Were Christopher Walken and Robert Wagner Involved in Natalie Wood's Death?!

Before I found-out this information, Christopher Walken WAS my favorite American actor, along with Mel Gibson, of course, but after reading this, I have no choice but to have absolutely nothing more to do with him.  I want to know how many of you knew about this, and why is this information never discussed in the "tabloids", as far as I have ever seen?  Also, the ship-captain took, AND PASSED, a lie-detector examination, and this not only gives credibility to his account of what he personally witnessed that night, but demands that both Christopher Walken and Robert Wagner refute what the ship-captain "allegedly" saw take-place, which was deeply disturbing.  Also, why won't both Walken and Wagner refute what that life-guard apparently witnessed and reported to the police--that they were engaged in homosexual-relations--, and this is absolutely the first time that I had ever heard ANYTHING like this, yet the police knew about this for over 30 YEARS??!!

A shocking new revelation has been uncovered in the infamous 31-year-old mystery surrounding the death of Hollywood actress Natalie Wood.

Wood's body was found floating in the sea off Catalina Island, California on Nov 29, 1981. She had been staying on the yacht, the Splendour, along with husband Robert Wagner and their guest and fellow actor Christopher Walken.

The new discovery is the latest in a series of revelations in the case over the past couple of years.

Authorities reopened the case in 2011 after the captain of the yacht, Dennis Davern, claimed he had originally lied to the authorities and a new coroner's report published in January revealed that Wood sustained bruises to her face and other parts of her body before she went overboard and drowned.

Now the National Enquirer claims to have uncovered documentation - an official lifeguard log - which suggests Wagner and Walken had engaged in a sexual act and that Wood may have walked in on them and set off the chain of events which lead to her untimely and still unexplained death.

The note, which is torn and illegible in parts, reads 'also known Chris Walken and Robert Wagner were engaged in sexual activity in cab of boat... (illegible)...that Ms Woods found both of them together (illegible)...stated they took her away in a (illegible)...was the last time she was seen alive.'

The Los Angeles County lifeguard, who worked with detectives on the case, told The Enquirer he made the notes on the log after detectives told him that it was a scenario that were considering as a possible motive for any crime that might have been committed on the boat.
If legitimate, the documentation could help shed further light on the case which is remains a mystery 21 years after the tragedy occurred.

Ms Woods death was initially ruled an accidental drowning, caused by her slipping and falling from the dinghy, but authorities reopened the case in 2011.

Davern, who said he had originally lied to authorities, now claims Woods and Wagner had been fighting in the hours before her body was found.

Neither Wagner nor Walken has ever been charged in connection with the case. 

In January a new coroner's report revealed that bruises found on the actress' face, wrists, knees, and ankles occurred before she went into the water - not, as the 1981 report had concluded, as she struggled to climb back aboard the yacht after falling over the side.

Those bruises could have been 'non-accidental' and she could have been assaulted aboard the yacht, the medical examiner claimed.

The new coroner's report poked numerous holes in the original autopsy reporting and the ruling that her death has been accidental - however it stopped short of calling her death a homicide.

Wagner's publicist, Alan Nierob, told MailOnline in January that he would not comment on the report.

Los Angeles County sheriff's detectives reopened their investigation in 2011 after the captain of the yacht claimed that Wood's husband, Robert Wagner, was with her right up until she went overboard.

Her death was ruled 'accidental' at the time, but in 2012, the coroner changed the ruling to 'undetermined.' The coroner's office said in the new report that it is not have enough evidence to rule on the manner in which Wood died.

However, the report did pay special attention to the bruises found on Wood's body.

'The location of the bruises, the multiplicity of the bruises, lack of head trauma, or facial bruising support bruising having occurred prior to entry in the water,' the report stated.

'Since there are unanswered questions and limited additional evidence available for evaluation, it is opined by this Medical Examiner that the manner of death should be left as undetermined,' Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Lakshmanan Sathyavagiswaran wrote in the report completed last June.

Wagner has told investigators that Wood, who could not swim, must have fallen in the water when she got up to try to retie a dingy that had been knocking against the side of the yacht.

He is not considered a suspect by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office.

Wood's body was found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.14 percent, nearly twice the legal limit for driving. She was also found to be under the influence of a motion sickness medication and a painkiller, which likely increased her level of intoxication.

Her body was found floating off Catalina Island, near Los Angeles, several hours later.

The captain of the yacht, Dennis Davern, told '48 Hours' and the 'Today' show last year that he heard Mr Wagner and Ms Wood arguing the night of her disappearance and believed Mr Wagner was to blame for her death.

He said that after Wood went to bed, he heard the fight continuing in her cabin, including sounds of a physical struggle.

