Title: Gentile Conference in Dresden - late 1800's ? early 1900's ? URGENT

I am trying to cite the Gentile conference that was held in Dresden 20 or 50 years before the Jews fire-bombed it in 1945.

Obviously they were punishing the people of Dresden for DARING to be independent.

I am citing this in a letter to Netanyahu.

I need the information ASAP.

Google is not helpful.

Do you think they will launch the full offensive Saturday morning ?

Does the Jewish Sabbath play any role in the timing of these things ?
