How to regrow or repair bad teeth naturally

March 25th, 2007 Smile Posted in Natural Remedies |

Yes, it is possible to repair and even regrow your teeth using a completely natural method that is actually based on science. A team of Alberta researchers applied for a patent that claims they created a miniature device that will stimulate the jaw bones and gums around the affected tooth. Using the low intensity ultrasound technology, they claim they were able to regrow the root of a tooth and stimulate tooth grow and repair.

Although the technology is not going to be in your local dental office for a few years, I believe we don't have to wait for it and apply the common sense to do the whole process ourselves. First, we need a low frequency ultrasound source and from all the legally (you can't buy a real ultrasound machine unless you are a doctor) available sources two come to mind.

Novasonic massagerFirst is a Novasonic Massager that can generate a sound vibration of 20,000 Hertz. It is not your regular massager and all you have to do is slightly touch the skin and you can feel the sound waves go deep within your body. I have one myself and love using it.

ultrasound device for teethSecond device is more sophisticated and you can find them selling on Ebay. The link searches for the Ebay results for "ultrasound massager" and you will see a bunch of them selling from $100 to $150. They are much more powerful then a Novasonic model and can generate up to 3-5 mHz frequency, so be very careful when using one. You should get one that generates only 1-2 mHz, as 3-5 mHz vibrations don't go very far - about 1/8″-1/4″ deep.

So, what I do is I apply the sound waves from the device to my teeth and gums for a few minutes every day and get a gentle but thorough massage this way. A lot of people recommend massaging gums with your fingers but I don't think it's enough. You need the right type of stimulation - that's what the researchers in Canada found out. Ultrasound goes right through the bones, joints and other hard tissue- regular massage doesn't.

The next important thing is the nutrition for your teeth so they have enough nutrients to grow. You don't expect your house plant to grow without water, do you? And now you are probably thinking that I'm going to talk about calcium and such, and you can't be more wrong. Of course, calcium is important for your bone growth and formation but even more important for your hair, nails and teeth is the mineral called Silica (Silicon). You don't have enough of this mineral in your diet and you can take a ton of calcium and brush your teeth 5 times a day and still will be loosing your teeth just like your hair in the shower as you get older.

There is a formula that is known to provide a sufficient nutritional support for your tooth repair/growth. It will improve your teeth, bones and connective tissue, and will also help calcium metabolize in your body (without it most of your calcium will go right through you, especially if you take it as a part of a common multi-vitamin formula).

1 part Kelp seaweed, 1 part Oatstraw, 1 part Horsetail. Get 1 ounce of the formula in 1 pint of filtered water to a boiling temperature and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Drink half a cap in the morning and evening every day until you see the improvement.

If you don't want to bother with herbs, there is another cool product called G5 Organic Silica and among my friends it's their favorite supplement for bone support. This product is coming from Spain so it takes about a month to get it.

From all the products that you don't have to make yourself or import overseas, only one I would recommend: Biosil by Natrol

"BioSil (Si[OH]4) is 20,000 times more soluble than silica (SIO2 - found in horsetail and colloidal gels) and 2.5 times more bioavailable than other forms of silicon!

The superiority of silicon as concentrated, choline-stabilized orthosilicic acid from BioSil has been proven in a peer-reviewed scientific study comparing three different forms of silicon. The results of the comparative, cross-over, double blind clinical trial demonstrated that the stabilized monomeric form of silicon (stabilized-orthosilicic acid-as found in Biosil) is far superior to colloidal silica and horsetail extract. In fact, of the three experimental groups, only BioSil offered a bioavailable source of silicon: the other forms of silicon (horsetail and colloidal gel) were no better than placebo."

The second major problem you should address is your tooth care. No matter how much effort you put in taking supplements and the ultrasound stimulation, if you don't care for your teeth properly, it's all in vain. All popular toothpastes on the market that you see being sold are worthless when it comes to teeth regrowth. Why is that, you ask? Well, ALL of them (including Organic healthy brands like "Tom's of Maine") contain glycerin which covers your teeth every time you brush them and prevents re-enamelization. Based on studies, it takes up to 20 washes to remove glycerin off your teeth, so you may guess for most people having healthy teeth is almost an impossible task. No matter how many times you brush them, because of glycerin, fluoride and other additives in your common toothpaste, your teeth can't rebuild enamel nor get healthy mineral support. Just ask yourself: Why do most people have cavities by the age of 20 even though they brush their teeth twice a day? Sure, proper diet is important but it's just a part of a bigger problem.