He also claimed that a fight had broken out between Wagner and actor Christopher Walken, who was also aboard to yacht.

Mr Davern claims Wagner waited several hours after his wife disappeared to call authorities.

Wood, 43, rose to stardom in 1947 playing little Susie, the girl who didn't believe in Santa Claus, in 'Miracle on 34th Street.'

She later starred as Maria in 1961's 'West Side Story' and was nominated for an Oscar for her role opposite James Dean in 'Rebel Without a Cause.'

Wagner, now 82, admitted he had a fight with his wife on the night of November 28, 1981, but said she was not in her cabin when he went to bed.

He maintains he had nothing to do with her death, though said he feels personally responsible for not looking after her.

However, Davern reportedly offered an alternate explanation for Wood's death. Lana Wood, the actress' young sister, claimed to author Suzanne Finstad that Davern called her and drunkenly confessed that Wagner allowed his wife to drown.

'He said it appeared to him as though (Wagner) shoved her away and she went overboard. Dennis panicked and (Wagner) said, "Leave her there. Teach her a lesson." Dennis said he was very panicky that he was sitting and (Wagner) kept drinking and kept drinking.

'And he'd say, "Come on, let's get her." And he said (Wagner) was in such a foul mood, at that point, that he then shut up and was waiting for when, when are they gonna go to her rescue, until all the sound stopped,' Lana is heard telling Finstad in recordings make for her 2001 book Natasha: The Biography of Natalie Wood.

Lana continues on to say that Davern did not think that Wagner meant for Wood to die but he did not 'run to her aid.'

'Even if he did not kill her, which is what I understand the guy's saying, it was – you know, that it – it was an accident,' Lana said.

In January investigators also revealed that Robert Wagner has declined to be interviewed for the latest inquiry."...



It appears to me that the original autopsy report was A LIE, and this is absolutely unbelievably important information, and shows what I very strongly believe was complicity at the highest level to cover-up what happened in that poor woman's MURDER, as far as I am concerned.  I know that some of you may not give-a-shit about what happens(ed) in Hollyweird, but this is a very big deal to me, and I think that this is important-enough for people here to know.

The addendum indicated Wood had bruising on her wrists, knees, and ankles that might be more consistent with an assault on her than with an attempt by her to climb back into the boat, CBS News reported. Wagner previously said she may have fallen into the water while trying to retie a dinghy that had slipped free of the boat.

Wagner is reportedly refusing to answer any more questions now that the case has been reopened.

When asked by photographers how he felt about the 30-year-old investigation being revived, Walken responded in November 2011 by saying, "I don't know."

Reports have suggested Walken is willing to talk to the police, who stressed they are only in the fact-finding phase of their investigation and that they do not consider either Walken or Wagner suspects.

In his memoir, titled "Pieces of My Heart," Wagner admitted there had been an argument on the 60-foot boat before Wood's death.

"Chris [Walken] began talking about his 'total pursuit of a career,' which he admitted was more important to him than his personal life. He clearly thought Natalie should live like that, too," Wagner wrote, according to the Daily Mail.

"I got angry. 'Why don't you stay out of her career?' I said. 'She's got enough people telling her what to do without you. ... The last time I saw my wife, she was fixing her hair in the bathroom while I was arguing with Chris."

Davern, whose conflicting testimony was the cause for reopening the case, co-authored a memoir in 2011 in which he pointed the blame squarely at Wagner.

"The only full sentence I could completely decipher during the entire argument was 'Get off my f---ing boat,' said by Robert Wagner," Davern wrote.

Walken refused to offer any more insight during an appearance on "CBS This Morning" while promoting his latest film, "Seven Psychopaths."

"I stopped talking about that 30 years ago, and there's so much information, books and Internet and, you know, everything. Anything you want to know, go look," he said."...



As I said, the main reason that this is such a big deal to me is because Christopher Walken has ALWAYS been one of my favorite actors, ever since I first saw him in the Stephen King movie, THE DEAD ZONE, and to find-out THIS kind of information really throws-cold-water on my admiration for this man, either as an actor, or as a human-being, period.  It is my very strong belief that he knows much more than he has ever told the authorities--Walken--and I absolutely do believe that his silence has allowed her death to go unpunished, and for justice to NEVER have been served, and that is absolutely unacceptable to me, on a human-level.

So now the faggotization of Robert Wagner must take place.  You may have seen him romancing the beautiful women in "The Pink Panther".  And, of course, he married Natalie twice, and is now married to Jill St. John.  If ever there was a beautiful woman, it is Jill St. John.  Yankee Doodle has always heard the insinuation that it might have been a love triangle, or suspicion of one in the mind of Wagner - Walken and Woods, NOT Walken and Wagner - and that somehow a booze-fueled fight broke out, and who knows what happened. 

