Believing these two elements are misunderstood:

Some of the information for the post came from http://www.vitamincfoundation.org/iodine.htm (also has videos)
I found this article interesting also: http://cpmedical.net/articles.aspx?Prod ... 66&zTYPE=2

For consistency, numbers are in milligrams. 0.001 is used to represent 1 microgram (µg).

As it appears to read in the Talmud, doctors (jewish) should only treat symptoms, not cure disease.

Any corrections, additions, or improvements are invited and appreciated. The information is just what a small number of us have found out.

0.030 to 0.070 daily intake of iodide is common for many europeans living in land-locked, non-coastal areas.
north americans also have a deficiency, with the great lakes region one of the most glaring areas.

0.130 is the 1920's published RDA to avoid Goiter, otherwise known as thyroid self-destruction. Goiter, Grave's and Hashimoto's can be thought of together as one.

1.100 is the RDA published 'tolerance limit'. That's all which is said; not toxic or otherwise. Whose tolerance? The criminals?

13.000 is the average daily consumption for people in japan not living near the coast-line areas.

50.000 is a therapeutic dose for determining deficiency levels

and the favourite:
130.000 is the daily intake for people over the age of 18 years in radioactive fallout areas. From the FDA's own guidebook. For small children, that amount is reduced, although newborns receive 16.000 millgrams in the same situation. This is fourteen-and-one-half times the 'tolerable limit' for adults. Whose tolerable limits? What's that, you are intolerant of us getting well?

From some other research which indicates those same japanese who injest 13 mg, also excrete 8 mg in their urine,
I come to the preliminary conclusion 5mg a day is not excessive. That is potassium iodide, although iodine is also needed.

We are testing tablets of 0.200 mg @ 16 tablets / day, consumed with sheets of nori and water purified with iodine tablets (1 or 2).
So far tests are positive. No excessive sleepy/drowsiness, not as much head-fog.

§N9sh2bj

Merck, I believe owned by the same group of criminals who own much of the western corporations, markets a pretty box with 0.200mg tablets x 100.

Merck packaging, 50mg: about 6.50 in EUR.

50grams, or 50,000mg, in bulk (equivalent to U.S.P.): 8.50.

Since the agents for Merck cannot patent potassium iodide, they package it in single-dose blister packs. For the ignorant people, it means 'take one a day' - although 0.200mg is not enough to alleviate malfunctioning thyroid, I believe it encourages ignorant people, already on supplementation, to take other more expensive, sythetic, and animal-derived products, as I believe the people figure it's not a lack of iodide which is causing the problem.

Graves and Hashimoto's are definitely not the same and can not be so conveniently lumped together. Graves is hyperthyroidism (overactive) and Hashimoto's is hypothyroidism (underactive). Both are autoimmune diseases, and a single patient can present with both. Hashimoto's is believed to be caused by an excess of iodine whereas Graves is not.

The thyroid is a magnet for heavier metals, and I'm convinced that Graves can be caused by leaching from mercury amalgam fillings.  Mercury disturbs the metabolic balance of copper and zinc - these two minerals being critical to thyroid and immune system function.  The alteration of the immune system caused by Mercury promotes the production of that IgG and IgE autoantibodies that are also involved in autoimmune thyroid disease.

The best way of naturally reducing the thyroid antibody count is to take Selenium.

Those are not two elements.  Iodine is an element and iodide is an iodine ion.

What is the objective of your research?

§N9sh2bj

2009-09-09
The amounts for Iodide/KI/Jodid are below.

This article concentrates on Iodide, known in many places on the european continental shelf as 'Jodid'.

Iodide is widely available as Potassium Iodide, a salt, without a prescription within and without the US and EU jurisdictions.

This article is not meant to be comprehensive or a replacement for your own research. We are all researchers, and, for example by U.S. Code, 'researchers' are exempt from the regulations which constrain the 'doctor/patient relationship'. CFR 21 § 807.65 Subpart D, Excluded and exempt are "Persons who manufacture, prepare, propagate, compound, or process devices solely for use in research, teaching, or analysis, and do not introduce such devices into commercial distribution." Very probably the same for other private law copyrighted corporate jurisdictions, MCDONALDS, BRD, BNL (BeNeLux), ESP (Spain), GBR, and so-on. The USA private code ('law') example describes a relationship with commerce, and "commerce is king" - a reference to the need of uniformity throughout the globe.

This article is only offered in the legal terms (legal-eeze) as 'Educational Research' and 'Informational Purposes' only, and 'is not intended as Medical Advice'.

Potassium Iodide soil levels have dropped a lot in the last fifty to one-hundred years. A tradition in many places on the european shelf among the folk is to receive what the body needs for good health and living, only from the soil, through vegetables and traditional foods. There is a strong bias in some people against taking any supplements what-so-ever.

The problem with the above 'theory' of life, is thyroid problems are rampant and have gotten worse than they were even one-hundred years ago, when the above traditions probably would have worked successfully for the great majority of the population. Industrialization of food production, combined with large numbers of ignorant -the term the mainstream scripture uses the word "sinful" in place of- people, a total disinterest in the criminals who print the money and control the critical banking sector, in creating better, healthier food through true science, gradual depletion of the soil, and a push by the same criminals to restrict access to supplements and non-pharmacutical resources in general, has caused acute conditions of:
* Depression
* 'Lazyness'
* 'Slothfullness'
* Foggy head
* Reduced libido
* Other symptoms of having difficulty functioning properly
* Cancers and malfunctions of the glandular organs, including lymph, breast, prostate
** Difficulty lactacting (breastfeeding) by women who have given birth and choose to naturally feed their child.

0.030-0.070
The average man -man includes both genders- staying in most places in main-land europe consumes 0.030 to 0.070 milligrams of iodide per day.

