2 D batteries taped together (positive pointed same direction) with damp piece of sponge on each end (rubber bands - 3 on each end).  Excellent for gum infections, plaque removal, and other viral/bacteria flare ups.  By holding against affected area with one hand, circuit is made.  Reverse every 5-10 minutes.  Repeat.  There's a yahoogroup devoted to microelectricitygermkller - think they have different devices, instructions, and files on health issues from Hepatitis, AIDS, malaria, etc.  I've used this unit and highly recommend it.
