Richard Falk Idiot Jew (-note: this is the opinion of Idiot Jews)

Before I tell you why Richard Falk is an Idiot Jew let me first set up a scenario:

Imagine if I fired home-made bullets into your home 300 times a week. When the police come, they ask if anyone was killed; you reply that one of your children died a few weeks ago, but since you have barricaded yourself to protect against further deaths, no one was killed this week.

The officer tells you that since most of the bullets have landed harmlessly you really have nothing to worry about other than they undoubtedly caused your remaining family a little anxiety. He then leaves you to fend for yourself.

Imagine this going on for three years with a total of 6,300 bullets riddling your home. You decide enough is enough and you start shooting back at me. Now imagine that I am a low-life piece of crap animal who decides to shield myself by placing my wife and kids in harm's way hoping you won't kill me. Every time I fire at you, I make sure some family member is blocking your return fire. After your best efforts to avoid harming innocents in trying to kill me, the end result is that 4 of my family members are dead.

I call the police, telling them that you killed 4 of my family. The police ask you, "Isn't your response a little disproportionate? After all, he only killed one of your family, why did you have to kill so many of his?" The newspapers call you a criminal for your over-reaction.

Does this sound like Bizarro world? Do you feel as if the police officer is biased against you? Isn't it obvious the newspapers are idiots for thinking you are over-reacting to threats against your existence?

Which brings us to Richard Anderson Falk.

I have written numerous articles (1) on the great intellectual contributions Jews have made to modern civilization. For balance, I would now like to mention Jews who are complete idiots, although not completely useless as they aid the cause of Islamic terror.

Richard Falk is such an idiot. An American professor emeritus of international law at Princeton University, writer, speaker, activist, and an appointee to two United Nations positions on the Palestinian territories

Here is what the Dick wrote regarding the Israeli retaliation against Hamas at the beginning of the year (my comments are in brackets and bold text:

Huffington Post, Understanding the Gaza Catastrophe

For eighteen months the entire 1.5 million people of Gaza experienced a punishing blockade imposed by Israel, and a variety of traumatizing challenges to the normalcy of daily life. A flicker of hope emerged some six months ago when an Egyptian arranged truce produced an effective ceasefire that cut Israeli casualties to zero ...

[The ceasefire Dick refers to expired on 19 Dec 2008 after which Hamas sent 300 rockets into Israel in one week. Then Israel retaliated. Dick hopes the reader is stupid enough to believe that Israel attacked Gaza during a period of quiet nothing.]

... despite the cross-border periodic firing of homemade rockets that fell harmlessly on nearby Israeli territory, and undoubtedly caused anxiety in the border town of Sderot.

[harmless homemade rockets - nobody hurt - nothing to worry about other than a little anxiety]

During the ceasefire the Hamas leadership in Gaza repeatedly offered to extend the truce, even proposing a ten-year period and claimed a receptivity to a political solution based on acceptance of Israel's 1967 borders.

[Ignoring for a moment the Hamas Charter requiring the complete and utter destruction of Israel]

Israel ignored these diplomatic initiatives, and failed to carry out its side of the ceasefire agreement that involved some easing of the blockade that had been restricting the entry to Gaza of food, medicine, and fuel to a trickle.

Israel also refused exit permits to students with foreign fellowship awards and to Gazan journalists and respected NGO representatives. At the same time, it made it increasingly difficult for journalists to enter, and I was myself expelled from Israel a couple of weeks ago when I tried to enter to carry out my UN job of monitoring respect for human rights in occupied Palestine, that is, in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, as well as Gaza.

[Richard Falk had already decided that Israel engaged in war crimes in advance of any monitoring and Israel rightly refused to let him in]

Clearly, prior to the current crisis, Israel used its authority to prevent credible observers from giving accurate and truthful accounts of the dire humanitarian situation that had been already documented as producing severe declines in the physical condition and mental health of the Gazan population, especially noting malnutrition among children and the absence of treatment facilities for those suffering from a variety of diseases.

[Richard Falk ignores the fact that Hamas caused the dire humanitarian situation. Two years ago Hamas was offered billions in humanitarian aid if it would accept three conditions: the recognition of Israel, respect for previous peace accords, and renunciation of violence. Hamas turned the deal down. (2)]

    ...

What this background suggests strongly is that Israel launched its devastating attacks, starting on December 27, not simply to stop the rockets or in retaliation, but also for a series of unacknowledged reasons. It was evident for several weeks prior to the Israeli attacks that the Israeli military and political leaders were preparing the public for large-scale military operations against the Hamas. The timing of the attacks seemed prompted by a series of considerations: most of all, the interest of political contenders, the Defense Minister Ehud Barak and the Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni, in demonstrating their toughness prior to national elections scheduled for February, but now possibly postponed until military operations cease.

[Yes, it is amazing how well the Israelis were able to rely on Hamas firing rockets into Israel just when it needed a war for election purposes - damn clever those Israelis]

    ...

There are two conclusions that emerge: the people of Gaza are being severely victimized for reasons remote from the rockets and border security concerns, but seemingly to improve election prospects of current leaders now facing defeat, and to warn others in the region that Israel will use overwhelming force whenever its interests are at stake.

