" Buffett Says He Supports Goldman's Blankfein 100%

" May 1 (Bloomberg) -- Warren Buffett, the Wall Street critic who invested $5 billion in Goldman Sachs Group Inc., said he supports the bank's Chief Executive Officer Lloyd Blankfein "100 percent" after the firm was sued by regulators for fraud.

"He's done a great job running that firm," Buffett said today in Omaha, Nebraska in a Bloomberg Television interview before the shareholders meeting for his Berkshire Hathaway Inc. "He's smart. He's high grade."  "

I don't entirely understand Buffett.  He seems very common sense sometimes, and he's quite wealthy enough to be independent in his thinking.

However, were he truly independent, he would probably endanger Berkshire Hathaway, his "baby".  The Jew Bankers would short it, or something.

Besides his comments about GSX & Blankfein, the one thing that tells me Buffett ain't so independent is his behavior on 9-11.  When Bush was flying around the country after reading "My Pet Goat" for Florida schoolchildren, Air Force One stopped at Offutt Air Base in Nebraska, where Bush met with, among others, Warren Buffett.

It's just very odd to see one of the wealthiest men in the world kowtowing to Goldman Sachs & Blankfein, especially with the recent civil (and criminal ?) investigations.

Maybe this gives us some indication of where Buffett's Achilles Heel is.
