Water Purification

Imagine your stranded on an island in the middle of the ocean and you need clean drinking water ....

So just sit back, relax, and let old Goawayndstay teach you the art of water purification!

Yes, and I'll tell you why. The atomic weights of hydrogen, oxygen, and flouride are 1, 16, 19. If one assumes that F will turn to a gas (not likely at these temps and you'll need to add electricity), the formulas will be H2, O2, and HF (lighter than air, but dissolves quickly in water). The weights will be 2, 32, 20. H2 will evaporate first, then HF (I have a BS in Biochemstry and I can promise you that this is unlikely), and finally O2.

The water which condenses into the smaller cup will have pure water (2H2 + O2 -> 2H2O) and much less concentration, if any, flouride.