Yankee Doodle has wondered why Walken has remained silent, but that is his constitutional right.  One possible answer is he was drunk on his ass, and didn't know anything, or knew better not to open his mouth.  And, years later, still knows better.

Yankee Doodle has seen movies depicting Hollywood where extremely powerful agents and studios swoop in and cover things up when there is a scandal, and this may have happened in this case, also.

Among all the Hollywood ritual sacrifices, poor Brittany Murphy has made me saddest because I think of all the vile roles she had to play in movies like Girl Interrupted (my girl at the time made me watch that garbage), and Sin City (another vile movie but I liked all the ultra-violence in the part with Marvin). God only knows what they did to that poor girl.

Walken as an actor is ok, and I don't like to bag on people's looks but the guy's physical appearance gives me the creeps. Any good role the guy played was just overshadowed by that creepy looking face. I've never seen a face with eyes like his before.

As for the case, itself, I posted this information because I really did admire Christopher Walken, IMMENSELY, as an actor, but in-light of all of this information, I can not any longer, and I want to see a prosecutor get-justice for the murder of the beautiful actress, and ANYONE who helped cover-up her murder, should be in-prison, too. 

It is really that simple, to me, and I hope that a prosecutor has the courage to do get justice in this case where justice-has-been-denied for over 30 years.

A dinghy was bouncing against the side of the boat, and I think she went out to move it. There was a ski ramp that was partially in the water. It was slippery – I had walked on it myself. Officials would not say why they were taking another look at the case, although the captain of the boat blamed Wagner for Wood's death. The actress's sister, Lana Wood, told CNN's Piers Morgan that she doesn't believe her sister fell off the boat. "I don't know if she was pushed. I don't know whether there was an altercation and it happened accidentally, but she shouldn't have died," she said. Her death in 1981 has long sparked tabloid speculation that foul play was involved. the boat's captain Mr Dennis Davern said on NBC's Today show on Friday that he lied to investigators about events on the yacht Splendour when he was interviewed after Wood's death. He accused Wagner of having an argument with Wood before she went missing and delaying the search for her after she disappeared. This contrasts with what he told the 1981 inquiry, when no mention was made of a row between the couple.

Wood, Wagner, Walken and Mr Davern spent time in 1981 both on Catalina Island and drinking on the yacht. Wagner has dismissed any suggestion that his wife's death was anything more than an accident. In a 2008 autobiography, he recounted drinking with Wood and Walken at a restaurant and on the boat. Wood went to the master cabin during an argument between the two men, Wagner said. SO...Walken DENIED that they had this admitted-to extremely heated-argument???!!!  Now, I am not an attorney, nor am I a police-detective, but it would "appear" that an inconsistency on THIS level would be grounds for a deeper questioning of Walken, given that it was not just Wagner who admitted to the argument, but WITNESSES who heard and saw this.

Discussion of Natalie Wood mystery begins at about the 19th minute.  Wagner says he "didn't really know Chris" (Walken), and that Walken was really distraught at Natalie's funeral.  Hmmm....  Wonder who invited him on the boat?  Natalie?  Why was Walken so distressed at her funeral?  Were he and Natalie lovers?  This interview doesn't answer anything, and only strengthens the questions.

AMAZING PREMONITION:  In 1962, the Alfred Hitchcock Hour had a story, entitled "Day of Reckoning", that is VERY VERY similar to the Woods-Wagner-Walken mystery.  In this story, the truth is known to a few insiders, but it is in their BEST INTEREST that the truth NEVER become public.  The killer/husband gets a guilty conscience, and actually tries to confess, and they have him committed to a mental institution.

Yes I remember this case, and I have "suspected" criminality was afoot. But at this late date, and with so much speculative evidence, there is really nothing that could convince me beyond a reasonable doubt.

Natalie Wood was a beautiful doll, and getting into the later years. Walken was always a great talent who can do just about anything. Wagner always came across to me as a pompous, talentless hack.  Wood married Wagner twice, so she was obviously a great genius, and tremendous judge of character.

Can't go wrong watching old Hitch, Laurel & Hardy, and British comedies such as those with Peter Sellers and/or Terry-Thomas, and, of course, the fantastic Ealing comedies with Alec Guinness.

Wagner is a cold fucker.  Spoke about his father wanting him to go into his business - the steel business.  Spoke about the "mills back east" - you know, where all too frequently workers fell into the furnace, off the catwalk, etc.  Just a cost of business.  Same attitude Wagner had about Natalie.

No doubt in my mind he did it, or did nothing to save her (same thing).
