The Murder and Trial

 Trailer | DVD | VOD | Book

An independent investigative team discovers concealed evidence in the autopsy reports of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman that would have exonerated O.J. Simpson had it not been withheld from both trial juries. The team also uncovers evidence that points away from Simpson towards other individuals who are responsible (Jews).

Christopher Marlowe

OJ did a movie about Navy Seals right before the murder, and he was trained in Seal tactics on how to stealthily kill with a knife.
OJ bought a knife just before the murder.
OJ was at the scene at the time of the murder.

There was blood found all over the place. OJ had a nasty cut on his hand. Even if the Police planted evidence, there was TONS of circumstantial evidence.

But the most determinative evidence to me is that OJ CONFESSED. OJ confessed to Rosie Greer when OJ was in jail.  Rosie Greer was acting as OJ's spiritual advisor so the conversation was Privileged, and not admissible in court. A guard at the jail overheard the confession and wanted to testify, but overhearing a Privileged Conversation in jail does not take away the privilege, and the guard was not allowed to testify.

But even though that evidence was not admissible in court, it doesn't stop me from knowing that it happened.  OJ confessed to Rosie Greer, therefore OJ did it.

The documentary Reboot posted covers this aspect:

Seems to be a valid point, doesn't it?

I find it hard to believe that OJ had that whole team of expensive lawyers at the top of their field, Cochoran, Scheck, and Derlittleshitowitz, and he was not able to subpoena some phone records that prove his innocence.  If those records existed and were exculpatory, it would have been a no-brainer for the judge to allow the defense motion.  Why didn't OJ make such a motion? Surely it wasn't an issue of time or money, or reluctance to beat a dead horse or to chase an irrelevant fact down a dark alley.
------
I did a little check and found that these records had already been subpoenaed and brought into court.  Here is a website that discusses the whole matter of the phone records: http://www.bobaugust.com/gullible.htm
QuoteHere us what really happened:

Juditha Brown and her family left Mezzaluna Restaurant just before 8:30 P.M. June 12, 1994. As they started their drive, Juditha Brown realized she had lost her eyeglasses. She decided to call the restaurant as soon as she got home.

Restaurant employee Karen Crawford testified that Juditha Brown called the Mezzaluna at 9:37 P.M. and asked them to look for her eyeglasses. Crawford informed her they had found them, and would put them in an envelope with Nicole's name on it.

Nicole called the Mezzaluna Restaurant after speaking with her mother, identifying herself as Juditha Brown's daughter, and inquiring about the eyeglasses. She asked if Ronald Goldman was still there and then spoke with him. Ron took the glasses, intending to drop them off at Nicole's on his way to meet his friends. He left Mezzaluna at 9:50 P.M.

Nicole Brown Simpson never spoke with her mother again.

You ask, "At the time of the criminal and civil trials, do you believe the prosecution and plaintiffs, the defenses (Cochran and Baker) and Mr. Simpson himself had access Nicole's phone records for the night of her murder?" During the criminal proceedings (the preliminary hearing, I believe) an envelope was waved in court by the prosecution that purportedly contained records subpoenaed from GTE. It was widely believed that Judith's phone bill was in there, but from the size of the envelope, it appeared there was much more. Because of this very showy presentation, the defense attorneys were alerted that something had been received from GTE by the prosecutors, and I am quite sure they demanded, and got, a chance to examine all that was in that envelope. If a believable indication of the time of Juditha's phone calls was not found,
they would have raised a fuss, since that was the most compelling issue in the GTE records. They did not make a stink. On this basis, and combined with later stipulations, I believe that the defense attorneys saw GTE records that documented a 9:37 call to the Mezzaluna and a 9:42 call to Nicole. I doubt (but don't feel positive) that Simpson put his own eyes on those records.

Then you ask, "If Mr. Simpson and his attorneys have seen these records once and did not use them in the criminal or civil trials as exculpatory evidence, why would Mr. Simpson ask for them again now?" It is my opinion that this whole exercise is a ploy to create "reasonable doubt" in the minds of the public and/or the appellate court, so that Simpson can claim he was not adequately represented, and the civil verdict thrown out. That's just my wild unfounded guess as to why Simpson's attorneys are going through the effort.

