Recent airstrikes in Syria have targeted 12 hospitals in violation of international law, Doctors Without Borders (MSF) has said. The airstrikes have killed at least 35 patients and medical staff and wounded 72.

An "escalation of attacks" in Idlib, Aleppo and Hama governorates in October forced six of the twelve targeted hospitals to close down, while four ambulances were also destroyed, the medical charity MSF said on Thursday. Six of the hospitals were operated by MSF.

MSF did not identify who was responsible for the "significant increase" in airstrikes. Russia has been carried out an air campaign in support of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in the same region since the end of September.

Russia has been accused by other medical charities and human rights organizations of killing civilians and targeting hospitals.

Nearly 700 health workers have been killed and 313 attacks carried out on health facilities during five years of conflict in Syria, according to the New York-based Physicians for Human Rights. More than 90 percent of those attacks were committed by Syrian government forces.

"After more than four years of war, I remain flabbergasted at how International Humanitarian Law can be so easily flouted by all parties to this conflict," said Sylvain Groulx, Head of MSF for Syria. "We can only wonder whether this concept is dead."

MSF said the recent airstrikes and fighting have also displaced tens of thousands of people as winter approaches, putting additional stress "on top of the already difficult access to healthcare for these displaced populations."

The airstrikes on hospitals in Syria comes after a US airstrike in Kunduz, Afghanistan earlier this month hit a MSF hospital, killing more than 20. MSF has also accused #link:18809454:Saudi Arabia of targeting to MSF run hospitals this month in Yemen.

You denied it ever happened, do I need to remind you of that fact?

So what they didn't name Russia.  Is Doctors Without Borders able to make that determination?

Your weak charade of journalistic integrity is all done.

You have been a biased liar all along.

MK fuck you
I don't give a rat's arse what you think

That's what you want, IMO.  And you don't want to appear as biased as you are, so you need an excuse, which I won't give you.  You will have to do it wrong.

Hals- und Beinbruch has nothing todo with some jiddisch phrase for good
luck (wiki and google are becoming awful sickening and even tiring)
Here's the proper meaning and the proper meaning only  of `Hals- und

Right Hospital?

Is that like the ultra-rightist Priory of St. John of Jerusalem, aka the Knights Hospitallers, aka Knights of Malta and Rhodes?

I hope I don't end up there, but somehow I think I have already arrived.

But thanks just the same for the `Hals- und Beinbruch'

Ognir

MK do you think I'm fuckin stupid, that MikeWB posted 100 pro RT Russian articles and I take them for 100% accurate, in a war zone?

Me thinks this Syrian/ME situation in general is now being played as good cop vs bad cop with the jews pulling all the strings.

I don't mind you having an alternative view to Mike, that is what TiU is about but it *seems to me* that you are trolling what Mike posts out of spite and I'd remind you that he is an Admin here.

As for me, your name calling needs a lot of work

Getting back on topic, I've just visited MSF website, news section

and this story isn't mentioned anywhere

I reminded you earlier in another thread, a few jews own 96% of MSM
What do you expect?

When one of those big jews, Norman Podhoretz or Bill Kristol are crying (or should I say kwetching) about something and when they're talking shit about someone, some country, some company etc, you can be sure that this person/country is on the right side at that moment.  You can see how it's being played out in Syria right now.

That's why Michael K's comments are so damn silly. I've called him a neocon in previous threads because he's constantly pushing the zionist neocon line and then he makes a thread about "russian neocons". MSF says that war crimes have been committed when their doctors were murdered by US and then MK finds some propaganda BS from Syria.

Seriously, can't you find some jеwiѕh forum to post on or are you doing it to troll us? Is your life that empty?

What we are witnessing here is that even an alternative forum like TiU, which is tiny compared to the MSM, is being put into counter-productive turmoil because TiU, unlike the MSM, is supposed to follow strict strict STRICT rules as regards "freedom of speech" and "being fair and balanced" and "allowing all opinions," etc., etc. blah blah blah....

So, what is the purpose of what is happening?  Obviously, it is to disrupt TiU.  If MK, who clearly has a lot of time and information resources to pummel us at TiU, could, of course, have a much more profound impact if he were to attack the MSM.  Wonder if he spends any time trying to attack the MSM for it pro-zionism, or, does he devote ALL of his time to attacking TiU to stifle post that are pro-Putin and pro-Russian, if only because Putin and Russia are believed to be forces of good, however small, against zionism.

