Six Israeli soldiers killed when helicopter crashes in Romania: officials

BUCHAREST, Romania - A helicopter carrying one Romanian and six Israeli soldiers crashed Monday in mountainous terrain during joint military training, the Romanian defense ministry said.

There is no information on whether there are survivors, Defense Ministry spokesman Constantin Spanu said. Officials were scrambling to reach the accident site near the central Romanian town of Zarnesti, some 120 kilometers (75 miles) northwest of Bucharest, he said.

Spanu said the Israeli transport helicopter CH-53 was flying at low altitude and lost radio contact mid-afternoon Monday.

The ministry said the cause of the crash was still unknown, but Defense Minister Gabriel Oprea has ordered an investigation and sent officials to the area.

A Romanian medical evacuation helicopter and two Israeli helicopters were trying to locate the crash site.

Earlier this month, the ministry reported that an Israeli CH-53 made an emergency landing on July 18 due to unspecified technical problems.

Romanian and Israeli troops are taking part in Blue Sky 2010, 11-day joint aviation exercises in which troops are trained to fly at low altitude in search, rescue and medical evacuation exercises.

The Israeli military spokesman's office said only that it was looking into the report.

anyone involved in, what is undoubtedly today, a thoroughly anti-mankind ideology, is bound to neither live peaceful, inside or out, or die peaceful, inside or out. These people on the aircraft along with other deaths, american military for instance, is a reminder.

People who are in this machine called the 'israeli military' and greater ISRAEL, you are being used. I know you read these sites, fanatically loyal to ISRAEL INCORPORATED (please go look it up, your precious 'Country' is nothing more than a corporation like MCDONALDS), as part of hasbara campaigns. I know you are sitting on a comfortable chair at a research facility, air-conditioned, thinking tiu (and the celebrations in this thread) signify 'how much *those other people* hate you'.

The major fraud is there are no 'other people'. Only an ideology pushed by a minority of people who have sold their souls to destruction, a set of people on the planet literally hell-bent on bringing in total destruction. Here, they are obviously trying to spread it to Romanians.

Man, we could have peace, real peace and abundance, however, the ideology you adhere to, has time and time again, throughout centuries, prevented peace and caused war. Don't think it's going to go on forever, because it's not. The signs are all around; people have had enough.

Why not? can people not be happy and celebrate when a serial killer is executed and is no longer able to murder innocent people? Same thing. Everyone in the Israeli military is guilty of taking part in this crime to rob the land, rob the country and kill off all the Palestinians. In fact every Jewish Israeli citizen is taking part in that crime, because they are all usurpers and invaders. Same with everyone in the American military who are collectively guilty for taking part in the momentous crimes in Vietnam, Laos, Europe, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen and elsewhere.

And they do it. the Israelis danced on 9/11, and had parties after the flotilla massacre. They sing songs in praise of Baruch Goldstein the mass murdering American-Jew, who massacred a couple dozen Muslims.

I think this accident is karma, and a cause for celebration.
