Quote from: "joeblowman"1. Download WavePad.
Or Audacity (audacity.sourceforge.net) with lame encoder (http://lame.buanzo.com.ar/ (http://lame.buanzo.com.ar/)).  No nags to buy, no disabled options.

But Senor, the problem is that it doesn't have those features above^

I examined the Audacity Wiki and doing the same thing is extremely confusing:

http://audacityteam.org/wiki/index.php? ... -recorders (http://audacityteam.org/wiki/index.php?title=Sanitising_Speech_Recordings_Taken_with_portable_audio_player-recorders)

http://audacityteam.org/wiki/index.php? ... se_Removal (http://audacityteam.org/wiki/index.php?title=Noise_Removal)

It isn't that confusing. High pass filtering just has more parameters, but you can stick with the defaults for everything but the cutoff frequency.
For noise removal, you select a portion of the file that has just noise, and build a 'noise profile'. You then use that noise profile to run noise reduction on the whole file. This method may be more convoluted, but gives more accurate results.

Would you be kind enough to edit Ognir's latest audio, then we can compare the results with what I did?

This isn't a competition! I just recommend Audacity, which I use regularly even though I have Ableton and Cakewalk Sonar to play with. Anyway, I've saved my version as VBR Joint Stereo and it can be found at http://www.megaupload.com/?d=78I3DP87 (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=78I3DP87)
