislators sworn to protect and defend the
Constitution from enemies, foreign and domestic, the American people none
the wiser.

Ehud Barak, Israel's defense minister, is currently in the United States for a week of meetings and speeches. He is, in my opinion, the key suspect of being the mastermind of the false-flag terror attacks of 9-11. I am providing this brief article to explain how I think he did it. It should be noted that Barak was Israel's minister of defense during Israel's assault on the Gaza Strip in 2008-2009. Based on the findings of the U.N. Factfinding Report written by Justice Richard Goldstone, Barak is responsible for a host of war crimes committed during that assault. The United States and other states are obliged to arrest Ehud Barak based on the findings of that report.

Socrates point that unpunished criminals become worse is very much the story of modern Israel. The most serious criminals of the Zionist state have never been punished in any meaningful way by the international community - or the United States. Ehud Barak was prime minister of Israel from July 1999 until March 7, 2001, when he was replaced by Ariel Sharon. I attended an event at the Chicago campus of the University of Illinois where both Barak, then prime minister, and Sharon were involved, shortly before the election that brought Sharon to power. The fact that Barak and Sharon had travelled to Chicago together illustrated the utter fakeness of their rivalry.

Previous positions held by Barak include Head of Defense Planning and Budgeting, Head of the Israeli Intelligence Community, Chief of the General Staff of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), Minister of the Interior in Prime Minister Itzhak Rabin's cabinet, Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Shimon Peres cabinet, and Labor Party Chairman. If Israel is involved in 9-11, as Dr. Alan Sabrosky says and which the evidence strongly indicates, Barak certainly knows all about it.

When Sharon assumed power in March 2001, Barak came to America. He supposedly came to the United States to work as a special advisor for Electronic Data Systems and as a partner with SCP Partners, a Mossad-run private equity company focused on "security-related" work - but this was merely his cover. His real assignment was to oversee the terror attacks of 9-11. As a partner with SCP Partners Barak was well placed to supervise the false-flag terror operation. The complex false-flag terror attacks of 9-11 required that the mastermind of the operation be in the country to manage the critical details.

One of the key aspects of 9-11 that Barak needed to arrange was the production and application of an advanced form of super-thermite, an extremely powerful explosive produced using nano-technology. In 2001, SCP Partners happened to have a suitable company in their portfolio, a private company called Metallurg Holdings, Inc., which has its office in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Today, SCP has another company called Advanced Metallurgical Group, N.V. (AMG) in its portfolio. AMG and Metallurg actually share the same phone number and address at 435 Devon Park Drive in Wayne. SCP Private Equity Partners L.P. and its management company named Safeguard International, which controls the metallurgical subsidiaries, are also both based at this address. AMG/Safequard International have several subsidiaries, including one that specializes in the production of atomized aluminum (a crucial component of super-thermite) and others which manufacture specialized coatings of nano-composites.

Through these companies, SCP Partners, which included Ehud Barak from 2001 until 2007, clearly had the capability in 2001 to produce nano-composite explosives like the super-thermite used to pulverize the World Trade Center on 9-11. There are very few companies or countries in the world that have the capability to manufacture super-thermite, but Ehud Barak's company did - in 2001. Osama Bin Laden and Al Qaida, on the other hand, could not have anything to do with the super-thermite found in the dust of the pulverized Twin Towers. The government version is a pack of lies designed to excuse a pre-planned war of aggression against Afghanistan. Ehud Barak was the first person to call for the U.S. to invade Afghanistan, which he did only hours after the attacks.

Rafi Eitan, the octogenarian Mossadnik who ran a spy operation against the United States using Jonathan Pollard, fled to Israel after Pollard was caught in 1985. Eitan was then offered the position as head of state-owned Israel Chemicals Corporation, which also has production and manufacturing facilities in the United States. In 1978, when Israeli intelligence began planning the false-flag terror operation of 9-11 (according to the documented comments of senior Mossadnik Isser Harel), Eitan was serving as Menachem Begin's "advisor on terrorism". This is the real reason that Rafi Eitan remained in the Israeli security cabinet until 2009 - he is one of the architects of 9-11.