That such a human catastrophe can happen with minimal outside interference also shows the weakness of international law and the United Nations, as well as the geopolitical priorities of the important players. The passive support of the United States government for whatever Israel does is again the critical factor, as it was in 2006 when it launched its aggressive war against Lebanon. What is less evident is that the main Arab neighbors, Egypt, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia, with their extreme hostility toward Hamas that is viewed as backed by Iran, their main regional rival, were also willing to stand aside while Gaza was being so brutally attacked, with some Arab diplomats even blaming the attacks on Palestinian disunity or on the refusal of Hamas to accept the leadership of Mamoud Abbas, President of the Palestinian Authority.

The people of Gaza are victims of geopolitics at its inhumane worst: producing what Israel itself calls a 'total war' against an essentially defenseless society that lacks any defensive military capability whatsoever and is completely vulnerable to Israeli attacks mounted by F-16 bombers and Apache helicopters. What this also means is that the flagrant violation of international humanitarian law, as set forth in the Geneva Conventions, is quietly set aside while the carnage continues and the bodies pile up.

[Actually the Geneva Conventions state that hospitals, schools, and other civilian facilities should be excluded as military targets only so long as the opposing forces do not use them purposely for cover and from which they stage attacks (3)]

Self-loathing Jew Herr Falk ignores the 6,300 rockets and mortars launched since Israeli forces left the Gaza Strip in Aug 2005 calling them harmless and "homemade". In actual fact, the rockets are not homemade, they are deadly Chinese rockets that rightly alarmed the Israelis (4).

Indeed, for the international community, rebuilding those parts of Gaza holds an opportunity to show its goodwill towards Palestinians. But that potential, particularly for Washington, is mired in doubt because of restrictions and opposition to Hamas.

However, the international community at-large will also likely have difficulties working on Gaza reconstruction.

After Hamas's takeover of the Strip in June 2007, the Quartet, made up of Russia, the US, the UN and the European Union (EU), offered a deal that should Hamas accept three conditions -- recognition of Israel, respect for previous peace accords, and renunciation of violence -- aid would continue to flow. No such deal came

        * Do not build bomb shelters. While our enemy builds bomb shelters underneath their buildings and instructs their citizens to go down to the cellars in case of attack, we will build bomb vaults underneath our buildings and instruct our citizens to go up to the roofs in case of attack.

        * The Geneva Convention does not protect hospitals, religious places, schools which are used to commit acts harmful to our enemy, but since most Americans, especially the left, are idiots and do not understand the rules of engagement in civilized societies, we will therefore purposely use hospitals, mosques, and schools as places to store weapons, hide our soldiers, and launch attacks from, and then when Israel retaliates cry that she is committing war crimes when in fact this is patently false.

        * We recognize that our enemy respects human life, therefore use as much as possible any human shield one can find. If the shields refuse to be used in such a manner, turn your weapons against them and force them unto roofs or back into buildings that house our weapons stores - then cry that Israel is targeting civilians, although if this were true we certainly would not be hiding behind them.

        * Instead of smuggling in food, medicine, and essential items to the civilian population, smuggle in weapons, and cry that the Israelis have blockaded essential supplies from coming into Gaza. No one on the left (being idiots that they are) will ask the question, "If Hamas can smuggle in an almost infinite number of missiles and weapons why can't they also bring in food and medicine?"

        * If trapped in a school, nursery, or mosque call for a Red Cross ambulance. If the driver refuses to take you hold a pistol to his head. If you are then targeted we will be able to whine, "Israel engaged in war crimes! They're firing at ambulances filled with women and children patients inside!" If needed, take a few burned corpses of children from storage that we keep for this purpose and scatter around the ambulance bombsite.

Do not wear military uniforms, headbands, or insignia. The only exception to this rule should be children who, if, Allah willing, are mistakenly blown up by Israelis (or by friendly fire), should have their uniforms removed during transport to the hospital. Much crying will be required on exiting the ambulance. Even if it is not your child cry, "Oh my poor baby, my only son (or "my only daughter" if the penis has been blown off).

Danger Room Blog, 31 Dec 2008, Hamas Fires Long-Range Chinese Rockets at Israel

Hamas fired 60 rockets at Israel today — another bombardment in an aerial assault that's totaled 6,300 rockets and mortars since Israeli forces left the Gaza Strip in August, 2005. But today's weapons were different. These weren't short-range, home-made Qassam rockets that make up the bulk of Hamas' arsenal. Nor were they the longer-flying 122 mm Grad rockets, designed by the Soviets and made in Iran. Some of today's rockets flew an alarming 22 miles, hitting an empty school house in Beersheva, the unofficial capital of the Negev Desert region. And they were made in China.

The Israel military says that these Chinese rockets not only fly twice as far as the Grads, and four times further than the Qassams. They can "potentially cause much greater damage," too — with "metal pallets that can spread out across a radius of up to 100 meters from the point of impact," according to YnetNews.

Israeli officials didn't specify which model of Chinese rocket is being used. But it's "most likely the Chinese WS-1E 122mm rocket," the well-sourced Defense Update notes. "These artillery rocket systems are employed by the People's Republic of China Army and were widely exported to third world countries."

After the Revolution of 1905, the Czar had prudently prepared for further outbreaks by transferring some $400 million in cash to the New York banks, Chase, National City, Guaranty Trust, J.P.Morgan Co., and Hanover Trust. In 1914, these same banks bought the controlling number of shares in the newly organized Federal Reserve Bank of New York, paying for the stock with the Czar\'s sequestered funds. In November 1917,  Red Guards drove a truck to the Imperial Bank and removed the Romanoff gold and jewels. The gold was later shipped directly to Kuhn, Loeb Co. in New York.-- Curse of Canaan