He poses as anti-zionist, but his anti-zionism is nothing compared to his anti-Putin and anti-Russia posts, and if we choose to believe that Putin and Russia are a force for good, however small, against zionism...well, MK is God-damned determined to change our minds, and make sure that our posts are ridiculed.  The net effect is that TiU contains less anti-zionism and more anti-Putin and anti-Russia posts, to the point where the anti-Putin and anti-Russia propaganda dominates, and, as such, MK is trying to make TiU an extension of the MSM.

TiU isn't going to get any fucking awards for "objectivity" for allowing anti-zionism to be bullied and drowned-out by anti-Putin and anti-Russia posts, but...hmm...will somebody get a commendation medal from...hmm, let's wonder who...for neutralizing TiU's anti-zionism?

The rabid chase-your-tail anti-Putin/Russia posts are either deranged or arranged, arranged to deter and destroy.

Due to Freedom of Speech that I personally support strongly, I would ask everyone to at least double check their facts before posting.

We've gone from 70-80 new threads a month to over 200+ for the past 2-3 months, to be honest, I didn't have time to read all 80 as it was.

YD, the "official" name for this is 'Topic Dilution'.

QuoteTechnique #3 - 'TOPIC DILUTION'

Topic dilution is not only effective in forum sliding it is also very useful in keeping the forum readers on unrelated and non-productive issues. This is a critical and useful technique to cause a 'RESOURCE BURN.' By implementing continual and non-related postings that distract and disrupt (trolling ) the forum readers they are more effectively stopped from anything of any real productivity. If the intensity of gradual dilution is intense enough, the readers will effectively stop researching and simply slip into a 'gossip mode.' In this state they can be more easily misdirected away from facts towards uninformed conjecture and opinion. The less informed they are the more effective and easy it becomes to control the entire group in the direction that you would desire the group to go in. It must be stressed that a proper assessment of the psychological capabilities and levels of education is first determined of the group to determine at what level to 'drive in the wedge.' By being too far off topic too quickly it may trigger censorship by a forum moderator.

A.) Putin is a pro-Zionist.  I have proven that hands down, and I don't want to pull out the same photos of him kissing rabbis asses and the Wailing Wall, or have to cite all the accolades he and the rabbis have given one another, nor do I wish to tediously reiterate all he has said supporting the Holocaust and against Antisemitism, all the reassurances he has given to the State of Israel of its perpetual sovereignty.  It is proven.

B.) Opposing Putin is opposing a powerful pro-Zionist.  It is opposing his relationship with the State of Israel and with organized international Jewry.  It is opposing neoconservative crypto-Jewish power in the Kremlin and upon Russia and the world as a delusion and oppression.

C.) My opposition to Putin fits within the rubric of Anti-Zionism, it is Anti-Zionist and predicated upon specifically Anti-Zionist arguments and rationales.  It is not an MSM supporting narrative at all, and all I need to prove that is to challenge anyone to show where the MSM is against Putin based on his Zionism or neoconservativism, or alleges that he is the enemy of Christ.

Syria: Massive displacement in Northern Syria as violence escalates and intensifies

29 October 2015

At least 35 Syrian patients and medical staff have been killed, and 72 wounded, in a significant increase of air strikes on hospitals in Northern Syria, according to health staff supported by Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) inside Syria.

The escalation of attacks, which began in late September, have targeted twelve hospitals in Idlib, Aleppo, and Hama governorates throughout October, including six hospitals supported by MSF. Overall, six hospitals were forced to close, including three supported by MSF, and four ambulances destroyed. One hospital has since reopened yet access to emergency, maternity, paediatric and primary health care services remains severely disrupted.

As a result of the wider attacks in the region, tens of thousands of people have been forced to flee their homes. Some have sought refuge in fields and nearby villages. According to MSF community health workers, others have fled further with some 1,700 families joining an existing 110,000 internally displaced Syrians in four cluster camps spread around Atmeh, located in Idlib governorate. Two hundred and twenty five additional families alone have arrived over the past week alone.

So many humanitarians and health actors including MSF have repeatedly called and are calling for an immediate halt to such attacks across the country, but are our voices being heard?"
"After more than four years of war, I remain flabbergasted at how International Humanitarian Law can be so easily flouted by all parties to this conflict," said Sylvain Groulx, Head of MSF for Syria. "We can only wonder whether this concept is dead. So many humanitarians and health actors including MSF have repeatedly called and are calling for an immediate halt to such attacks across the country, but are our voices being heard?"

