Found this posted over at Wayne Madsen's front page. His comment was: "Justice Department drops biggest human trafficking case ever brought. U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division attorney Daniel H. Weiss signs order dropping case against Global Horizons and its Israeli CEO, Mordechai Orian. Weiss taking care of Orian - why are we not surprised?"

So, this is just more jewish loyalty to the tribe (I guess they are following the talmudic sense of justice)

Federal prosecutors today dropped the forced-labor and human trafficking case against the owner of a labor contracting company accused of victimizing hundreds of Thai farm workers.

U.S. District Judge Susan Oki Mollway signed the order dismissing the case against Mordechai Orian, owner of Global Horizons Inc., and four co-defendants after federal prosecutors said they are unable to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt.

Three other defendants who have already pleaded guilty will get the opportunity to withdraw their pleas.

The request for the dismissal was signed by U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division attorney Daniel H. Weiss.

The dismissal comes 11 months after the government dropped a similar case against brothers Alec and Mike Sou of Aloun Farms in the middle of trial.

The Global Horizons case had been scheduled for trial next month.
