A day after the Tucker interview in May the NYTimes put out this review :

   diminishing it to enhance the importance of his own. He crows about
   uncovering a third, particularly angry former lover in Sheila Jager, a
   half-Dutch, half-Japanese woman who was a graduate student in
   anthropology at the University of Chicago when she lived with the young
   Obama for nearly two years and hoped to marry him. [ ... ]"

Strangely enough, a week earlier, the Daily Mail, had a entirely
different narrative on Obama's love life to reveal, astoundingly
quoting from that same 1472 pages thick tome :

* Garrow writes that Obama believed he needed to 'fully identify as
   African American' to fulfill his political ambitions
* He believed that having a non-black spouse could damage his prospects,
   according to the book
* But Obama proposed again before leaving for Harvard Law School, and
   again was turned down
* The future president met his wife-to-be at the university but Garrow
   claims he kept seeing Jager on-and-off for the first year of their
   relationship
* But they severed their relationship once and for all after the Obamas
   married

To be honest I think Obama should thank the author David J. Garrow - a
progressive Democrat - for completing a tremendous job in detailing
Obama, a tedious task, but sure fine enough to keep BO out of
Leavenworth Prison. In the same `instance' ensuring his audience that a
third term of the Obama's in the White-House - Michelle's application
was rejected recently - is not a wise thing to long for.
