introducing a shoutbox or chatango style chatbox

It could be great if TIU Forum has  a shoutbox or chatango style chatbox were people who are online can message one another right here live.

a shout/chat box in the center of the forum is more like a marketplace and is easier perhaps for people to meet up.

I think copying Con Cen forum shoutbox is a good idea!
