What do you guys make of this story?  When I first read it I thought the "theory" was spot on -- children murdered to shut up the father; murder blamed on the nanny.

But now that she is alive...............what the hell is going on here?  Did they screw up the hit?  And if YES, how will they keep her silent from the Hospital?

Perhaps just drug her up like they do all the rest?

I noticed this story has gone cold.  I love the people who come out on day one and say "See, see, see.........."

but then go quiet when it appears there are 'holes' in the theory/story.  It is the same thing the MM does when they report something falsely.  They never apologize or correct their error.  Ex:  the notorious anti-semitic attacks committed by Jews.  The public never hears the truth.  They only remember how Jews are always persecuted.

The mainstream media is hardly covering this story as well.  Maybe that should tell us something.  We certainly never hear of the "finance/scam" side to this story.

Yes, Roy. I have had similar thoughts. The initial conspiracy view was that: 1) the CNBC website had run the story about the $43 TRILLION lawsuit for fraud/manipulation of home prices; 2) the executive in charge of the site, a VP, suddenly had two of his children (beautiful, happy-looking boy and girl, 2 and 6) were STABBED TO DEATH in a bathtub by their nanny; 3) that the nanny had also stabbed herself to death; 4) that the story was then taken down from the website.

Now that the nanny is apparently still alive, the conspiracy appears flawed: either they did not kill her properly, or the nanny was some sort of mkultra. It seems odd that TPTB have enough MKultra candidates to go around that they can just salt all of the nanny positions in NY city....

It has also been reported that the mother 'saw' the nanny stab herself.  But this could also be untrue. I have also read that the nanny was found, unconscious, on the floor, with stab wounds.
Compare:
QuoteThe mother, 38, had just returned around 5:30 p.m. to the family apartment on Manhattan's West Side with her 3-year-old daughter, who she had just taken to swimming lessons, police Commissioner Ray Kelly said.

All the lights were out in the residence, so she went downstairs to ask the doorman whether her two other children and their nanny had gone outside. After the doorman said they had not, the mother went back upstairs and started looking around, Kelly said.

Peering into a bathroom, she let out a scream upon finding her 1-year-old son and 6-year-old daughter stabbed to death in the bathtub, according to Kelly.

The children's 50-year-old nanny was on the bathroom floor unconscious and bleeding from what appeared to be self-inflicted stab wounds to her neck, Kelly said. A kitchen knife sat next to her, according to police spokesman Paul Browne.

A neighbor, Sandy Marcus, told CNN that she called 911 after hearing the mother's screams. Another neighbor recalled it was hard to ascertain what was going on since "everybody was screaming."

This story is citing a police commissioner.
QuotePolice: Nanny stabbed herself upon mother's arrival
From Wayne Drash, CNN

updated 9:10 PM EDT, Fri October 26, 2012
New York (CNN) -- The New York nanny suspected in the killings of two children in her care began knifing herself when their mother entered the bathroom and saw the bodies in the bathtub, police said Friday.
"We believe now that the nanny began to stab herself as the woman entered the room," Police Commissioner Ray Kelly told reporters in a revised account of Thursday's events.
"We initially thought that had already been done but now information is coming out that she did it as the mother entered the bathroom."
Earlier, police had said that Marina Krim found nanny Yoselyn Ortega, 50, on the bathroom floor of the family's Upper West Side luxury apartment with self-inflicted wounds.
In the tub lay the clothed bodies of two of Krim's children: Leo, who had recently celebrated his second birthday with "Pinkalicious-inspired cupcakes;" and his 6-year-old sister, Lucia, who had performed "beautifully in her ballet recital" in May.
Both children had been repeatedly stabbed, police said.
Ortega started stabbing herself in the neck with a kitchen knife, police said. Her wrists were slit...
The children's father, Kevin Krim, a senior vice president for CNBC Digital and former Yahoo executive, was en route back home from the West Coast. Police broke the news to him at John F. Kennedy International Airport.
"A member of the CNBC family has suffered an unimaginable loss," NBC Universal said in a statement. "The sadness that we all feel for Kevin, Marina and their family is without measure."

The same police commissioner had revised his story to include the fact that the mother had SEEN the nanny stabbing herself. It's not impossible that this part of the story did not come out in the original telling. The mother must have been a total wreck. What a nightmare.

