A Dallas man was arrested early this morning when he was found carrying a foot stolen from a Pleasant Grove graveyard, police said.

Daniel Wayne Staley, 18, is accused of digging up a grave and removing a foot from a body at a Jewish cemetery near the 3100 block of Buckner Boulevard.

"He stated that he dug it up from a nearby grave and took the foot from a Jew girl because he wanted the foot," according to a police report.

Officers were called to the scene about 3:30 a.m. by a witness at the graveyard. When police arrived, Staley approached them and showed them the foot, which he was carrying in a bag with a small hatchet, police said.

Staley then led officers to the grave and identified the corpse, whose identity has not been released.

He was placed under arrest on a charge of theft of a human corpse/grave.

Initial reports that the foot was taken from Pleasant Mound Cemetery appeared to be inaccurate.

A milkman who wanted to overthrow the government because he believed it had been taken over by Jews, has been found guilty on three counts of possessing terror documents.

Nicky Davison, 19, of Annfield Plain, Co Durham, was the co-founder of Aryan Strike Force, an on-line extremist neo-Nazi group.

The jury at Newcastle Crown Court took 50 minutes to convict the teenager.

His father Ian Davison, 41, a disc jockey, earlier admitted six charges, including terrorism and producing a chemical weapon. He was discovered in possession of ricin, which can prove fatal.

During the trial, Andrew Edis QC, prosecuting, said the website was set up to form a group that would be ready to act and fight what they called "ZOG" - Zionist Occupied Government.

When police raided Davison's home, they found online copies of manuals, which gave information about how to make letter-bombs, explosives, detonators, grenades, silencers and poisons.

The two men will both be sentenced at a later date.