The solution: Make your own tooth paste.  Here is the recipe:

   1. Extra virgin olive oil  2 part
   2. Unprocessed Coconut oil 1 part
   3. Baking soda 1/10 part
   4. Tea tree oil 1/10 part
   5. Spearmint or Peppermint oil 1/10 part
   6. Unprocessed Sea salt 1/50 part
   7. Eucalyptus oil 1/10 part
   8. Food grade Hydrogen peroxide 1/100 part

You can remove one or two ingredients from #3-8 and it will still work. I used to do it until I became too lazy and found a product on a market called ToothSoap - so I buy that instead of making my own. Tooth Soap tastes better and lasts about 2 months if you brush twice a day. Cost is about $24.95 for a jar.

Use either Tooth Soap or the above formula every day and you will feel the difference right away. A couple of my friends experienced their fillings falling out of their teeth because the tooth would grow back to normal. One girl had to go to the dentist for a root canal and they had to postpone the procedure because the dentist couldn't find a problem.

All of this stuff is a "work in progress". I will write more as I get more experiential information.

After the Revolution of 1905, the Czar had prudently prepared for further outbreaks by transferring some $400 million in cash to the New York banks, Chase, National City, Guaranty Trust, J.P.Morgan Co., and Hanover Trust. In 1914, these same banks bought the controlling number of shares in the newly organized Federal Reserve Bank of New York, paying for the stock with the Czar\'s sequestered funds. In November 1917,  Red Guards drove a truck to the Imperial Bank and removed the Romanoff gold and jewels. The gold was later shipped directly to Kuhn, Loeb Co. in New York.-- Curse of Canaan

Fascinating, and encouraging to anyone who'd like their fillings to fall out instead of getting them drilled out at significant risk. I'm skeptical, but the toothpaste formula given isn't too hard to brew up.

Haha. Just checked out Tooth Soap and, guess what, it's certified kosher! Must be good, then.

LMAOL. "Dr. Judd recommends BAR SOAP." You can buy around here 100% Olive Oil soap. It's not expensive, and since it is the main ingredient in ToothSoap's 25 dollar 3-month supply (for one person) of their 'Specially Formulated' product, why the hell would I spend the money? It's so typical in north america; people advertise a natural solution then charge 8x or more for it. At least toothsoap tells us up front what the ingredients are.

A bar of completely natural Olive Oil soap is about 3 dollars. Rub your electric toothbrush in that.

BTW the glycerin thing, I can give some evidence: I brushed my teeth very infrequently for years. Went to the dentist after 4 yrs and she said they were the best looking pair of teeth she had seen. I don't believe this bullshit about brushing your teeth every day - yes, bad breath. Flossing I did more often, just with string or whatever, no flouride. It comes down to diet.

There's a bit about some European artist and researchers had discovered where his house and well were located, because they found his teeth at the bottom of the well. Native teeth had no cavities: his had lots, from refined sugar.

This is very interesting information. I was already aware of the harmful affects of fluoride and metal fillings, but not the part about regrowing teeth I didn't. I thought once you lost your adult teeth that was it - you had to get fake ones.
My toothpaste that I use doesn't have fluoride, but it does have glycerin ...have to look into changing that.
I've going through three different college chemistry classes & reading the book; "The fluoride deception", I know how nasty the element fluorine is.

I also totally agree that sugar helps weaken your teeth as well as your entire immune system.

Funny you should post about teeth. After enough research into the fluoride issue I decided I didn't want any fluoride period going into my body. So I continued brushing my teeth just w/o any toothpaste. I know you can use baking soda and glycerin but I haven't.

The one thing I decided I would try, because I figured the important issue other than getting food particles out of your mouth was cleaning bacteria out, was to start rinsing with hard liquor. So for the past year or so I take a cap of 80proof vodka, w/o any sugars, and I give a thorough rinse through my teeth and around the gums. The idea being to kill as much bacteria as possible since that would appear to be what causes the most destruction to your teeth. If it works as a sanitizer on cuts and for any number of other things then why not the mouth :). I spit it out afterwards but if it suits you go ahead and enjoy a night cap.

