A Pinal County Sheriff's deputy was shot in the stomach Friday by an undocumented immigrant off Interstate 8, according sheriff's officials.

Lt. Tami Villar told 12 News that the search and rescue deputy was investigating a load of marijuana in the desert and was confronted by five suspects. She also said the wounded deputy is expected to survive.

Deputies believe at least two people were armed with long guns and at least one handgun. The deputy, whose name was not released, was patrolling alone in what is considered a high-traffic drug and human-smuggling corridor.

Villar said the deputy radioed dispatch about 4:30 p.m. to say he had been shot off Interstate 8 and Arizona 84, but he could not be found when authorities arrived at the scene.

The deputy was located more than an hour later and taken to the Casa Grande Medical Center for treatment.

His condition was not available.

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office dispatched a helicopter and members of its SWAT team to Pinal County to assist in the case, said department spokesman Lt. Brian Lee. Lee said at 5:45 p.m. there were reports over the police scanner that suspects were shooting at a police helicopter. Lee did not know which agency was operating the helicopter.

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio was headed to Pinal County to assist in the investigation, Lee said. The Border Patrol has sent agents to assist the Pinal County Sheriff's Office with the investigation, said Mario Escalante, a Border Patrol spokesman assigned to the Tucson sector.

"We are headed out to assist," he said.

Escalante said he had no further details about the shooting.

The nearest Border Patrol station in the area is located in Casa Grande.

Staff writers Craig Harris, Allison Hurtado and Daniel Gonzalez contributed to this report.

Meixcan Drug Cartel violence is spilling into the USA very rapidly - That's a fact, like it or not.
I have traveled to Phoenix and Tuscon on business over the last few years.
This is just the tip of the iceberg, believe me.

Rockclimber

Thanks for that Brandon. I stand behind Arizona and Jan Brewer 100%. There is nothing insidious about this-they just want to enforce the laws that are already on the books and I applaud their return-the sooner the better. The jew muliticulturalism policies have caused this mess and it's about to incite race wars. Get rid of the problem, and the jews don't win. It's easy math.

I understand both sides of the argument, but see that people not listening on either side tends to blur the issue.

Altzan representatives in Utah; Melodía Gutiérrez and Daniel Argueta have already spoken out on the need for Immigration Reform.

Remember, as Rockclimber stated above, economically instigated mass migration and cultural erosion as a means to provoke conflicts amongst the goyim, was one of Weisphat's Talmudic goals exactly 234 years ago to this day.

If both sides could identify their common enemy (same goes for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan) in Zionism, it would save a lot of lives.

"U.S. patriots"  like Shawna Forde are useful idiots and patsies for the Talmudists: Its no coincidence that the Minutemen had intimate links with the likes of Glenn Spencer--allegedly an ex-JDL terrorist with confirmed familial ties amongst Zionist Jewry. Zionist contra criminal John Adams (good pals with Dubya and Ehud Barak) also turns up, as do usual suspect crazies like Roger Barnett and Wes Fleming.

The Zionist goal over there is obviously borderland race war, one so horrible that both Mexicans and Americans will welcome peace efforts, however absurd they may be; Probably the only way they could take NAFTA forward with the Amero.

"If this hostility, even aversion, had only been shown towards the Jews at one period and in one country, it would be easy to unravel the limited causes of this anger, but this race has been hated by all peoples among whom it has established itself. It must be therefore, since the enemies of the Jews belonged to the most diverse races, lived in countries very distant from each other that the general cause of anti-Semitism has always resided in Israel itself and not in those who have fought against Israel."

As a non-statist, I can not support that person who was shot. That same person is trained to taze, shoot, and beat some one like me, who does not consent to being governed by others. I do not know the particulars of the matter, but I do not support murder. If those smuggling weed were defending themselves against this guy then I could support what was done; however, if they were the aggressors and they initiated the use of force, I can not support them.

But given the situation, I can't see the cop, who is trained to believe that he has some right to interfere with the movement and behaviors of others, behaviors which have been categorized as crimes although they are not (crime = theft, fraud, and the initiation of violence upon another), spotting these individuals, especially with weed, and telling them, "you can go on your way now boys". That's just a given.

The weed and "illegal" immigration issues are non-crimes, but they can create crimes (violence, theft, etc.) in carrying them out. If the immigrants were taught about who is fucking things up for them in the lands in which they were born and raised, perhaps they could do something about it. As it stands, they are being used as unwitting pawns in the destablization of other regions, namely the geographical region associated with the legal term "United States" (in the lay persons mind that is).

Weed is about the most benign substance there is, and the reasons for keeping it illegal are all related to making money of course. Any way, I can't feel sympathy for individuals who have been conditioned, and who have sought out conditioning, which promotes their "right" to behave in a controlling manner of others who do not consent to such behaviors. This guy wouldn't have been shot if the damnedable lawyers hadn't set up this massive authoritarian, fraudulent system.

You had better be armed and travel with arms. The illegals are being indoctrinated with beliefs that are quite violent as a part of fomenting chaos in this land. The last thing the informed community needs is to start losing members who have spent much time educating themselves as to the problems and solutions in their world. In other words, people like you are a valuable resource and irreplaceable.

thank you sir.  I agree wholeheartedly.  I do travel with protection in the form of knives and my belt.  cops will definitely mess with you if you have a firearm here.  but at my home I am more than adequately protected...  ;)

Well that's excellent. I'm willing to risk interactions with unfortunately brainwashed cops while keeping a firearm close, but that's something each of us has to decide for ourselves.

I would go so far as to make one more recommendation since you live in a desert (I do too in Sacramento, and I'll be moving to Irvine in December, maybe we can meet up some time?): Buy and store excess water and even one 50lb bag of beans and rice. All that stuff will go far if the talmudists/masons decide to cut power and electricity for a while.

brandon dean

I do need to store up on water, but I have about a year supply of food in the house, mostly in the form of beans, rice and dehydrated milk, but many other things like canned meat, etc...

I also have a complete bugout bag, and the only thing I'm missing for it is a barometer, though that's not too imperative in socal...
