A buddy of mine has a financial newsletter that he sends to 10,000 people and he uses this:

http://www.amailsender.com/

He has tied all these mail sending programs and he says this is the absolute best. I found a cracked copy and I've uploaded it here: http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=e92f ... f6e8ebb871

Mgt23 found this: http://www.freewarefiles.com/MassMail-V ... 16360.html but I think Atomic is much better since it's a higher version, it costs a lot more and MassMail hasn't been updated in 2 years. So please give Atomic a try before you use anything else.

I will let you guys deal with that; I like to do what I feel comfortable that I KNOW that I can do.  Keep me informed, of course, of all the details that happen when using it, but I simply don't know anything about these programs and I feel that I can contribute in many other ways.  We also must understand that faxing is also extremely necessary, and THAT is wherein the time will be most consuming, but I PROMISE YOU, it will provide better results than e-mail in many cases--GOVERNMENTAL instiutions are the best example of which I can give because e-mail is simply a waste of time in that instance; I assure you of this!

I think a list manager on a Linux box w/ sendmail will do the job much faster. Again if you have your own server it would be nice, or we could get a shell account on a shared box at less than $20 per month.

ehpg, I'm not technical enough to understand this. I think only Sullivan & Og are technical guys. If you want to take on this part of the project (mail sending), be my guest! I have no idea what I'm doing other than what people have told me :)