Rafi Eitan was also involved in the 1968 theft and illegal smuggling of nearly 600 pounds of plutonium from a plant in Pennsylvania to Israel for the production of nuclear weapons. As the Pittsburgh Tribune reported in a series of articles about the stolen plutonium, Eitan is the key suspect:

Four other Israelis visited NUMEC on Sept. 10, 1968, and met with Shapiro [then-NUMEC President Zalman M. Shapiro, a staunch supporter of Israel] to "discuss thermoelectric devices (unclassified)," according to a Sept. 12, 1968, letter from Bruce D. Rice, NUMEC security manager, to Harry R. Walsh, director of AEC security and property management, seeking AEC approval for the visit.

The four visitors were: Avraham Hermoni, Ephraim Beigon, Abraham Bendor and Raphael (or, Rafael) Eitan.

In their 1991 book, "Dangerous Liaison," Andrew and Leslie Cockburn wrote, "At the time of his visit to Apollo in 1968, Eitan was acting as an agent for Mossad on special assignment to LAKAM ... a shadowy intelligence agency ... born in the 1950s with the express purpose of acquiring nuclear technology by any means."

Soon after the men's visit, 587 pounds of weapons-grade uranium reportedly went missing from NUMEC, according to Udall's papers.

In a recent article entitled "America’s Loose Nukes in Israel," Grant Smith wrote: "To date, all of the uranium-diversion masterminds, financiers, and beneficiaries have escaped criminal prosecution, even as U.S. taxpayers fund a nuclear waste cleanup at the (now defunct) NUMEC Apollo facility."

Eitan's unscrupulous character can be seen in a comment he made to the wife and lawyer for Jonathan Pollard, the captured spy he had managed:

Eitan told us the only thing he regrets about the Pollard affair is that he did not 'finish the job' before leaving the States. We asked him what he meant by this. Eitan replied, "If I had been at the embassy when Pollard came to seek asylum, I would have put a bullet through his head. There would have been no Pollard affair."

In October 2000, approximately 11 months before 9/11, a retired Israeli Defense Forces(IDF) officer, and veteran of the Yom Kippur War(1973), was collecting English Ivy Cuttings at the Gomel Chesed Cemetery located at Mccellan and 245 Mount Olive Avenue, which is near the city lines of Elizabeth and Newark, New Jersey. The Gomel Chesed Cemetary is a Jewish cemetary.

The man overheard a couple of people having what he believed to be a conversation spoken in Hebrew, which drew his attention. He hid behind an 8-foot tall retaining wall and listened in to their conversation as they stood below. Shortly after a Lincoln town car approached the two people -- presumably Israelis -- and the man in the backseat got out to greet them. After normal niceties were exchanged the third man said:

“The Americans will learn what it is to live with terrorists after the planes hit the twins in September.”

One of the men that had been leaning against the retaining wall expressed concerns regarding whether the upcoming presidential election (November 2000) could impact the plans. The man that arrived in the Town Car pacified the doubts by saying:

“Don’t worry, we have people in high places and no matter who gets elected, they will take care of everything.”

The observer who overheard this conversation related it to the FBI on numerous occasions only to be ignored each time. Nothing was done about it, and no investigation into the incident has ever took place.

An Associated Press news story of July 31, entitled "U.S. Stalls on Sept. 11 Trial for 5 at Gitmo", reported on the "black hole" in which the alleged mastermind of 9-11 has been placed. A black hole is a dark spot in the universe from which even light cannot escape. Why is the terror mastermind of 9-11 in a black hole created by the U.S. government?

As the U.S. military prepares for the first war crimes trial under President Barack Obama, its most high-profile case against the planners of the Sept. 11 attacks is stuck in political and legal limbo.

Canadian prisoner Omar Khadr, accused of killing an American soldier during a raid on an al-Qaida compound, is scheduled to go to trial Aug. 9 at the U.S. base in Cuba.

But Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the professed mastermind of the attacks, and four alleged accomplices are still sequestered at Guantanamo without charges. The Obama administration, after months of review, hasn't made a decision on whether to seek a military or civilian trial...

"There's no case, there's no judge, there's nothing," said Navy Lt. Cmdr. Richard Federico, a military lawyer appointed to defend alleged plotter Ramzi bin al Shibh. "They are back into the black hole."

This is a government scam I have reported on for years. Here is where I left off last February:

On February 7, President Barack Obama acknowledged fierce opposition to his plans to bring accused 9-11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM) to justice in New York, but would not rule out such a trial.


