Bernard Kerik accepted a "loan" of $250k from Israel billionaire when meeting with Israel to discuss counter-terrorism 2 weeks before 9/11. And oh yea, he was the police commissioner that oversaw 9/11, was pardoned today.

Today Trump has granted clemency or pardoned 11 people all convicted of corruption. But the one that bothers me the most is Kerik.

He accepted a $250,000 interest-free "loan" from Israeli billionaire Eitan Wertheimer and failed to report it. Kerik first met the billionaire, whose vast holdings include major defense contractors, when Kerik took a four-day trip to Israel less than two weeks before September 11, 2001 to discuss counter-terrorism with Israeli officials.

Giuliani had appointed Kerik the 40th Police Commissioner of New York City on August 21, 2000 and oversaw 9/11 and made it to the WTC three minutes after the first plane hit.

After 16 months of working under Giuliani he left his position when Giuliani's term ended December 2001.

At what point are some of us going to put two and two together?

There was a post on here about alleged dancing Israelis on top of a van cheering as the towers fell. How is this pardon not a bigger deal in a conspiracy sub?

PRESIDENT'S DECISION TO PARDON KERIK SETS OFF RED FLAGS
The Former New York City Police Commissioner's Story Is Dripping With Zionist Connections.

This week, President Donald Trump issued clemency orders for a number of Americans, but surprisingly took a pass—at least for now—on pardoning longtime friend and former political adviser Roger Stone.

Among those he did pardon, however, was former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik, a close personal friend of the president's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani. This set off a number of red flags for host Rick Wiles and the TruNews team.

Kerik is known to have traveled to Israel two weeks before the 9/11 terror attacks on New York City. And, in 2003, he received a $250,000 zero-interest loan from Israeli billionaire Eitan Wertheimer, who is connected to the Israeli defense industry, as well as the Zionist terror group Haganah.

THE RUDY CONNECTION

Giuliani appointed Kerik to be New York's top cop for the final 16 months of his second-term administration in August of 2000. He later led the department's response to the 9/11 attacks. But two weeks before that, he took a four-day trip to Israel to discuss—of all things—counterterrorism. During that trip, he is said to have met Wertheimer for the first time.

A few days after the 9/11 attacks, he was credited with discovering the visa of Satam al-Suqami, a Saudi national who is alleged to have been one of the hijackers of American Airlines Flight 11. That's the plane that struck the north tower of the World Trade Center. Despite a fireball that was said to be hot enough to melt iron (2,800 F — paper burns at 451 F), the paper document survived the crash and was found by a "passerby" a few blocks away.

Kerik told reporters the passerby gave him the document, but he provided no description of the person, whose identity has never been revealed. He would go on to regard those who looked into conspiracy theories about the attacks as "retarded."

After his term as commissioner ended, he went to work for none other than his former boss, Giuliani, where he worked as senior vice president of Giuliani Partners, and as CEO off the affiliate Giuliani-Kerick LLC. Then, in 2003, the Bush administration called him into service as the Interior Minister of the Coalition Provisional Authority.

During this time, Wertheimer gave Kerik a $250,000 zero-interest "loan." This income was never reported to the IRS, which eventually led to his arrest and conviction on bribery charges. It was never discovered what the Israeli billionaire expected from Kerik in return for the money.

It's been strongly suggested in other media reports that perhaps Wertheimer was used as a go-between to funnel a Mossad payment to Kerik. Click here to read more: https://tinyurl.com/z6zbn7q

WHO ARE THE WERTHEIMERS?

Wertheimer comes from Israel's richest family. He is an industrialist, investor, philanthropist, and former member of the Knesset. His father Stef joined Haganah in 1947, and worked on the development and improvement of cannons.

In 1969, as part of Israeli efforts to overcome the French weapons embargo after the Six-Day War, Stef Wertheimer founded ISCAR Blades which later became Blades Technology—one of the largest manufacturers of blades and vanes for jet engines and industrial gas turbines. In May 2006, Berkshire Hathaway (i.e. Warren Buffett) bought 80 percent of ISCAR Metalworking Company for $4 billion. He bought the remaining 20-percent stake in May 2013 for $2.05 billion—suggesting a more than 100-percent increase in market valuation over that seven-year period.

Stef Wertheimer promotes the idea of a "Marshall Plan for the Middle East" – his concept for using industry to provide training, create jobs, alleviate poverty and raise the per capita income of those living in the Middle East. Sound like any "Deal of the Century" you may have heard about lately?

THE FIRST SIGNS OF TROUBLE

President Bush nominated Kerik to be Homeland Security Secretary in 2004. However, he was quickly forced—within a week—to withdraw his name from consideration when it was discovered he had hired an illegal immigrant as a housekeeper. The admission led to a more than $230,000 ethics fine in 2006.

When he returned to the private sector in 2005, he founded The Kerik Group LLC, serving as its chairman until his conviction in 2009. In the meantime, his crisis management, risk mitigation, counterterrorism, and prison management strategies company advised the governments of Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Mexico, Guyana, and Trinidad & Tobago.

THE END OF THE LINE

Nov. 8, 2007, Kerik was indicted by a federal grand jury in White Plains, New York on charges of tax fraud, and making false statements to the federal government about the $250,000 he received from Wertheimer. Prosecutors further accused Kerik of receiving about $236,000 from New York real estate mogul Steven C. Witkoff between 2001 and 2003. Some of the New York charges were dropped in December 2008, but Kerik was then re-indicted on the same charges in Washington, D.C.

Nov. 5, 2009, Kerik pled guilty to eight felony tax fraud and false statement charges, and was sentenced to 48 months in federal prison, followed by three years' supervised release—the federal equivalent of probation. He began is prison sentence May 17, 2010 and was released to home confinement on Oct. 15, 2013.

PRESIDENTIAL PARDON

The White House, in announcing the full pardon for Kerik, noted he has become an advocate for criminal justice reform and prisoner re-entry programs. Kerik issued the following statement about the pardon:

"There are no words to express my appreciation and gratitude to President Trump. With the exception of the birth of my children, today is one of the greatest days in my life—being made a full and whole American citizen again. Going to prison is like dying with your eyes open. Its aftermath of collateral consequences and the permanent loss of many of your civil and constitutional rights are personally devastating. This pardon restores those rights, for which I will be eternally grateful. Thank you, Mr. President. May God be with you always, and may God bless the United States of America!"

The pardon itself, however, appears to be the work of senior adviser and presidential son-in-law Jared Kushner. The Washington Post reports he has been leading a team of clemency advisers since late last year to "discuss a revamped pardon system." This wasn't the first act of clemency in the Trump administration with direct ties to Israel. During his first year in office, the president commuted the 27-year sentence of Kosher meat packing boss Sholom Rubashkin, a senior member of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement.
