Social Credit is probably the best solution based system available today. It has been implemented successfuly on small scale.

Community currency is another useful tool.  There are several community currency projects going on all over the world.  Ithaca New York is the largest in the U.S that I am aware of.

The currency crisis in Argentina was actually solved with a large scale community currency infusion.   Several corporations were forced to accept community currency in lieu of federal currency during this crisis.

Community currency and social credit have many similarities in their approach. The main thrust is the abolishment of interest.
