This lengthy essay work is about the state of illness in America and the causes which the Author investigated himself. He is a vet, not a doctor but it is a fascinating read and is able to come at the problems at the right angle unlike many doctors today are unable to do. I think it is very important read for all people who are interested in their health. For example have you ever had cravings for cheese, cheese is really concentrated milk and very dense in casein, a milk protein. Humans are unable to properly digest and use casein 100% and the body partially digesting these proteins produces casomorphins, yes like the name sounds it has opiate properties and causes people to get sleepy after eating dairy products and does explain why some people are cheese fanatics, they are addicted to it. Another double whammy is gluten in bread, humans are unable to process this fully as well and the byproduct produced are gliadorphins. I remember Toasted cheese bread was a favorite food, afew slices of bread and cheese would relax me and help me go to sleep. No wonder Western people are getting so easily brainwashed and acting like stupid subhuman goy cattle, they have this stuff going though their system all day.

I read the whole thing, it is a very entertaining and enjoyable read, you certainly will have wiser eyes after reading it. It's is pretty much doctorj's flagship work at his site. Goes into alot of history about wheat, did you know that until around 400AD wheat only contained 5% Gluten which people made bread out of, today commercial wheat contains over 50% Gluten which in the Authors own words

"I can remember the days when spreading peanut butter on a piece of bread required almost surgical skills. Now, with the addition of wheat gluten to the bread mix that is made from gluten-rich wheat, we have a product from which one could almost make a trampoline. These are seriously tough breads. If the gluten killed our ancestors, what must it be doing to us now?"
