Okay, dear friends, let's think about the lady - pregnant lady, with presumably bulging belly against building - shown hanging by both hands from a window ledge, having climbed out of and down from a window.
Is this even possible? Has anybody - except an actor in a staged scene an old slapstick comedy movie from Hollyweird -
ever done this?
Think about how difficult - impossible? - it would be to put your entire body out a window, while just hanging from a window ledge. A ledge is NOT a handle around which you can grasp your hand with full strength. Acrobats hang, but from bars that they can fully grasp. You cannot - repeat, YOU CANNOT - fully grasp a ledge.
Some brave climbers climb buildings or cliffs, but the START FROM THE BOTTOM, and PULL themselve up, and do not start from the top and put their ENTIRE WEIGHT over the edge while grasping ONLY A LEDGE.
Here's a youtube video. Notice that this clown climbed up from the bottom and grasped the window ledge. He did not climb down from the top.

And, look at this report from China. This kid really did not hang from a ledge, he was hanging from a window frame that he could fully grasp with his hand while he stood on what looks like a drain pipe.
