I have to thank Nierika for leading me to this info from another post.  Personally I can't think of a better way to stop the current paradigm then to step out of it.  I'm currently doing research to find ways to use the info globally but the info presented is solid in Britain, Canada, and United States.  Enjoy and peace to all.
