Why does TIU load so FAST ?!

Because Yankee read the manual first before he was forced to reinstall the
whole Shebang. Apparently he made notes when this happened, because a year
later, when TIU had the same error, he had it reinstalled within a day. Yankee
is today a certified  SimplePortal Specialist who know how to tune
this stuff :
