Texas's zio-governor threatens city over Israhell

It appears that all San Marcos did was to pass a resolution that the city would prefer that tax money paid residents of San Marcos be directed for the benefit of Americans rather ahan Israhellies, and that, of course, resulted in the zio-governor of Texas having a fit, and threatening to deny funds to the city.
