"Jorn Lukaszczyk in gesprek met moleculair bioloog Peter Borger. Peter
eventuele consequenties. Een onderwerp wat de mainstream media hopelijk
ook overneemt. [ ... ]"
The video is all in Dutch, however from the mentioned publications
[1][2], slides are shown which are in English. Via sites like veed.io
one can do auto-captions from Dutch audio into a Dutch srt which can
then be translated in a English srt. Publication [2] includes an
English explanation of what in above video is discussed. Shortly before
above interview was conducted, Peter Borger had, without warning,
been removed from his Linked-In account and in effect lost over 500
valuable contacts from within his scientific community.

You could give Palaver a try. Recently released and still beta but quite OK.
Here is video showing some of the features, including dictation mode.
