Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.
Frank has had his wife disappeared and his children taken from him. Frank shows viewers how the concept "For the greater good" has been bastardized and co-oped by the corrupt power of state in order to permit the types of criminal activities outlined by Frank to occur.
