In this episode Sally is here to discuss her new DVD The Oiling of America.

Journalist, chef, nutrition researcher, homemaker and community activist, Sally Fallon is the founding President of the Weston A. Price Foundation and author of Nourishing Traditions: The Cookbook . Mrs. Fallon's lifelong interest in the subject of nutrition began in the early 1970's when she read Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston A Price. Price noted that all of these diets contained a source of good quality animal fat, which provided numerous factors necessary for the full expression of our genetic potential and optimum health.
Mrs. Fallon applied the principles of the Weston Price research to the feeding of her own children, and proved to herself that a diet rich in animal fats, and containing the protective factors in old fashioned foodstuffs like cod liver oil, liver and eggs, makes for sturdy, cheerful children with naturally straight teeth and a high immunity to illness.
First published in 1996, Nourishing Traditions has stimulated the public health and medical communities to take a new look at the importance of traditional foods and preparation techniques in human health, and to reexamine the many myths about saturated fats and cholesterol.

My recording software utterly failed this week, even after a format and complete reinstall of my system. So I'm a bit frustrated, and the company, Pamela, doesn't seem to be doing much to fix it and I'm not the only one reporting many problems since their last update.

Interesting what she said about lettuce. Here in Kenya baboons and elephants (when there were lots of such animals, now just about all disappeared) would sometimes break into your veggie garden. They chomped everything there was to chomp, but never touched the lettuce.

Thankyou for the interview. There is nothing unhealthy about lettuce, she said that using the logic that the media uses, lettuce is the cause of heart attacks because it became widely used during the 19th century. I do know that lettuce should not be fed to guinea pigs because it contains very little nutrition and is 98% water (iceburg lettuce) which can water log the pigs......  :roll: I thik lettuce is neither healthy or unhealthy but perhaps better than nothing.

I agree with most things in this show.

I have studied this subject extensively and can answer most questions on it if anyone wishes to ask me. I can answer all questions about oils, best --> worse, how to reverse damage etc etc.

Beginning of the 1900's scientists began to saturate vegetable oils and sell it as a lard substitute. Back then people were adverse to using liquid oil, they would only want to use lard type fats (quite a different frame of thought today). Anyway still most people used Lard. After WW2 oil manufacturing plants which used liquid vegetable oil for machinery and making things like paint crashed in value and alot of vegetable oil stock went almost worthless and more being produced. The jews came in and bought up all these industries, ramped up production and started selling and promoting it as a healthy better alternative to saturated fats. People bought it hook line and sinker. People started to get very sick with a variety of illness which the medical industry now makes massive profits off from people with cancer, heart disease which is all mainly caused by unsaturated fat consumption. That is why it is still being pushed today, the medical industry makes billions from people getting sick from consuming poisonous polyunsaturated fats. That is why it is always being promoted and there is the similar type of brainwashing similar to the jewish question, people will show adversion to Lard or coconut oil and even if you explain it too them they won't believe you, the brainwashing is very strong, look into yourself and you will see it if you have not fully woken up to the vegetable oil psyop, very similar psychological brainwashing.

I only use coconut oil, people who have found out this truth still may decide to use olive oil instead of the poly's, it's better but coconut oil is superior in every way to olive oil. Don't waste your time with it, go straight to coconut oil. About omega 3, I am not sure of it, atleast to be on the safe side, I would only consume less than 1/2 teaspoon per day with coconut oil at the same time, because mixing saturated with unsaturated can stabilize the unsaturated fats somewhat but I have read reports from Weston A. Price foundation work that infact omega 3 is very unhealthy and dogs that were given it became very sick and died, omega 3 could be another psyop, I am not sure so I do currently recommend only having the minimum amount or avoiding it all together.
