Pizzagate is the new Sandy Hook. Something weird happened, but no one can really pin it down, and media is using it as a weapon. Homosexual media outlets like LGBT seem just as obsessed with it as the Pizzagate researchers.

'Pizzagate' shooter pleads guilty, admits 'unfounded' web slander motivated him

Quote
The North Carolina man whose obsession with groundless allegations that Hillary Clinton is part of an elaborate child sex abuse ring led him to fire a gun inside a Washington, D.C., pizza joint last year agreed to a plea deal on Friday.

The guilty plea could put 28-year-old Edgar Welch in prison for three years or more. Prosecutors will urge a lighter sentence if Welch "clearly demonstrates acceptance of responsibility," the Huffington Post reports.

It's unclear what Welch might do to satisfy that conditional leniency. But in the text of Friday's plea, he agreed the December attack was "motivated, at least in part, by unfounded rumors about a child sex-trafficking ring... that involved nationally-known political figures."

Welch got into the deranged amateur-sleuthing world known as "Pizzagate" "principally by watching YouTube videos and reviewing related internet content," according to the deal. He faces 18 to 25 months on a federal charge of moving a firearm across state lines and an additional 18 months on a local assault charge stemming from his actions.

Welch's formal declaration that the entire Pizzagate fiction is "unfounded" may sting fellow conspiracy theorists like David Seaman, the unofficial ringleader of the smear, who continues to insist that Clinton and various members of her inner circle are part of a pedophilia cabal. At the height of the craze, the story had lured much higher-profile support from right-wing supporters of President Donald Trump's political campaign, including Michael Cernovich and Michael Flynn, Jr., the son of Trump's since-fired National Security Adviser.

Online conspiracy theorists believed they had uncovered a secret code inside Clinton adviser John Podesta's hacked emails. In the weeks after Wikileaks dumped Podesta's emails onto the internet in a series of releases, a handful of paranoiacs decided that references in the correspondence to "cheese pizza" and other foodstuffs were code for child sex-slaves. The theory's reach grew for months, thanks in part to a relentless stream of wild-eyed videos and posts from Seaman and others.

Months later, on December 4, 2016, Welch arrived in D.C. from North Carolina. He walked into the pizza shop and, prosecutors say, brandished a rifle at an employee before firing a shot that did not strike anyone.

After Welch's arrest, Cernovich and other prominent members of Trump's rabid online retinue dropped the Pizzagate story. Alex Jones, whose web sites had helped promote the smear, scrubbed past articles on the topic from Infowars and told followers to focus instead on Podesta's "greater crimes."

But Flynn, Jr. — for whom the Trump transition team sought security credentials — continues to prop up the Pizzagate quest that brought Welch and his gun to Washington.

As people in the nation's capital worry over an apparent glut of missing-persons cases involving black teenagers, Flynn, Jr. linked the disappearances back to Pizzagate in a string of tweets.

Welch was the first of Seaman's followers to show up at the pizza shop armed. But crowds of others had previously visited Comet and held angry rallies on the sidewalk outside. Dead-ender fans of the smear plan to march in front of the White House on Saturday.

A Note to Our Listening, Viewing and Reading Audiences Concerning Pizzagate

QuoteIn late February 2017, we received a letter from Mr. Alefantis asking that we retract certain statements that he says were made in seven of our broadcasts between the last week of November and the first week of December 2016. We have attempted, through our lawyers, to contact Mr. Alefantis to discuss with him what sort of statement he would like to see made.

In our commentary about what had become known as Pizzagate, I made comments about Mr. Alefantis that in hindsight I regret, and for which I apologize to him. We were participating in a discussion that was being written about by scores of media outlets, in one of the most hotly contested and disputed political environments our country has ever seen. We relied on third party accounts of alleged activities and conduct at the restaurant. We also relied on accounts of reporters who are no longer with us. This was an ever-evolving story, which had a huge amount of commentary about it across many media outlets.

