QuoteIsraeli president Shimon Peres says that the world should do a better job countering Iran than it did in the case of Germany's Hitler.

In the opening ceremony of Israel's annual Holocaust Memorial Day on Wednesday, Peres blamed the world for acting too late against Hitler, whose Nazis killed 6 million Jews.

Peres added that the world must shoulder its current responsibilities, because it is forbidden in history to be late, adding that if Hitler had succeeded in building nuclear weapons, the world could have been destroyed.

Aides to the Israeli president claimed the remarks were a reference to Iran and the Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Earlier on Tuesday, former Israeli deputy defense minister Ephraim Sneh said Iran must not be allowed to do to Tel Aviv what the US did to Hiroshima in World War II.

"Sixty-five years after Auschwitz, we cannot allow someone who wants to wipe Israel off the map to obtain the tools to get away with it," Sneh cautioned.

Israel, the sole possessor of reportedly 200 to 300 nuclear warheads in the Middle East, accuses Iran of pursuing nuclear weaponry and encourages its allies to wage a war against the country.

This is while Tehran has repeatedly maintained that its enrichment program is aimed at producing nuclear fuel for its under-construction power plants.

I'm not buying this. It was not "the world's fault". How could it possibly be "the world's fault"?  This is an utterly asinine suggestion and is either the product of idiocy or a severe dose of chutzpah. We have to reject any guilt these bastards want to load on our shoulders.  F&!k you Peres.  Nobody is responsible for the security of your shitty little terrorist statelet other than the psychopathic supremacists running the place.

QuotePeres added that the world must shoulder its current responsibilities, because it is forbidden in history to be late, adding that if Hitler had succeeded in building nuclear weapons, the world could have been destroyed.
Could have been. Could have been?  This is wild speculation and nothing more than emotional manipulation.

Why not? If it was good enough for Israel's satellite state, then why not for Iran?  If Sneh is that concerned about what nukes can do, why doesn't he start by getting his own house in order before pointing fingers at others?  Oh, I forgot, it isn't his own house. He and his people stole it.  How about he bring his comparisons up to date? Why not say "Iran must not be allowed to do to Tel Aviv what Israel has done to Gaza?"

Quote"Sixty-five years after Auschwitz, we cannot allow someone who wants to wipe Israel off the map to obtain the tools to get away with it," Sneh cautioned.
This old canard is still being trotted out. Nobody made such a threat, least of all Ahmadinejad.  These words were fabricated by Israel's very own factory of lies for general consumption, otherwise known as MEMRI.

Yes, the irony is not sweet but sickening, isn't it?
"The real menace of our Republic is the invisible government which like a giant octopus sprawls its slimy legs over our cities, states and nation. At the head is a small group of banking houses generally referred to as \'international bankers.\' This little coterie... run our government for their own selfish ends. It operates under cover of a self-created screen, seizes our executive officers, legislative bodies, schools, courts, newspapers and every agency created for the public protection."
John F. Hylan (1868-1936) - Former Mayor of New York City
