US agents have arrested 44 elected officials and Jewish rabbis in New Jersey in a huge anti-corruption sweep across the state.

Charges of extortion, bribery, money laundering and human organ trafficking were stunning even for a state long notorious for official corruption and organised crime.

Five rabbis were among suspects, along with the mayors of Hoboken, Secaucus and Ridgefield, the Jersey City deputy mayor and council president, two state assembly members, and numerous other politicians, prosecutors said.

New Jersey corruption

Two New Jersey mayors and several rabbis have been arrested in a federal investigation into public corruption and money laundering.

Acting US Attorney for the district of New Jersey Ralph Marra told a press conference the sweep demonstrated "the pervasive nature of public corruption in this state".

"The politicians willingly put themselves up for sale," he said, while "clergymen cloak their extensive criminal activity behind a facade of rectitude."

Raids began shortly after dawn on Thursday, officials said, targeting a who's who of state leaders.

Television footage showed FBI and tax agents bringing a stream of handcuffed suspects, including rabbis wearing traditional Orthodox Jewish garb, into custody in the city of Newark. Other suspects were shown being put onto a bus.

The sweep was believed to be one of the biggest such actions ever in a state long associated with corruption, and famous as the setting of the hit Mafia television drama the "Sopranos."

Officials said the arrests were part of an ongoing 10 year probe into statewide corruption code-named "Bid Rig."

Democratic State Governor Jon Corzine said "the scale of corruption we're seeing as this unfolds is simply outrageous and cannot be tolerated."

"Any corruption is unacceptable -- anywhere, anytime, by anybody," he said in a statement.

FBI officials painted a picture of brazen criminality.

The money laundering ring allegedly stretched from New Jersey and New York to Israel and Switzerland, while politicians easily exploited loopholes in state law to disguise bribes as campaign contributions.

Although New Jersey is more famous for a history of Italian Mafia families, it was Jewish clergy who allegedly played a central role in the crime network.

Authorities raided several synagogues and among those arrested was the chief rabbi of Syrian Jews in the United States.

One rabbi, Levy Izhak Rosenbaum, was charged with conspiring to broker the sale of a human kidney for transplant.

Marra said Rosenbaum's "business was to entice vulnerable people to give up a kidney for $US10,000 ($A12,300), which he would turn around and sell for 160,000 dollars."

He'd allegedly been peddling kidneys for a decade.

The dramatic crackdown came as Chris Christie, a crusading former US lawyer, stepped up his campaign against Corzine in an election this November.

Christie, a Republican, previously won fame for his relentless and successful prosecution of political corruption in New Jersey.

Corzine is battling widespread dissatisfaction with his performance as the state reels from the national recession, spending cuts, and furloughs for state employees.

FBI agent Weysan Dun was quick to deny any political motivation behind the arrests, a majority of which appeared to involve Democrats, rather than Republicans.

"This investigation has transcended multiple administrations of both political parties," he said.

I am not so sure about that. I think they do make accomodations for Kosher diets in prison. They are probably going to get a light sentence, or be released, just like the Israeli spies caught dancing on Sept 11. The Jew, Michael Chertoff, made the FBI release? them to Israel.

On the bright side, this video shows that the FBI field agents, at least, are doing their job. That is why the elimination of the FBI is a goal of the ADL.

I'll tell you what's happening, and I'm going to cover a bigger picture, because I don't post here often and there are a few more big picture items going on, which I don't read anyone else on this board writing about:

Between the new president of the united States (and I don't mean Baruch Obama for the flunkies out there) and full-on commercial warfare which is taking place, we get to see which corporation remains at the end. The BURGER KING corporation or the MCDONALDS corporation, or neither. If any one, any man, on this board, thinks the USA is any other than a 'dummy corporation' (quote from 'Colonel Huis'), look it up. The real warfare with these people is on the commercial scene. I expect the agents for the FBI (with or without it's corporate entity) have long been aware of it; you can see hints of what is going on if you visit the IRS office website and look for 1099OID 'scam', or the treasury dept. and look for information about bonds. Both posts contain disinfo and inaccurate examples or wording, and if you know what to look for it's easy to identify what they are doing; 1) trying to scare people off or 2) create popular sentiment against the people, and in some cases I feel 3) showing you examples of certain 'Unlimited' bonds with a bunch of patriotismo, as if to say 'Please don't send us any more of these, we can't ledger them properly'. Honoring valid instruments, and reclamation of credit from the originator, is not optional for these agents of these agencies: it is the law. And their own code, the internal private legal code of the UNITED STATES corporation, bears that out.

On the topic, my belief is the agents for the FBI are aware of what is going on commercially, and some agents may have finally decided it's time to pick some sides and now have a commercial reason to, aside from moral issues. Militarily, militias will never win, and there will be a lot of dead jews in the end, and a destroying of the property the jews would like to take/pick over. Yes, on one hand you could consider there will be the talmudist pharisees back in israel who might swing in their big leather chairs and rub their hands gleefully as the last of the best and brighest of the goyim, fight each other to the death, like in Iraq where they are picked off by the Israeli sniper team 'Juba'. But these are pussy-wiped cocksuckers, and unlikely to want to raise a fist if they can avoid it. When did old' Adolf ever lead his troops, right in the front, as a commander in the field? Never; while he flapped his yap a lot. Typical jew.

It could be some agents for the FBI are trying to save face while staying in their dubious jobs, but I think there has to be a groundswell of support within the agency, leading some people to grow a pair: I assume they all take an oath to the constitution, and may realize the difference between de jure government and a de facto Government, no different than any other corporation. Maybe they know the difference in paper and style of the 'declaration of independence' and the replacement Constitution documents, which used to be on display next to each other in the Mall until too many questions were asked and word got around the two documents were too different, the real constitution being replaced with the corporate charter written in a different style and on different paper, around the war of 1812. Maybe some of those people have wisened up.

America has been under attack by these people long enough, and the original principals upon it's founding have been a huge risk to the gamble these criminals have made. It is extremely important to them, I believe, to destroy the several states first, in their 'Tikkun Olam'-style, to harvest off the most that they can of the wealth of the people. They have said as much in their own publications. To see the FBI moving in, means either Rothschild (for lack of a better word, as long as it's not Jesuits...) green-lighted this and let them go as sacrifices, pocket-change compared to the number of people he has wrapped around his finger, or there is some real dissent within the clerks at the agency, combined with a reason to support that dissent - a strong and spreading education, and action, commercially; or all of those. Colonel Huis, in his arrogance, a typical jewish trait, predicted the people would be 'without hope for their redemption'. This has strong theological (spiritual) meaning also, if you know how to read it.