As I have said before, what became a heightened focus on Mr. Alefantis and Comet Ping Pong by many media outlets was not appropriate. To my knowledge today, neither Mr. Alefantis, nor his restaurant Comet Ping Pong, were involved in any human trafficking as was part of the theories about Pizzagate that were being written about in many media outlets and which we commented upon.

I want our viewers and listeners to know that we regret any negative impact our commentaries may have had on Mr. Alefantis, Comet Ping Pong, or its employees. We apologize to the extent our commentaries could be construed as negative statements about Mr. Alefantis or Comet Ping Pong, and we hope that anyone else involved in commenting on Pizzagate will do the same thing.

Here's what we have done to clarify to the public. Months ago we took down the majority of broadcasts/videos including ones that only mentioned Pizzagate. This happened months before we were even contacted by Mr. Alefantis. Mr. Alefantis objected to portions of seven particular radio broadcasts. We have taken down those seven broadcasts and we have attempted to take down any broadcasts that mentioned Mr. Alefantis or Comet Ping Pong. We have attempted to do so not just on our website but also social media sites such as our YouTube channel. If Mr. Alefantis has other objections, we invite him to let us know. Two reporters who used to be associated with us are no longer with us. In a recent broadcast, I invited Mr. Alefantis on our program to state what he wanted to, and I again do so here. He has given interviews to many media outlets, and he is welcome to come on our show.

In issuing this statement, we are not admitting that Mr. Alefantis, or his restaurant, have any legal claim. We do not believe they do. But we are issuing this statement because we think it is the right thing to do. It will be no surprise to you that we will fight for children across America. But the Pizzagate narrative, as least as concerning Mr. Alefantis and Comet Ping Pong, we have subsequently determined was based upon what we now believe was an incorrect narrative. Despite the fact that we were far from the genesis of this story, it is never easy to admit when your commentaries are based on inaccurate information, but we feel like we owe it to you the listeners, viewers and supporters to make that statement, and give an apology to you and to Mr. Alefantis, when we do.

We encourage you to hold us accountable. We improve when you do.

Can't watch the video from work, but I will check it later. There is some weird stuff going on with this Pizzagate thing.

"There is some weird stuff going on with this Pizzagate thing."

The wikileaks emails still have them caught with their pants down
and nailed to the wall, strangely enough this is exactly what they do
with their victims.  In legal circles the wikileaks emails are valid proof
enough for a conviction.  These emails contain valid hints and pointers
and questions to ask to the involved suspects, like "Where were you on the
weekend from ... " etc. Don't throw away such valued evidence with the
bathwater.

"Alex Jones issued this statement 3-24-17."

Alex Jones mentions : "We broadcast commentary about the allegations and
the theory that the emails contained code words."

There's two strange things with this sentence. First Jones speaks of `contained' ,
while going to wikileaks.org, everyone can see that these words are still
there. The wikileaks emails will not simply go away, and neither will these code words.
Second, Jones speaks of a `theory', but fails to mention that it was the FBI who
after many years of researching pedophile and child sex abuse cases, came with
a hard fact evidence based translation for the pizza code.

He's doing this for the same reason he avoids the J-word.  His focus should be bringing normies into the fold, from there we steal his recruits for our cause.  He made his bones on 9/11 & Bohemian Grove - no need to reinvent the wheel.  He's the AltRight Rush Limbaugh.

Alex Jones also fired some of his employees, the most prominent one being Joe Biggs.
Joe Biggs was onto something big on December 01, 2016, which involved a possible
connection from Comet Ping Ping to a Pizzeria in Austin ... :

Some additional info. There is a misleading insert made by
SgtReport.com of the Comet Pizza #murderroom as posted on instagram,
which suggests that all of the surviving pizza's were there to be
found. What i get of this, is that the memo by Comet pizza to all of
its Digital entrepreneurs who bought a license to the Comet Pizza App,
have their Pizza's already within hand reach in their condo's. The
subscription consists of the Comet Pizza App licensee streaming live
feeds to Comet Pizza Central where these feeds are stored and are either
packaged for resale at a later date, or live access for divers pizza
preferences is sold globally.
