Mobes............good show.  Thanks.

I encourage you, for your own personal growth and health, to try and listen to Whoru's broadcast as much as possible.  Personal edification if you will.

I thought it some what ironic that you implied that his information was too much for you right now, as if to say that it is either too complicated, or too hard to incorporate it into your life.

The irony is that once you finally grasp the core message/understanding, you will look back upon it and realize how "simple" it really is.

Question for you..................

Does the Constitution in Canada make any mention and or reference to "involuntary servitude"?

If you don't want to clog up your Post, we could have this conversation via PM.

I'd like to witness that conversation. Please hold it here.

Will listen to the show later today.

It depends on which part you are referring to. If you look at the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms vs The Canadian Bill of Rights you will notice a distinct difference between the two.

First of all, the Canadian Bill of Rights was passed in 1960 under Deifenbaker and in it, it says
(a) the right of the individual to life, liberty, security of the person and enjoyment of property, and the right not to be deprived thereof except by due process of law;

(b) the right of the individual to equality before the law and the protection of the law;

(c) freedom of religion;

(d) freedom of speech;

(e) freedom of assembly and association; and

(f) freedom of the press.

If you look in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms passed in 1982 under Trudeau, it says 'everyone has the following fundamental freedoms:
    a) freedom of conscience and religion;
    b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication;
    c) freedom of peaceful assembly; and
    d) freedom of association.

Note that it does not say anything about owning private property or getting access to your security. It will say that in the Charter under LEGAL RIGHTS in section 7:

  Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.

Also note that it does not mention, the enjoyment of property.This was a huge right that was lost in 1982. If you remember some history it was only Quebec who never ratified the Charter and have not till this day. The official story was that they wanted the 'distinct society' clause. Now for the rest of the provinces, the Charter is embedded within the Constitution. I read several articles back in the day when this was happening and watched some videos also. Apparently what Trudeau wanted to do was 'bring the constitution home'. WTF did he mean by that?

If you look under Part 2 section 3 - 5 of the Constitution Act of 1867 it reads:

3.       It shall be lawful for the Queen, by and with the Advice of Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council, to declare by Proclamation that, on and after a Day therein appointed, not being more than Six Months after the passing of this Act, the Provinces of Canada, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick shall form and be One Dominion under the Name of Canada; and on and after that Day those Three Provinces shall form and be One Dominion under that Name accordingly.

4.    Unless it is otherwise expressed or implied, the Name Canada shall be taken to mean Canada as constituted under this Act.

5.    Canada shall be divided into Four Provinces, named Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick.

So technically speaking we are still under the Queen.

Very good show, first time I listened in on one - I liked the clips from Menard you cited. Don't know if you've listend to Winston Shrout before but he's also got a lot of great stuff on the commerce facet of law.

One minor point when you mentioned about contracts and how the Indians signed away ownership of their land to the British - a couple points about that is first they didn't believe in land ownership and so there was no single contact or authority who could give it away but moreover a contract is valid only when there is a meeting of the minds.

That's why you always see, regardless of how little leverage one party might have, that benefits and expectations beneficial to both parties will be presented. You can't have a totally lopsided contract like "you must work 50 hours a week, and I don't give you anything in return" - if someone tried to enter into such a foolish contract it would be nullified prima facie by any judge if/when it was challenged. Because it's immediately obvious and evident to the judge that there was not a meeting of the minds - because no one of a right and sound mind would enter into that type of arrangement. There has to be a quid pro quo. The Ish-brits of course know all that so they handed over muskets and (smallpox laden) blankets in exchange for their signature, and do as they always do they simply overlook the err because it's beneficial to them to do so and it was as expected left unchallenged so they don't even sacrifice the integrity of their Jew-dish-ill system.

Great show. You have improved 100 times since the last one of your shows i listened to (probably mid last year). I found most of the stuff you brought up quite interesting. I thought silence was acceptance, but maybe not always. With the whole sovereignty movement, well, I am kind of annoyed that no one has laid it all out easily for people to follow on a step-by-step basis.

I looked at Mary Croft's How I clobbered the system book, but it feels old. Listening to John Anderson (http://www.thecrowhouse.com/strawman.html) he actually says he introduced Mary to some stuff. Plus, I would like to know the practicalities unattached to all the spirituality stuff. That is precisely the problem with Mary's book. It's a good read but I am going to have to go through every page and dig out the useful info. If you come across a good step-by-step guide, or can present one in your show, it would become a very useful tool and reference that can actually help people that want to divorce themselves from their strawman. It seems that most people that talk about this stuff attach their ego to their work and I really doubt you would do that.