BTW almost 5 years ago I was told by a dentist that I have 3 cavities. 1 in 3 of my 4 wisdom teeth. I was told by him that they didn't need to go right away but that eventually they should come out. The following year I saw another dentist. Same story. They use that damned metal pick to press into your tooth and I am of the opinion that those assholes cause more damage to your teeth doing that than the bacteria. I haven't been to a dentist since. I'll go sometime for a cleaning but I will tell them not to use the pick looking for cavities. If you see a dentist think hard before you allow them to use metal to dig into your teeth "testing for cavities". I have no pain. Never experienced any. And I am my own case study into the usefulness of their practice.

Great idea, Jai. I've some grappa around here.

There's a good video online which is a couple of minutes:
http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=_Ys9q1cvKGk
Dentist Dr. Bill Osmunson talks about Fluoride.

The amount of fluoride in one glass of water can easily be the same amount in one 'pea-sized amount' of Colgate or other commercial toothpastes.

Fluoride is absorbed through the skin and gums. I had a chart around here somewhere, but only a fraction of the total fluoride absorption results from toothpaste on gums. The other very large percentage is from drinking water, and from coming into contact with water, including taking a bath or shower. Fluoride is a POISON, and was scientifically and properly classed as a toxin to all human health until the PTB had it reclassed as 'healthy for teeth and bones'.

If you're going to re-enamel and upgrade your teeth, it might as well be with a healthy understanding of the role of fluoride.

I've been doing some searches on topics from TIU tonight. Regarding alcohol and teeth: http://www.scielo.br/pdf/jaos/v12n2/20733.pdf

And some of the bacteria responsible for tooth damage are: mutans streptococci and lactobacilli. So google searches may yield more effective means of killing them but burnin' 'em out with alkyhol seems logical. Disinfecting your toothbrushes would be wise also. Maybe a personal container w/ some grain in it would do the trick. Nice and clean  :D

The other thing I was looking into was whether or not Miracle Grow contains Polonium. I couldn't confirm it but considering it seems to be an "industrial" fertilizer I wouldn't discount it. I'm going to see how well I can get by using my compost for compost teas rather than miracle grow. Sorry for the off topic bit.

 Any idea that involves 80 proof vodka is worth a try in my opinion. I've been a dedicated mouth rinser for years and never have I had teeth problems *knocks on wood*. I still use toothpaste from the store but I opt for the ones with the least ingredients, primarily because flouride causes the inside of my mouth to break out in profuse canker sores.

I'm skeptical of the article since it mentions purchasing numerous expensive products, but if one has teeth problems, it's probably still much less expensive to try the methods mentioned than it would be to visit a dentist.

great post! my research has shown the best thing for regular oral cleaning is to brush with backing soda and rinse with hydrogen peroxide.  Great site for info on hydrogen peroxide is http://www.dfwx.com/h2o2.htm.  Backing soda has also been used by a doctor in Rome to kill cancer.  So with backing soda and cannabis oil proven to kill cancer all this useless fund raising to find a cure is over right.

In a small way, I hoped to help reduce the expansion of Israel from bad dentistry. ;) Consider:

-According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Outlook Handbook, 2006-07, there are 150,000 licensed in the United States Excerpts: All 50 States and the District of Columbia require dentists to be licensed.

-Average Dental Salary in US ($150,000 - $400,000)

-40% of Dental Associations run by Jews (probably 80% Zionistic )

So assuming 10-15% of their Salary goes to Jewish organizations, this brings us to this number:  (((((40%  * 150,000  # of Jew Dentists)) * (Avg. Salary Range $550,000/2))) * (Avg. Donation  12.5%) =
   $2,062,500,000
for murderous Zionism from their Dental operations alone.  I suppose one could double that amount if looking at Europe too.

I don't doubt your figures.

Interestingly, my family dentist back home is a very nice man who was always friendly and professional, and very personable. I knew he was Jewish and had a son named Noah, but didn't know his political leanings. The other day I mentioned him to my mom and she said it is a shame that such a nice man has a wife that is heavily dedicated to Jewish causes. So there you go. You could chalk his practice up as supporting Zionist causes, since the dosh he makes goes through her fingers to support Ziostan.
