When I worked in Silicon Valley, by far the most Talented guy at one company - that was itself a Meritocracy - was an Old Caucasian Guy, with lots of experience.

But now I'm the Old Guy with Lots of Experience - and I refuse to work for a Terrorist State like the US.

I am currently working on some stuff that could result in people sending me pay checks - but I refuse to pay taxes to the US gov.

Easy way out, DONATE those particular paychecks, to fund scholarship funds for GENTILES.

One thing the US seems to lack, is Old Guys with lots of Manufacturing Experience.

When I look at some remarkable video on Youtube, e.g. of Battery Manufacturing, it's often some guys in Pakistan with a lot of Elbow Grease.

IN GENERAL, part of Silicon Valley is a Meritocracy.

BUT the Venture Capital funds are mostly run by Jews.

The Hoarder friend I mentioned works for a minor Semiconductor equipment manufacturer that is owned and run by an Israeli Jew.

The Hoarder friend doesn't have anything good to say about his employer,

That means, they will have problems similar to what the US is experiencing.

MEANWHILE, under the leadership of BYD, China is adopting Lithium Iron Phosphate battery tech - which is a WHOLE LOT SAFER than Lithium ion batteries.

The Founder of BYD is a Chemist - maybe that's what helps give him an edge.

Tata, the Indian car manufacturer, is going with Lithium Ion batteries.

And Indian consumers are adopting related tech - e.g. Electric Bikes - well, about as fast as a nation with a Billion+ could.

Very interesting - partially because Walmart has MILLIONS of similar products stored in their warehouses around the country.

I have been conducting an informal poll, and am finding some instances of Lithium Ion battery products igniting - in new products when they're just sitting there.  No charging, nothing.

They just ignite like Radioactive Decay or something.

Specifically, a Husqvarna leaf blower.  Anecdote provided by a leaf-blower sales person at the local hardware store, who heard about it from the distributor.

About the Kaufman family - very interesting.

"Later, he and his wife could only stand on the front lawn of their home and watch, helpless to save their daughters as the fire raged, according to the lawsuit."

I suspect they could have done more.

I spent about 10 minutes putting out the fire in my own home.

My training was, conducting about 250 controlled burns in the forest outside the house, 2016 to 2024.

I breathed very heavy smoke, during the house fire, with no short term ill effect.

Also I was face to face with 400 degree temperatures - but didn't get burned.

Very strange, I don't understand it.

I finally chose to burn myself, by grabbing a hot piece of metal to drag the burning mass through a sliding glass door that had shattered.

So I did have blisters on my hand.

I suspect that the Kaufman's could have saved their daughters, without it being a suicide mission.  IF they had more training.
