Good to have you here, Taras Bulba.  Is your moniker named after the Gogol's fictional character or the restaurant chain in Moscow - purveyors of all kinds of tasty Ukrainian cuisine? ;)

Taras Bulba was a ukrainian kozak fighter and I guess he's mentioned in one of Gogol's novels.

I didn't know there was a chain of ukrainian restaurants in Moscow ! Gotta visit one day. :)

Yes, I know he was meant to be a Cossack, but didn't know he was real character.

If you are ever in the city, you'll find them almost everywhere, at least one can be found on each of the prospyekti in the north of the city.  Great food, great atmosphere, great value - at least that is the way it was four or so years ago when I last lived there.
