As this video first appeared in 2008 I'm guessing this is an old video.
One thing I don't get though is how a democratic system can possibly vote on passing legislation when they themselves don't even have full information concerning the nature of what they are debating. I know ZOG and prison planet mindset becomes more evident after you look through stuff of this nature but it just seems extremely weird and curious.

You know this is satire, don't you? The picture of the onion in the bottom right shows that is is "onion-CSPAN". Onion has done some really good satire, and this is no exception. It is almost too real.