David E. Klett, a retired professor of thermodynamics, had the real KSM in several of his classes. Asked about the photo (above) of the person said to be the terror mastermind, Klett said, "I did not recognize that person. I never saw that face before."

The administration says that it wants to prosecute Sheikh Mohammed and four co-defendants in a federal court in lower Manhattan, close to the site of the World Trade Center attack which killed nearly 3,000 people in 2001.

But the plan has faced opposition from local lawmakers and authorities who have balked at the huge costs of such a trial, while others have warned of perceived security implications.

"I have not ruled it out, but I think it is important for us to take into account the practical logistical issues involved," Obama said in a live interview from the White House on CBS. "If you have got a city that is saying no, and a police department that is saying no, and a mayor that is saying no, that makes it difficult," Obama said.

But he added: "we have not ruled out anything — we will make a definitive judgement based on consultations with all the relevant authorities." New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg initially welcomed the idea of holding a September 11 trial in New York, but reversed his position last month, saying that a military base would make more sense as a venue.

"It’s going to cost an awful lot of money and disturb an awful lot of people," Bloomberg said. "Can we provide security? Yes. Could you provide security elsewhere? Yeah, and I mean the suggestion of a military base is probably a reasonably good one."

NO SURPRISE

I was not at all surprised to read that officials in New York City took David Axelrod aside and told him that the city could not allow the trial of Khalid Sheik Mohammed and other 9-11 suspects to go ahead. I never expected that this trial would go ahead in anything resembling an open court. It is clear that this trial cannot go ahead. The media discussion about the high cost of security is just the cover story. The FBI and the U.S. government do not want it to be exposed that a scapegoat has been used to push the fraudulent "War on Terror."

After a dinner in New York on Dec. 14, Steven Spinola, president of the Real Estate Board of New York, pulled aside David Axelrod, President Obama’s closest adviser, to convey an urgent plea: move the 9/11 trial out of Manhattan.

The Obama administration will not have an open 9-11 trial because it would expose the fraud that the person said to be Khalid Sheik Mohammed is not the terror mastermind of 9-11. He is, in fact, not even Khalid Sheik Mohammed. The person said to be KSM is a "feeble-minded" man named Ahmed Abdul Qudoos. He has been scapegoated and made to fill in for the real KSM, who was killed in Pakistan.


The real KSM studied mechanical engineering at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University.


The man said (by U.S. officials) to be Khalid Sheik Mohammed is clearly not a bright-eyed and articulate English speaking engineer.


Is the so-called KSM really Ahmed Abdul Qudoos?

The U.S. government cannot hold an open trial in the United States with the false KSM because there are people in the United States who knew and remember the real KSM, such as his former teachers in North Carolina. As I wrote in 2007:

Furthermore, the real KSM was a person who had traveled and worked extensively across Asia and had lived in many foreign countries, from the United States to the Philippines to Bosnia. With this level of education and foreign travel, the real KSM would have a much greater command of the English language than what we find in the transcript.

There were no defense attorneys or members of the press allowed to the secret hearing in which the military tribunal heard the confession of the alleged architect of 9/11.

"The Detainee served as the head of the Al Qaida military committee and was Osama bin Laden's principal Al Qaida operative who directed the 11 September 2001 attacks in the United States," the statement said.

“I was responsible for the 9/11 operation, from A to Z,’’ the detainee said through an interpreter, according to the transcript of the hearing. He also claimed responsibility for the 1993 bombing at the World Trade Center.

The detainee sat with an Arabic interpreter to his left and a U.S. military officer who was his official representative to his right.

"I not take the oath…" the detainee said in broken English about why he was not taking an oath in the court. "Just to explain for this one, does not mean I'm not saying that I'm lying. When I not take oath does not mean I'm lying."

"I understand," the tribunal president said.

But how can such meaningless gibberish coming from an unidentified detainee who has not taken an oath be seen by anyone as a credible confession?

No photographs accompanied the release of the KSM confession and there are very few photos of the person who is accused of being the terrorist mastermind of our time.

To see if the disheveled, hairy, and overweight person said to be Khalid Sheikh Mohammed resembled the mechanical engineering student that studied in Greensboro in the 1980s, I contacted the engineering faculty of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University.