At the same time, how did the POLICE COMMISSIONER come to misapprehend his VERY IMPORTANT FACT? Finding someone, wounded and unconscious, at a crime scene is not proof of guilt. But watching someone stab themselves with the murder weapon is enough to lock them up and throw away the key.  This is a very key piece of information that was repeated by the highest level of the police department. Then it was changed.

Did the mother neglect to relay this fact? Possible, given her extreme grief and anguish.
Did the police just add that fact that the nanny was found unconscious?  Less possible, since it is their job to collect facts for evidence at trial.
Are the NYPD retards? Perhaps. A lot of police are retards.
Did someone get someone to change the story? Perhaps, but then the mother would have to give evidence contradicting this story.  This story depends on the mother saying that she saw the nanny stab herself.

If the mother saw the nanny stab herself, then I would depend on the mother to testify to this fact. If the mother did not witness the nanny stabbing herself, then her testimony would have to be motivated by threats of more violence or perceived revenge against the nanny.

This is all very hypothetical, and doesn't lead to any solid conclusions.  The key fact is that the police gave the facts wrong, and this related to a key piece of evidence.  I think this proves that the NYPD are retards.

It is also apparent that we simply do not know all of the facts since we are relying upon MSM sources. It could also be untrue that the nanny is still alive. Even if the nanny is alive, many, if not most, people have already determined that she is the culprit.  The fact that the nanny is alive does not disprove the conspiracy, but it does leave a loose end.

I tried to check if the original posters had backed away from their conspiracy claims, and the links on the Ron Paul site comments were helpful.  One link was to a story that cited nameless sources as saying that there was friction between the Krim family and the 'crazy' nanny.  The family had not been paying her enough, the nanny felt, and they had offered her more money if she could also do some cleaning up:
QuoteThe latest revelations pertaining to the murder of Marina and Kevin Krim's two children Leo and Lulu Krim last week reveals that family nanny Yoselyn Ortega was upset that she was asked to clean up and do extra house work.

Aware that she was undergoing financial hardship and the strain already showing in her day to day demeanor the Krim family offered to alleviate Ortega's duress by offering her an extra five hours of work a week. Work which would involve her tending to general cleaning and housework around the house. Yet that it seems only aggravated Ortega who increasingly came to resent her employer who she perceived to be living a life of luxury whilst she lived a life where she struggled to barely just make ends meet.

Said Ortega : "I'm paid to watch the children, not clean up and do housework.'

The offer for more hours came after the Krim family went so far as introducing her to a new family who were in the market for a nanny but at the last moment declined to take on Ms Ortega due to what has been reported her combative and sour demeanor. Something that the Krim family it is said were by now aware of.

Said authorities who interviewed Ortega: 'There was friction between her and the family.'

Despite being offered extra hours Ortega griped that the hours would interfere with doctor's appointments on top of her feeling slighted that any new hours would relegate her to a cleaning lady.

It is also understood Ms Ortega had in recent months been forced to move out of a residence and move in with her sister as her financial woes mounted and the sublet she had taken over expired.

Last week, the mother of CNBC executive Kevin Krim said that the young family treated Ortega, as they would one of their own, 'bending over backwards' to help her and even buying plane tickets so she could fly to the Dominican Republic with them.

Authorities have also revealed that Ms Ortega had been warned that if she didn't improve her work that she would be let go. Something that obviously didn't sit too well with the nanny who was begin to feel overwhelmed by her financial situation and had begun to blame the Krim family.

Since regaining consciousness after a failed attempt at her own life Ms Ortega has only asked about her family but not that of the Krim family, heightening assertions that there was indeed friction between herself and the Krim family. It was also revealed that Ms Ortega has since hired a defense attorney.

At present Ms Ortega has yet to be charged with the deaths of the two children but is expected to be arraigned from her hospital bed.

And then there was this comment below which made me think:

Regardless of terrible murders ... – i don't think it's a very good idea to get that close with your "help" ... treating help almost like family.. go on the same trips with them etc...

For most normal people it's no problem .. – but for some coo-coos Jealousy etc can come into play some day ... — they might start feeling that they are family .. when they are NOT ... and some day reality comes into play .... and those who are psychologically messed up .. who knows what kind of weird / bad things they can do some day.

And in a fit of rage over being asked to clean up for 5 hours a week, the nanny stabbed the little boy and little girl to death. Maybe. Whatever.
