Suggestion for the "Project Off The Grid"

I learned a new expression: 'intentional communities', it means communities that have no religious, New Age or weird, soft 'Flower Power' background. I put it in Google and found a lot! Not about communities with the same intentions as the "Project Off The Grid" but yet, a number of them certainly make sense. I think it would be interesting for WW3 & other participants to look into & promote his ideas in this 'intentional communities market'.
