Watching this video reconfirmed America is beyond the point of repair. The police are fucked so are the stupid citizens.

Fantastically wet and slushy snow for making the best snowballs for "pelting" cars.  It's an American tradition for teenagers!

Once in a while a "pelters" will hit someone's car and this sort of thing happens, without, of course, the guns or an arrest.  To me, seeing that they hit a cops car just proves over and over how a lot of power given to small minds creates problems.
I will gladly pay you Tuesday for a Hamburger today.

I just see this as typical White Bread  "Suburban Kids" encountering the Real Urbane Inner-city USA.  They were lucky the cop didn't pop a cap at them. Cops pull guns all the time downtown for all different reasons... white bread America (Europe?) tends to forget this.

No different than College kids trying to meet up with Urbane inner-city Thugs... bad things can happen and they often do downtown.