But, whatever the reason, I feel quite confident that no authoritative telephone record is going to be turned up that shows a call to Nicole's condo that was answered after about 10:09 P.M. And, I think Simpson knows it.

February 7, 1995 Simpson Criminal Trial
Karen Crawford Testimony

MS. CLARK: THIS IS ANOTHER BOARD, YOUR HONOR, THAT HAS BEEN SHOWN TO COUNSEL.
I WOULD ASK THAT IT BE MARKED PEOPLE'S 39 -- 35.
THE COURT: 35.
MS. CLARK: 35.

(PEO'S 35 FOR ID = BOARD/JUDITHA BRN PHONE RCDS)

MS. CLARK: IT IS ENTITLED "JUDITHA BROWN PHONE RECORD, JUNE 12, 1994."
MR. SHAPIRO: YOUR HONOR, IN THE INTERESTS OF SAVING TIME, SINCE I DON'T THINK THIS WITNESS CAN AUTHENTICATE THOSE PHONE RECORDS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS WITNESS' TESTIMONY, WE WOULD STIPULATE THAT THE RECORDS ARE ACCURATE AND DEPICT THE TIME THAT THE CALL CAME
INTO THE RESTAURANT.

THE COURT: ALL RIGHT. IS THAT STIPULATION AGREEABLE TO THE PEOPLE?
MS. CLARK: YES, THAT STIPULATION IS AGREEABLE.
THANK YOU.

THE COURT: ALL RIGHT.
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, I TOLD YOU DURING THE COURSE OF OUR INSTRUCTIONS THAT WHAT THE ATTORNEYS SAY DURING THE COURSE OF THE TRIAL IS NOT EVIDENCE; HOWEVER, IN A SITUATION WHERE THE ATTORNEYS STIPULATE AND AGREE TO A CERTAIN FACT, YOU ARE TO ACCEPT THAT AS
EVIDENCE IN THE CASE. ALL RIGHT. MISS CLARK.

MS. CLARK: THANK YOU.
Q DO YOU RECOGNIZE THE PHONE NUMBER ON THE FIRST LINE THERE WHERE IT SAYS "JUNE THE 12TH, 9:37 P.M., WEST LOS ANGELES" AND THEN THERE IS A PHONE NUMBER, "310 447-8667"?
A YES, I DO.
Q AND WHAT PHONE NUMBER IS THAT?
A THAT IS THE PHONE NUMBER TO MEZZALUNA.
Q AND THE TIME THAT YOU RECEIVED THAT CALL, THE 9:37, DOES THAT SEEM TO BE ACCURATE, BASED ON YOUR MEMORY?
A YEAH, IT DOES.
------------
A Federal judge dismissed Simpson's law suit, calling it frivolous.

