When I worked at the Dept for Work and Pensions, they were using Verint for call auditing. This is quite worrying actually that government infrastructure is being run from Israel. Because of certain things which happened to me at work, i bet the bastards have been watching me since uni. I wonder just what and how many institutions have been penetrated by verint.
