"WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump has removed chief strategist Steve
Bannon from the National Security Council, reversing a controversial
early decision to give Bannon access to the high-level meetings.

A new memorandum about the composition of the NSC was published in the
Federal Register on Wednesday. The memo no longer lists the chief
strategist as a member of the Principal's Committee, a group of
high-ranking officials that convene to discuss pressing national
   security priorities.

The new memo also restores the director of national intelligence and
the Joint Chiefs chairman to the Principal's Committee.

It starts to smell like Steve Bannon was not able to pass the needed
tests to obtain the needed security clearance , a essential requirement
as accredited member of the National Security Council. Listen to what
Mike Cernovich had to say about this here :

Resignations start

From unofficial and of the record rumors [1] its stated that President
Donald Trump by accepting the resignation of his National Security
Advisor on Monday, Feb 13, 2017, retired Lieutenant General Michael
Flynn was in effect abruptly "shadow moved" from the White House to the
most powerful, and secretive, American spy agency known as the Bureau
of Intelligence and Research (INR)—and that occurred exactly 7 hours
after General Flynn personally directed the US Department Of The
Treasury to place immediate sanctions on Venezuelan Vice President
Tareck El Aissami and his associate Samark José López Bello for them
being international drug traffickers linked to the CIA, Islamic
radicals and the Clinton Crime Family. With this move Flynn's 24-day
tenure as National Security Advisor also became known as the shortest
in the 63-year history of the office.
On the day that President Trump was sworn in, on Jan 20, 2017, and
officially obtained power, General Flynn, in his new position as
National Security Advisor, tasked Robin Townley - a former
intelligence officer in the US Marine Corps - as his aide to begin
investigations into the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and its
connections to international drug cartels. One of the first
"discoveries" made about the CIA's involvement with international drug
trafficking by Townley, was the frequent use of an aircraft identified
as a 2006 Israel Aircraft Industries Gulfstream 200 (tail number
N200VR
) owned by a company named 200G PSA Holdings LLC in Miami,
Florida—and that, in turn, is owned by Samark José López Bello. On
Monday Feb 13 General Flynn had ordered its immediate capture in a
sanction order issued by the US Treasury [2]:

"Five U.S. companies owned or controlled by Lopez Bello and/or MFAA
Holdings Limited have also been blocked as part of today's action.
These entities are the following limited liability companies
registered in Florida:  1425 Brickell Ave 63-F LLC; 1425 Brickell
Avenue Unit 46B, LLC; 1425 Brickell Avenue 64E, LLC; Agusta Grand I
LLC; and 200G PSA Holdings LLC.  Additionally, a U.S.-registered
aircraft with the tail number N200VR has been identified as blocked
property owned or controlled by 200G PSA Holdings LLC."

Already a week earlier Townley had been confronted with strange
blow-back from the `Intelligence Community'. An essential part of his
new Job at the NSC was to obtain the required security clearance.
Strangely enough, in spite of having maintained for multiple years
the highest top-secret clearance rating in existence
inside the US, the
new needed NSC clearance was flatly denied :

"A senior aide to Michael Flynn, National Security Adviser to United
States President Donald Trump, will have to step down from his post
because his application for a security clearance was rejected, say
sources. Flynn had chosen Robin Townley, a former intelligence officer
in the US Marine Corps, to serve as Senior Director for Africa on the
National Security Council, a forum chaired by the president, which
makes key decisions on domestic and foreign issues. Townley, who is
described as "one of Flynn's closest deputies", held a top-secret
security clearance for many years during his government career. But
joining the National Security Council requires a so-called "sensitive
compartmented information" clearance. This elite-status clearance
allows designated individuals to access government programs and
operations that are deemed highly sensitive.

According to Politico, Townley's application for a sensitive
compartmented information clearance was rejected last week. The news
website cited two anonymous sources "with direct knowledge of the
situation", who said that Townley was informed on Friday that his
application had been rejected. The rejection came from the Central
Intelligence Agency, said Politico. One source told the website that
the rejection had been met with agreement by Mike Pompeo, President
Trump's appointee to head the CIA. Townley cannot reapply for
clearance, which means that he will have to give up his National
Security Council post. Flynn will have to replace him.

The Politico report claims that Flynn and his team were "infuriated" by
the CIA's decision, which is expected to further-escalate tensions
between the retired lieutenant-general and the Intelligence Community.
Flynn has been criticized for his allegedly close connections to the
administration of Russian President Vladimir Putin. In 2015, he
delivered a speech in Moscow in return for a fee, and dined with Putin.
Earlier this year, the Federal Bureau of Investigation investigated a
telephone conversation between Flynn and Sergey Kislyak, Russia's
ambassador to the US, as part of a counterintelligence probe. Last
week, The Washington Post alleged that Flynn and Kislyak discussed the
topic of American economic sanctions on Russia, and that Flynn told the
Russian diplomat that they would be lifted by the Trump administration.

The Politico report said that Flynn's team views the rejection of
Townley's security clearance application as "a hit job from inside the
CIA on Flynn and the people close to him". It also said that Flynn's
team believe that the Intelligence Community feels "threatened by Flynn
and his allies". The website contacted the National Security Council
and the CIA but received no responses.

Within a few hours of the CIA stunningly denying US military
intelligence operative Robin Townley a NSC security clearance, the US
spy agency, aided by its mainstream "fake news" media propagandists,
began an anonymous press campaign against General Flynn accusing him of
having a secret conversation regarding sanctions President Obama had
placed on the Russian Federation with Ambassador Sergey Kislyak prior to
President Trump taking power. A recent FBI report however proved
these accusations to be false. Public release of the entire recording
and transcript of the telephone conversation, were denied by the Trump
administration without offering an explanation for doing so.
Nearly 3 hours after the White House had refused to release the exact
details of the conversation, General Flynn suddenly resigned from his
position as Trump's National Security Advisor. Only 30 minutes later US
Secretary of State Rex Tillerson placed a "personal/confidential"
phone-call to President Putin. Although the exact details of what was
discussed remain classified, an hour after consultation the Security
Council (SC) issued a directive that all international security matters
previously coordinated with the US National Security Council were to
immediately cease and be redirected, instead, to the US State
Departments Bureau of Intelligence and Research (INR).
An important note about the INR, is that it's actually the modern day
variant of the powerful Office of Strategic Services (OSS), which was
the wartime intelligence agency of the United States during World War
II and was founded on 1 October 1945 — and whose names and current
number of employees, and its budget, remains one of the most highly
classified secrets in American history

Flynn and Townley currently seem to operate within the INR, as urgent
requests by INR for "files/documents/etc." on both Venezuelan Vice
President Tareck El Aissami and his associate Samark José López Bello
were made the next day — thus proving that both Flynn and Townley are
now conducting their investigation of the CIA's partnership with
international drug cartels outside "normal channels".
