  "We have shown why we believe Hillary Clinton is unfit, physically and
   mentally, to become President of the United States, using video
   footage, testimonies and images through the years to show visual proof
   of our assertion, but last night and Twiiter account named
   @HillsMedlRecords claimed that documents they uploaded are of Hillary
   Clinton's medical records from 2014 and 2015.
   
   If these documents are real.... it is over for Hillary.
   
   The original Tweet has since been removed by Twitter as the
   @HillsMedRecords user page no longer exists, but screencaps show

   she/he  listed a note in their profile that stated "I hate to do this, but
   people need to need to know. Dr. Bardack was not honest about Hillary
   Clinton's health and I have proof."
   
   
   
   The reference is to Dr. Lisa Bardack, who is on record as Hillary
   Clinton's Physician, who in July 2015, issued a statement claiming
   "Mrs. Clinton is a healthy female with hypothyroidism and seasonal
   allergies, on long-term anticoagulation. She participates in a healthy
   lifestyle and has had a full medical evaluation, which reveals no
   evidence of additional medical issues or cardiovascular disease. Her
   cancer screening evaluations are all negative. She is in excellent
   physical condition and fit to serve as President of the United States."
   
   The whistleblower account now shows up as "Sorry, that page doesn't
   exist," but the documents he or she claimed were Hillary's medical
   records, live on as people downloaded and reuploaded them and are
   sharing them still.
   
   
   
   The first is purportedly from February 5, 2014, stating the "present
   complaint" is "Blacking out for short periods of time, uncontrollable
   twitching, memory loss, fatigue.
   
   It lists a Interim Medical History, Medical Examination, then the
   Diagnosis of "Complex Partial Seizures, Subcortical Vascular Dementia"
   
   
   
   The second document the user claimed was leaked Clinton medical records
   is dated March 20, 2015, listing "Dizziness, fatigue, mini-seizures,
   memory loss" as the "Present complaint" for that office visit.
   Diagnosis on that document also states "Complex Partial Seizures,
   Subcortical Vascular Dementia."
   
   
   
   According to Cleveland Clinic, Subcortical Vascular Dementia is
   described in the following manner, along with the symptoms... emphasis
   mine:
   
   Subcortical vascular dementia, also called Binswanger's disease, is
   caused by widespread, microscopic areas of damage to the brain
   resulting from the thickening and narrowing (atherosclerosis) of
   arteries that supply blood to the subcortical areas of the brain.
   Atherosclerosis (commonly known as "hardening of the arteries") is a
   systemic process that affects blood vessels throughout the body. It
   begins late in the fourth decade of life and increases in severity with
   age. As the arteries become more and more narrowed, the blood supplied
   by those arteries decreases and brain tissue dies.
   
   Brain imaging shows the brain lesions typical of the disease and is
   essential for an accurate diagnosis. The most characteristic feature of
   vascular dementia is psychomotor slowness - an increase in the length
   of time it takes, for example, for the fingers to turn the thought of a
   letter into the shape of a letter on a piece of paper. Other symptoms
   include forgetfulness (but not as severe as the forgetfulness of
   Alzheimer's disease), changes in speech, unsteady gait, clumsiness or
   frequent falls, changes in personality or mood or urinary symptoms.
   
   John Hopkins describes Complex Partial Seizures in the following manner:
   
   Complex partial seizures can begin in any lobe of the brain, but cause
   alteration of awareness due to spreading of seizure activity.
   
   Complex partial seizures are often preceded by a simple partial seizure
   (aura). An aura is often described as a warning and can manifest in
   several different ways, such as a sense of fear, a funny feeling in the
   body, déjà vu, etc.
   
   Patients experiencing a complex partial seizure may stare blankly into
   space, or experience automatisms (non-purposeful, repetitive movements).
   
   EMEDICINE highlights a couple points under their "Impaired
   consciousness," category that explains how Clinton can function
   publicly, even after a mini-seizure, and why some are claiming that one
   of her protective detail members is truly a "handler."
   
   Usually, during a complex partial seizure, the patient is unresponsive
   and does not remember events that occurred - Although patients
   typically do not respond to external stimuli, they may make simple
   verbal responses; follow simple commands; or continue to perform simple
   or, less commonly, complex motor behaviors (eg, operating a car)

   If these documents are real and that is a big IF, then they would
   explain Hillary Clinton's apparent "seizures" caught on video, her
   weird behavior, her frequent documented falls, her inability to even
   climb stairs on her own... and so much more.
   
   There is no doubt that whoever the supposed "whistleblower" is that
   they are familiar with medical sysmptoms, because they understood the
   relevance of those particular diagnoses in conjunction with the very
   public sysmptoms shown by Hillary Clinton indicating some serious
   medical health issues.

  "SHIRLEY, N.Y. - A 69-year-old athlete competing in a Long Island
   triathlon has died.
   
   Authorities say Vincent Fleck of Mount Kisco died after a lifeguard
   noticed him in distress during a swimming portion of the event.
   
