I apologize if I got some people excited, but I'm currently attempting to put a video together in regards to this new camp that's being built. I attempted (unsuccessfully) to get an interview with our mayor on this, so I have decided to include the following in the video I'm making:
1. Take video and plenty of photos of the "park" with my commentary.
2. Take video and photos of the new housing that's being built in the area surrounding the park, as well as video and photos of the construction of these new houses being built all across the city (of Toronto) and in the surrounding cities (Brampton, Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Woodbridge, Vaughan, Markham etc).
3. Add commentary and news articles as well as local newscasts as to how the infrastructure is being built which ties in to the coming police state.
Here are some of those points:
1. The park itself is mostly empty land at the moment with 7 very large and long buildings (possibly more, I'll check into it)
2. There is still access on one side for the driver test centre....everything else has been blockaded (not huge blockades but large enough so that cars cannot get in...I was able to get in on my bike)
3. A military recruitment centre as well as a R&D centre is just beside the park
4. A watchtower like structure is being constructed
5. A railroad passes through the park (like all camps do)
6. The construction of the new homes in the immediate area and surrounding the city, look like they are designed for a police state, and this isn't just surrounding the park, it's surrounding the entire city.
7. The new neighbourhoods (here we call them "sub-divisions") based on their design, can be easily cut off with a checkpoint, when the police state comes.
I'll go into this stuff in greater detail in my video. I want to do it thoroughly so that I don't miss anything.
Again, I'm filming and photograping the park, the construction of the new neighbourhoods surrounding the park and surrounding the city. I'll try again to get the mayor on for an interview if I can.

I'm close to Toronto (other side of those communities you mentioned) but where is this park? This area (the same communities) are all suburbs of Toronto and there's tons of new housing, if this park borders on all those communities it would have the radius of about 70 to 100 kms and would be hard to miss. Do you have more specific details as to its location?

I live in Toronto.
That military base has been there for ages. Sections of it have been sold off to developers through out the years.
A part of it is being used as a huge flea market and another part is sectioned off for a holding area for Chrysler Magnum vehicles being unloaded from trains. It also has a section devoted to the development of the Dash 7 or 8 plane. It also contains a training area for vehicle maneuvers of police and ambulance. Planes land and take-off on a daily basis.
I think a bit of paranoia is being exhibited here ! It's a military base what would you expect ?

I'd expect a little more investigation into them before just giving them a free pass, that's what I'd expect. If it turns out it's nothing then so be it, but if they uncover a covert concentration camp from their efforts then what do you say. Don't thwart their efforts to collect evidence, why don't you assist them and prove your assumptive conjecture?

Me and Greynight from Khanverse forum are going to make an attempt at a closer look and after take a drive up to Watt's and see if he's living large ... err I mean 'roughing it out in the woods' :) . Sometime in May.