With temperatures beginning to drop, finding adequate shelter is an urgent priority. This comes on top of the already difficult access to healthcare for these displaced populations. The ability to expand the existing camps or build new ones to receive this massive influx is limited. Some of the displaced families are sharing tents while others are taking refuge in communal places such as mosques and schools.

"In addition to providing extra medical support through a mobile clinic in Southern Aleppo, we're looking into providing non food items such as tents," said Groulx. "We'll also be distributing other items to support for the upcoming winter such as blankets. But this kind of support is just a drop in the ocean when you consider what the displaced families really need. They need safety. They need security. They need to stop living from one moment to the next, wondering when the next bomb will fall."

MSF operates six medical facilities inside Syria and directly supports more than 150 clinics, health posts and field hospitals. MSF is also working with patients from Syria who have fled to Jordan, Lebanon and Iraq.

QuoteDoctors without borders" or "Spies without borders"?

October 6, 2015

Pavel Shipilin

Translated by Kristina Rus

Doctors without borders and other spies

I must say, the idea of the organization "Doctors without borders" is good. Humanism, care, kindness. Medicine. Bandages and syringes. Doctors.

And it's true.

But there is more to it.

The lovely young students of Canadian medical schools will not be recruited as spies. In the organization "Doctors without borders" (Médecins Sans Frontières) they will honestly perform their duties. The intelligence is collected by specially trained people.

If in Afghanistan a hospital is accidentally hit by a rocket, it is a tragedy on a global scale. People die. Among them — the medical staff, including "Doctors without borders". The US takes the blame and promises not to do it again.

In Donbass Americans did not strike hospitals, the Ukrainians did. And not always by accident. Although, maybe accidentally, but it does not change the point. In Novosvetlovka a hole was blown up in a wall of a surgery room. However, unlike the Afghan incident, Lugansk one is not considered a tragedy.

Now Novosvetlovka hospital was repaired, and it has become even better than it was.

But there is still a shortage of doctors and medical supplies. Not to mention the low salaries of middle and senior medical staff.

So when the French international organization "Doctors without borders" a year and a half ago offered help, the locals were grateful. Its representatives were greeted almost with flowers, housed in the best conditions and were given a room for storage of medications so needed in the Lugansk People's Republic. And, of course, supplied with transport so that nothing would prevent the people in white coats from adhering to the Hippocratic oath.

And they began to treat people. To go to villages and distribute medicines to all in need. The patients wrote thank you letters in response. It all started very well.

But in the summer in the LPR began to notice that some of the doctors without borders treated people less than their other colleagues. It became evident that some of them are trying to get close to the units of the people's militia or the soldiers, who are recovering after injuries. Whispering something in their ears. And generally acting suspicious.

And too often go to the areas that are in the zone of contact with the enemy. Their residents have an especially hard time in terms of treatment for their ailments.

Therefore, the Ministry of State Security of Lugansk People's Republic, where in fact I heard this story, decided to pay special attention to some members of the organization. Simply put, to spy on them. With the use of modern means of control.

I don't know what the staff of the MGB heard in their microphones, but in the end "Doctors without borders" lost all the trust of the LPR. And they lost their accreditation.

Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of  LPR Vasily Nikitin did not go into the details of the spy scandal. He said: "We refused only those organizations that violated the rules of stay and conditions of accreditation in the Lugansk People's Republic. This does not mean that we closed the doors to all organizations. Applications are still being accepted. We get calls, applications, which we will consider. In addition, those organisations which we refused, after three months may re-submit their application. We hope that they will consider our comments and no more problems will arise".

That is, no more spying, only treating, which is what the deal was in the first place.

The Donetsk People's Republic, where "Doctors without borders" also work, already went on alert. However, accreditation was  not yet revoked there, although it is getting close to it. As for me, I hope they will quickly pull the plug on it, because the militia is hot-blooded and doesn't like spies. God forbid it will end up in an international scandal.

I must say, this is not the first case when "Doctors without borders" are suspected of spying for the enemy. In 1999 the authorities of the former Yugoslavia accused the organization's founder, Bernard Kouchner,  :^) not only of intelligence gathering, but also in the organization of smuggling. So nothing new happened in Donbass. It's a tradition.

By the way, I have no doubt that in this organization, work mostly honest and good people who want to help those who are in trouble.

But I also have no doubt that "Doctors without borders" is used by the intelligence agencies for pure espionage purposes. Agree, it would be strange if they missed such a unique opportunity.
And, as their wealth increaseth, so inclose
Infinite riches in a little room