   Suffolk County police say a lifeguard transported him in a canoe to a
   rescue boat, where he received first aid. He was later pronounced dead
   at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in East Patchogue.
   
   The emergency occurred during the 500-meter swim portion of the Smith
   Point Spring Triathlon in Narrow Bay.
   
   Police say it was unknown if Fleck drowned or if he suffered a medical
   event. The Suffolk County Medical Examiner was set to do an autopsy to
   determine the cause of death.

Mysterious Tweet Sparks Fears Edward Snowden Is Missing Or Dead

  "Edward Snowden tweeted a cryptic 64 character code on Friday evening

   case, his dead man's switch would be the key to the encrypted files he

   intelligence community and confirmed suspicions that many people had
   held about the NSA for years. However the information he released was a
   mere fraction of the data he held when he left the United States.
   
   This data was disseminated in encrypted files to trusted journalists
   and associates. There is a network of people holding encrypted files
   containing information that was deemed too sensitive to release by
   Snowden. "

   Two days ago Snowden sent an equally cryptic tweet, addressed to his
   former NSA colleagues, with the message "It's time." It is understood
   with Friday's 64 character tweet that he may have just released the key
   to the encrypted files.
   
   Huge New Leak On The Horizon
   
   If so it raises the question of whether he is still alive, as fears
   grow the 64 character code is a 'dead man's switch' released in the
   event of his death or captivity.
   
   A dead man's switch ensures secrets do not go to the grave with the
   holder of the switch. Employing a switch is also a means of
   discouraging your assassination.
   
   Julian Assange is known to have set up a similar dead man's switch to
   ensure the survival of sensitive information in the event of his death.
   Wikileaks insurance files – encrypted files – were shared by Wikileaks
   with people around the world. If Assange dies unexpectedly, a key to
   the files will be shared and access made available to the insurance
   files.
   
   Torrent Sites Taken Offline
   
   Reports have surfaced that at least eight popular torrent sites used
   for distributing large files were immediately taken offline after
   Snowden's tweet, suggesting the distribution of files is being
   suppressed, or at least slowed down, adding to the speculation that
   Snowden has been killed and the key to his sensitive insurance files
   has been released.
   
   Until the former NSA contractor turned whistleblower tweets again – and
   we can verify that it is actually him tweeting – question marks will
   remain regarding his situation.
   
   Either way, with the release of this 64 character code, coupled with
   Snowden's "It's time" message days earlier, be prepared for a major
   leak in the near future. The interesting times we are living in may get
   exponentially more interesting very soon.
   
   UPDATE: Edward Snowden Still Missing, Huge Leak Imminent
   
   Glenn Greenwald from The Intercept, a journalist who has worked
   extensively with Snowden in recent years, claims the whistleblower is
   "fine," but has refused give any further information on his safety.

"Here are some of the incidents to which Westchester County Police
   responded recently in Mount Kisco.
   
   Friday, July 22 – 2:46 p.m. – Westchester County Police assisted a West
   Street resident who locked herself out of her home to get back inside
   the residence.
   
   1:54 p.m. – Westchester County Police responded to Gregory Street on a
   report that a tenant who was being evicted from an apartment had
   returned to the property after agreeing not to do so. The tenant
   voluntarily left the property after officers arrived to speak with the
   landlord.
   
   Thursday, July 21 – 11:49 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded
   to a residence on Maple Avenue on a report of a domestic dispute. A man
   at the home reported that his ex-girlfriend began throwing various
   items at him during an argument. The man did not wish to press charges
   and the woman was escorted from the residence.
   
   8:30 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to a business in the
   200 block of North Bedford Road due to an activated burglar alarm. It
   was determined that an employee of the business activated the alarm in
   error.
   
   Wednesday, July 20 – 5:40 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded
   to a residence on Gregory Avenue on a report of a domestic dispute. Two
   women at the home were in a loud verbal argument but no physical
   contact had occurred. One of the women agreed to leave the residence to
   calm the situation.
   
   3:33 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to a vacant home on
   Laurel Drive on a report that three men were seen inside. It was
   determined that the men were contractors who had been hired to do work
   on the home.
   
   Monday, July 18 – 10:33 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to
   the Caremount Medical offices on South Bedford Road on a report that a
   man was having difficulty breathing. The man was subsequently taken by
   ambulance to Northern Westchester Hospital Center.
   
   Sunday, July 17 – 9:06 p.m. – Westchester County Police responded to
   Stop &Shop on North Bedford Road on a report that an intoxicated
   customer was causing a disturbance. The man left the store when
   employees telephoned police and was gone upon an officer's arrival.
   
   4:37 p.m. – An employee of a business in the 300 block of Main Street
   reported that someone broke in by removing a window air conditioner and
   stole a laptop computer valued at $450 sometime in the previous two
   days. The burglary is being investigated by detectives from the General
   Investigations Unit.
   
