Title: Hitler seen on train in workman's clothes in New York - November 5, 1945

On page 16 of the pdf, we read that, on November 9, 1945, the FBI received a handwritten letter stating:
QuoteOn Nov. 5th, my mother [name removed] claims to have seen Adolf Hitler dressed in workman's clothes on the 3rd Ave. "L."   She got on the train at Houston St. and the Bowery.  She told the conductor but he being an Italian became too scared to do anything about it.  Hitler noticing my mother looking at him left shortly after.
