  "A man waving a Palestinian flag smashed the windows of a Kosher
   restaurant with a wooden stick in Amsterdam on Thursday morning. The
   incident happened soon after US President Donald Trump's recognition of
   Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
   The man was reportedly heard yelling "Allahu Akbar" as he smashed the
   windows of the HaCarmel restaurant, before being subdued with pepper
   spray by two police officers. The man, aged 29 according to local
   media, was subsequently detained by police and charged with criminal
   damage.
   The man is believed to have been acting in protest against the decision
   by US President Donald Trump to recognise Jerusalem as the capital of
   Israel."

The Dutch Police however clearly waited until the man was done smashing
the windows of that HaCarmel [Jewish] restaurant ...

The first hearing was held on Wednesday Dec. 20. The Syrian immigrant
