Notes on this synopsis: Bowart's 1st release of Operation Mind Conrol was back in 1978. In an interview, in 1995 [ Richardson, TX] Walter said, "It went into print and made it to the where houses (we think) few made it to the book stores - I got paid <chuckle> nice of theem, to pay me for what they took." -- Then Mr. Bowart went on to other books and a life of a pretty hip journalist - one of the few people that Frank Zappa gave an interview to! Many say Bowar forgot more than most now know! About the Format --These are e-mail down loads, that I later cleaned up for this format.
