The US was financing the development of virus' that could reasonably be expected to produce a Seriously Nasty Pathogen.
I worked about 24 years in clean room environments ... accidents happen all the time !
But with electronics, normally, they just throw out a bad batch, if there is a mistake.
The US had -2- early warning systems for a Pandemic. A Dr. Linda Quick on the ground in Wuhan, and a White House Pandemic Office.
Put in place during the Obama admin.
The dangerous virus development contracts, 2x $3.7 million, were let by the NIH in 2014 and 2019.
In other words, it straddled the Obama & Trump administrations.
And then ... Trump Deleted both early warning systems.
Anybody who knew of the dangerous virus development, and the disbanding of the Pandemic early warning systems, would have known that there was an increased chance of a Pandemic.
