Maxims of Law

Concerning the ongoing catastrophe in Gaza I think the following internationally recognized maxims apply;

   1.

No one gives who does not have.
   2.

No one can give what he does not own.
   3.

One cannot transfer to another a right which he has not.
   4.

He gives nothing who has nothing.
   5.

Two cannot possess one thing each in its entirety.
   6.

A gift is rendered complete by the possession of the receiver.
   7.

What is mine cannot be taken away without my consent.
   8.

Things captured by pirates and robbers do not change ownership.
   9.

What belongs to no one naturally belong to the first occupant.
  10.

Rights of dominion are transferred without title or delivery, by prescription, to wit, long and quiet possession.
  11.

A right cannot arise from a wrong
  12.

An error not resisted is approved.
  13.

No one can improve his condition by a crime.
  14.

Concealment of the truth is (equivalent to) a statement of what is false.
  15.

Suppression of fact, which should be disclosed, is the same in effect as wilful misrepresentation.
  16.

Outward acts evince the inward purpose.
  17.

Remove the cause and the effect will cease.

I have 600 more maxims and every single one of them has application in this matter.

The Jews know the law better than most, having refined it to a razors edge over thousands of years.

These robbers and pirates occupying Palestine know full well they are illegal and unlawful occupiers.

Only by deception will they remain there.

I know how to obtain an extra-judicial judgement against these robbers and pirates that will stand up and be acted upon by any court (civil or military) in the world.

The courts and governments cannot, not act upon it.

No ifs, No ands, No buts!

I will leave you with a famous quote:

POPE CLEMENT VIII

"All the world suffers from the usury of the Jews, their monopolies and deceit. They have brought many unfortunate people into a state of poverty, especially the farmers, working class people and the very poor.
Then as now Jews have to be reminded intermittently anew that they were enjoying rights in any country since they left Palestine and the Arabian desert, and subsequently their ethical and moral doctrines as well as their deeds rightly deserve to be exposed to criticism in whatever country they happen to live."