   Friday, July 15 – 12 p.m. – David Tonkin, 50, of Grissom Drive,
   Bronxville was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a
   misdemeanor, following a traffic stop on Kisco Avenue. He is due to
   appear in Mount Kisco Justice Court on July 28. "

   Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service has issued a report saying that
   the father of a doctor treating Hillary Clinton for dementia was found
   killed this weekend after he leaked information about her deteriorating
   health to the public.
   
   According to the report, Vincent Fleck, the father of Clinton's
   physician Dr. Daniel Fleck, was found near his home just 24 hours after
   releasing Hillary's most secret medical records to the public.
   
   Whatdoesitmean.com reports:
   
   The SVR first became "alerted/alarmed" regarding the circumstances of
   this latest mysterious death associated with Hillary Clinton on 17
   July, this report says, when a "known/suspected" Central Intelligence
   Agency (CIA) "hit team" traveled about 70 kilometers (44 miles) from
   their New York City "base/headquarters" to a small village named Mount
   Kisco, both being located in New York State.
   
   Upon arriving in Mount Kisco, this report continues, this CIA "hit
   team" broke into a specialized small computer security companies annex
   office named Right Click Solutions, located at 322 East Main Street,
   but were "shocked/surprised" by the unexpected arrival of an off duty
   employee—who immediately called the local police forces when he noticed
   the break in—and who were only able to obtain a single laptop computer.
   
   An "electronic interrogation" of this company and its customers to
   ascertain the CIA's interest in it, this report says, revealed an
   anomaly where this computer security company had installed a
   "Snowden-like dead man's switch" on the personal computer of man named
   Vincent Fleck.
   
   In the SVR's investigation of Vincent Fleck, this report continues, it
   was discovered that he was the father of Dr. Daniel Fleck—who is the
   personal physical therapist for Hillary Clinton and whose practice is
   located in New York City.
   
   While SVR analysts were still investigating this case, this report
   notes, they received information this past Sunday (7 August) that
   Vincent Fleck had been reported dead in a mysterious swimming "event"
   near his home—and that was followed 24 hours later by the leaking to
   the public of Hillary Clinton's secret medical reports from a Twitter
   account named @HillsMedlRecords—and that was nearly immediately shut
   down.
   
   Prior to this Twitter account being shut down, however, this report
   continues, its creator was able to state "I hate to do this, but people
   need to need to know. Dr. Bardack was not honest about Hillary
   Clinton's health and I have proof" and release several damaging medical
   documents—the most damaging being a diagnosis of Hillary Clinton that
   says she has "Complex Partial Seizures" and "Subcortical Vascular
   Dementia."
   
   Still unable to be determined by SVR analysts, this report says, is if
   this leak was done by Vincent Fleck acting alone, or by his son Dr.
   Daniel Fleck who was using his father's computer in the mistaken belief
   he would not be discovered.
   
   With Hillary Clinton's health being reported in rapid decline, and her
   aides having to constantly keep her from falling, this report
   concludes, the US propaganda mainstream media is now reported to be
   "strangely silent" about telling the American people how ill she really
   is with dementia—leaving everyone to wonder if she'll even be fit for
   office should she win the presidency.

  "Another batch of Hillary Clinton's purported "Medical Records" has been
   released and were published on this web site this evening after 9:00 PM
   eastern US time, during the airing of The Hal Turner Show.       
   
   These medical records first appeared on the public social networking
   site Twitter.  The initial release of records was limited to a few
   pages of a Patient report by Dr. Bardack of Mount Kisco Medical in New
   York, outlining that Hillary Clinton was suffering from Dementia,
   Black-outs, uncontrolled twitching and seizures.
   
   That Twitter account was DELETED the same evening the information
   appeared, but the account promised to be back with more.
   
   Today, that same account appeared again, apparently because a Twitter
   user has a few days to restore a deleted account. It released more
   information which it claims are Hillary Clinton's medical records.
   
   Today's release is a Magnetic Resonance Angiogram purportedly of
   Hillary Clinton's brain in February. 
   
   Circled in black with an arrow pointing to the circle, is a significant
   sized "abnormality" in the brain tissue.  A Doctor I consulted this
   afternoon explained to me that it was very difficult for him to draw an
   accurate conclusion based on a picture-of-a-picture.
   
   He cautioned me that his interpretation may be incorrect, but then
   confidently told me
   
      ''this is an image of a tissue abnormality caused by either a stroke or,
        Glioblastoma -- brain cancer. 
   
   He said the area within the circle which is whitish, is the abnormal
   tissue.  It is white either because it died recently or because it is
   cancer. 
   
   To the left and right of the small whitish area are darker areas.  The
   Doctor said this is either blood which escaped and clotted from a
   stroke, or necrotic (rotting) brain tissue from Glioblastoma.
   
   He made it very clear that only with specific testing, and much better
   imaging could he make a valid conclusion, but in his years of
   Neurology, he's seen this several times before.
