Why the first 3+ mins of junk is there in this otherwise great 5:23 min video confrontation, I have no idea, and the 911blogger comments ask the same question. This editing choice makes the video a bit of an embarrassment to share. The confrontation starts at 03:15, where Biden is questioned and handed a copy of this nano-thermite paper. Advance the progress bar to about the center of the range, and the video will start playing there.