0.130
The minimum daily amount according to group of executives at the FDA (C) RDA (C) so your thyroid does not destroy itself (goiter, Grave's, Hashimoto's): 0.130 milligrams.

0.200
The implied maximum amount from the agents for the corporate 'DEUTSCHE GESELLSCHAFT ERNÄHRUNG' - 'DGE' (C) is 0.200 milligrams. "An excessive intake of iodine can lead to disorders of the function of the thyroid. Therefore, the German Association for Nutrition recommends an average daily intake of not more than 0,2mg of iodine."

1.100
The 'tolerable limit' by one group of executives at the FDA. Who knows what the scientists actually say? 'Tolerable limit' must be the upper limit those who are publishing these numbers will tolerate the folk consuming. Otherwise benefits of health would follow.

5.000
The amount that people staying in japan take in who stay in central japan (not near the coastline): 13.00 milligrams
The japanese diet has none or hardly any breast cancer in people who eat it, they are very productive, and so-on, signs they have adequate iodide intake.
The people who stay in japan, eat 13.0 mg but excrete 8.0mg, meaning the body uses 5mg a day, naturally!

50.000
The amount used for a single dose to test the level of iodide deficiency. The amount excreted in the urine determines the level of need, and so the level of deficiency.

130.000
Probably a different group of researchers and executives for the FDA (C) than those who made the 0.130 milligrams per day, established a safe amount for daily intake for adults in case of radioactive fallout or thermonuclear attack: 130.00 milligrams per day! No doctor required!

Someone is not telling the truth!

That's all very well, but you have no proof that the cause is the same. As someone who is intimately aware of Grave's disease, I have a strong interest in knowing what the causative agents might be.  While your argument might hold water in the case of Hashimoto's, it doesn't when it comes to Grave's. Either way, it seems to ignore the complex biochemistry factory that is thyroid gland.

I wanted to hold off on replying to this thread, because I and the author shall hopefully develop a 3-part film which quickly states the problems of hormonal and iodide imbalances, but focuses mostly on SOLUTIONS. Since there already seems to be so much interest, I would like to give the fine folks here at TiU a preview: we are going to recommend and give instructions on self-medication.

I do believe that this project will send shockwaves throughout the Conspiracy Community.

§N9sh2bj

Joe asked me about 'recipe and dosing' for a 'cure'.

Some plain and simple suggestions first for those suffering brain fog and other problems:

Iodide (KI):
If you can't simply go and get tablets of potassium iodide, usually in 0.2mg dose, from the local pharmacy, tablets which are extremely over-priced, Joe assures Potassium iodide is available in the several States and elsewhere at any photography supply place without any questions, used for developing film.
3.2 milligrams of KI per day, divided up roughly throughout the day into three doses, should provide remedy.
Doses as high as 130 milligrams *do not require a doctor's supervision*, so don't freak out about OD'ing on KI.
One small pinch in a small glass of water works. It dissolves instantly.

1 milligram of water is 0.001 millilitres in volume. 1 milligram of pure powder KI has a slightly different density.

Iodine:
Go to the asian shop and get plain nori sheets. These are the outside wrapping on sushi. Eat them.

Iodide, more info:
The quantity 3.2mg is based on the 5mg consumed per living body while staying in japan. It is the target dosage of private tests of people willing to do this as a therapy on themselves as researchers.

Elsewhere the situation with KI for photography seems the same as in the States. Another researcher had problems simply asking for potassium iodide in tablet form at a local pharmacy in one of the several States. Joe assures KI is so common it is virtually impossible for agents for one of the several Government corporations to make a private law banning it.

I was easily able to purchase fifty grams of potassium iodide in a U.S.P.-type pure form at a pharmacy from a clerk whom we have spoken with on a number of occasions. Fifty grams is enough to treat one man for about fifteen-thousand days at 3.2 milligrams per day, and cost about 8,50EUR.

Inexpensive mechanical scales to measure milligram amounts are no longer sold through local pharmacies, which is strange because the same pharmacies offer other items in bulk, like ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). Electronic scales are priced between 85 and 115 EUR.

Iodine, more info:
Most preparations like the Iodoral tablets linked above, seem to provide about as much iodine as potassium iodide. An inexpensive and direct source should be seaweed. Sea vegetables have a lot of iodine compared to anything else except some types of sea animals, which I don't eat and don't encourage. The amount of iodine varies by type. If you are on the island with the irish folk, I encourage you to simply go down to the sea shore at low tide and collect for free. Let it dry in the kitchen and use it in your food preparations. If you scroll down to pages five and beyond in the following document, it lists the amounts of iodine found in sea vegetable varieties http://www.bfr.bund.de/cm/208/getrockne ... halten.pdf.

Commercially-bought nori sheets have a low amount of iodine compared to other varieties like arame. Nori is inexpensive, can be snacked on or added into soups and other foods, tastes good by itself, and is widely available. I do not think I have mentioned it yet: one package of nori we found had the usual warnings about consuming too much iodine, and the last sentence said 'This does not apply in Japan.' Notice it did not say 'This does not apply to japanese people', for those who believe in genetic differences, but given the ethno-genetic presentations of these criminals or their co-conspirators, it seems the warning 'This does not apply in japan.' is an attempt to appeal to the racial superiority complex of the jewish cult.

Footnote:
The above comments were based on having a diet with other adequate mineral intake. One product while searching online for those surrounded by commercial outlets operating under the jurisdiction of the agents for the U.K./Crown/CoL corporations, is Menopace.  :lol: Sounds silly, I know. It's a menopause symptom reducer, which includes magnesium and other minerals, along with 0.225mg of potassium iodide. You would still have to take about ten or more of these Menopause tablets to get what we are considering adequate KI intake.