Another HUGE piece of evidence that NEVER MADE IT TO TRIAL was the KNIFE:
QuoteFrom Wikipedia:On June 20, Simpson was arraigned and pleaded not guilty to both murders. The following day, a grand jury was called to determine whether to indict him for the two murders. Two days later, on June 23, the grand jury was dismissed as a result of excessive media coverage, which might influence the grand jury's neutrality.
Jill Shively, a Brentwood resident who testified that she saw Simpson speeding away from the area of Nicole's house on the night of the murders, testified to the grand jury that the Bronco almost collided with a Nissan at the intersection of Bundy and San Vicente Boulevard.[3]
Another grand jury witness, Jose Camacho, was a knife salesman at Ross Cutlery who claimed to have sold Simpson a 15-inch (380 mm) German-made knife similar to the murder weapon three weeks before the murders.[3] Shively and Camacho were not presented by the prosecution at the criminal trial after they sold their stories to the tabloid press.[20] Shively had talked to television show Hard Copy for $5,000,[20] and Camacho sold his story to the National Enquirer for $12,500.[3]
QuoteFrogmen
A part of the murder case that was never televised was the two hour-long film pilot for Frogmen, an The A-Team-like adventure series starring Simpson, that Warner Bros. Television completed in 1994, a few months before the murders. NBC had not yet decided on whether to order the series when Simpson's arrest canceled the project. While searching his home the police obtained a videotaped copy of the pilot as well as the script and dailies. Although the prosecution investigated reports that Simpson, who played the leader of a group of former United States Navy SEALs, received "a fair amount of" military training—including use of a knife—for Frogmen, and there is a scene in which he holds a knife to the throat of a woman, it was not introduced as evidence during the trial.
There was SO MUCH EVIDENCE. Physical Evidence: Blood, Murder Weapon, OJ's cut on his hand.....Eyewitnesses.... Inconsistent Alibi.
OJ had the
Means: Strong guy, bought a knife of the type used in the murder just 3 weeks before the murder, seen in clothes tied to the murder just before the murder, owned rare shoes that tracked blood at the crime scene, owned gloves of the type left at the crime scene and at his own house with everyone's blood.
Motive: Jealous, Angry, Bitter, Alimony/Child Support-Paying Ex-Husband.
Opportunity: OJ has an alibi for the whole day, except for when the murders took place.  He was both sleeping, and chipping golf balls. The Limo driver reported seeing a large figure about 6-ft 2-in tall, dresses in black and weighing 200 pounds, walk into the entrance of Simpson's home-at the time OJ says he was sleeping.  Also, the chauffeur says he saw this figure at the time he saw Kato walking around with a flashlight (after hearing the three thumps). And the figure was coming from the direction where Kato heard three thumps.  Limo driver Park said he rang OJ's buzzer for 20 minutes without a reply, but shortly after he saw the figure going into Simpson's home, OJ answered the buzzer.

The only way OJ could be innocent is that if it could be possible that one could be SO GUILTY that the portion of your soul that contains guilt explodes from being over-filled. Then the over-guilty person would become innocent by default.

I know virtually nothing about this case, so the claim about the missing phone record seemed plausible at first but having read the explaination given on the site you provided, i see how it doesn't fit in the time-line.It seems you had it right.

It sounds like people are begging in hopes of maintaining Simpson as the murderer of these two people, when evidence indicates that there was potential malfeasance that included his own attorneys in conjunction with prosecutors to conceal exculpatory evidence by offering multiple stipulations over time changing on 3 occasions, believe it or not, a telephone time of the final phone call.  Whether or not malfeasance occurred or not, Simpson and his representatives have a right to clarify what occurred relative to these missing phone records and this contradictory stipulation to a 9:37 PM phone time.  Since the screening of SERPENTS RISING in film festival screenings in 2004-2005 and the public melee that erupted on cable news afterward relative to the missing phone records, the California Department of Transportation has since cooperated in providing the actual highway data for the Brown family drive between Brentwood, the location of the Mezzaluna Restaurant, and their home 70 miles away in extreme southern Orange County's, Dana Point.  The data for an 8 mile zone of the SB I-405, indicates an enormous traffic volume of 34,400 automobiles, for the departure hour between 8 and 9 PM on the night of 06/12/94.  Also there was high traffic density, due to the on-going construction to build the HOV lane system reducing the number of driving lanes, an ongoing project that was completed after five years in 1998.   Traffic speeds across all lanes averaged 29 MPH from Sunset Blvd 8 miles to the LaTijera Blvd exit.  Given the testimonial departure time of between 8:30 and 9:00 PM, the second proffered stipulation accepted by attorneys of 9:37 PM is more dubious than ever, since an hour long drive required a continuous average speed of 70 MPH anytime it fell below 70 MPH, the difference must be added on top of 70 MPH, thus giving you an increased speed for at least an equivalent 8 miles of 70 MPH + 41 MPH = 111 MPH.  So let's see the actual phone records from the legal archive department of the phone company so as to either confirm or refute the stipulated time of 9:37 PM, thus, obviating the need to deal with people simply begging for the privilege of presumption to be accepted as truthful.

I remember vividly the revelations about the conversation between "The Juice" and Pastor Rosie Grier, brother of the gorgeous Pam Grier, and that is all that I need to know to know with every being that is I that he killed those people.
