Need some help! Looking for a video I saw.

I'm driving my self nuts trying to find this video I watched a couple months ago and want to pass it to a friend.  It looked like it was filmed in the 80's or 90's and was a guy speaking at a podium in front of an audience, he looked a bit on the older side and was very articulate.  He spoke in great detail how the oil producing Islamic countries had been subverted financially among other things.  I believe it spanned the era of the 50's - 80's or 90's.  It was in 2 parts and he was the author of a book.  I may have even found the vid here.  Does anyone know what I'm talking about??
